วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการรถรับส่งของคอนโดมิเนียมรอบสถานีรถไฟฟ้าบีทีเอสอ่อนนุช มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสำรวจพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการรถรับส่งคอนโดมิเนียม วิเคราะห์การบริหารจัดการรถรับส่งและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการรถรับส่งคอนโดมิเนียม มีเป้าหมายเพื่อนำไปสู่การเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบขนส่งรองสนับสนุนระบบขนส่งมวลชนทางราง การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เก็บข้อมูลพฤติกรรมผู้ใช้บริการรถรับส่งคอนโดมิเนียมรอบสถานีรถไฟฟ้าบีทีเอสอ่อนนุช จำนวน 100 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง ได้แก่ วิธีการทดสอบไคสแควร์และการถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการศึกษา พบว่า บทบาทของรถรับส่งคอนโดมิเนียมเป็นการให้บริการเพื่อเชื่อมต่อการเดินทางเข้าสู่ระบบขนส่งมวลชนทางรางทำหน้าที่เป็น Feeder mode และ Community mode โดยคุณภาพการให้บริการเป็นสิ่งที่ผู้ใช้บริการให้ความสำคัญและมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการ นอกจากนี้ พฤติกรรมการใช้บริการรถรับส่งคอนโดมิเนียมทั้ง 3 กลุ่มราคา พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ใช้บริการรถรับส่งคอนโดมิเนียมในการเดินทางต่อด้วยรถไฟฟ้าที่สถานีบีทีเอสอ่อนนุชเพื่อเดินทางไปทำงาน ในช่วงเวลาเร่งด่วนเช้าและช่วงเวลาเร่งด่วนเย็น ซึ่งผู้ใช้บริการในกลุ่มคอนโดมิเนียมราคาแพงมีการใช้บริการรถรับส่งฯ เป็นประจำมากที่สุด ทั้งนี้ ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการรถรับส่งคอนโดมิเนียม ได้แก่ ตัวแปรวัตถุประสงค์การเดินทาง ระดับราคาคอนโดมิเนียม ช่วงเวลาที่ใช้บริการเที่ยวไป-เที่ยวกลับและวัตถุประสงค์การเดินทางเพื่อกลับที่พัก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

โครงการบ้านเอื้ออาทรโดยการเคหะแห่งชาติ ประกอบด้วยที่อยู่อาศัย และองค์ประกอบชุมชนที่ครบครัน โดยมี ลานตลาด เพื่อทั้งให้บริการและเป็นแหล่งงานให้กับผู้อยู่อาศัยในชุมชน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงในการอยู่อาศัย เสริมสร้างเศรษฐกิจที่ดีและเสริมสร้างสายสัมพันธ์อันดีภายในชุมชน งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดและเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาลานตลาดในโครงการบ้านเอื้ออาทร กับผลที่ผู้อยู่อาศัยได้รับจากการพัฒนาลานตลาด โดยคัดเลือกโครงการบ้านเอื้ออาทรลาดกระบัง 2 และโครงการบ้านเอื้ออาทรร่มเกล้า เป็นกรณีศึกษา โดยใช้วิธีการการสังเกตุ การสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถามผู้อยู่อาศัยทั้งผู้อยู่อาศัยทั่วไปและผู้อยู่อาศัยที่เป็นผู้ประกอบการค้าในลานตลาด การศึกษาพบว่า โครงการบ้านเอื้ออาทรลาดกระบัง 2 ตั้งอยู่ที่ถนนประชาพัฒนา เขตลาดกระบัง ด้านหน้าโครงการมีตลาดนัด 1 ตลาด และมินิมาร์ท 1 ร้าน มีผู้อยู่อาศัย 6,390 หน่วย มีลานตลาดภายในโครงการ 3 ลานตลาด ตั้งอยู่บริเวณด้านหน้าโครงการ 2 ลานตลาด และอยู่ภายในโครงการ อีก 1 ลานตลาด มีร้านค้ารวมกันทั้งสิ้น 44 ร้าน มีผู้อยู่อาศัยในโครงการเป็นผู้ประกอบการค้า 38 ร้าน(ร้อยละ 86 ของจำนวนร้านทั้งหมด) ผู้อยู่อาศัยทั่วไปร้อยละ 64 มาซื้อสินค้าในลานตลาดเป็นประจำ ลานตลาดบริหารงานโดย ผู้อยู่อาศัยในโครงการ 1 ลานตลาด และอดีตผู้อย่าศัยในโครงการ 2 ลานตลาด ผู้อยู่อาศัยมีทัศนคติและความพึงพอใจต่อลานตลาดด้านกายภาพ ในระดับปานกลาง (3.23 เต็ม 5 คะแนน) และ ด้านการบริหารลานตลาด ในระดับปานกลาง (3.31 เต็ม 5 คะแนน) โครงการบ้านเอื้ออาทรร่มเกล้า ตั้งอยู่ที่ถนนเคหะร่มเกล้า เขตลาดกระบัง โดยมีตลาด ศูนย์อาหาร และศูนย์การค้า บริเวณด้านหน้าโครงการ มีที่อยู่อาศัย 6,022 หน่วย มีลานตลาดภายในโครงการ 1 ลานตลาด ตั้งอยู่บริเวณทางเข้าออกด้านหลังโครงการ มีร้านค้าจำนวน 42 โดยทุกร้านค้ามีผู้ประกอบการเป็นผู้อยู่อาศัยในโครงการทั้งหมด ผู้อยู่อาศัยทั่วไปร้อยละ 73.7 มาซื้อสินค้าในลานตลาดเป็นประจำ ลานตลาดบริหารงานโดยบุคคลภายนอกที่สามารถประมูลสิทธิ์ในการบริหารลานตลาดได้ ผู้อยู่มีทัศนคติและความพึงพอใจต่อลานตลาดด้านกายภาพในระดับมาก (3.55 เต็ม 5 คะแนน) และ ด้านการบริหารลานตลาดในระดับมาก …

การศึกษาในปัจจุบันพบปัญหาการอนุรักษ์ในประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการเก็บข้อมูล ทั้งนี้พบว่าการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อการอนุรักษ์สถาปัตยกรรมยังขาดการประเมินและการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยต่าง ๆ อย่างรอบด้านก่อนการกำหนดวิธีอนุรักษ์ ปัญหานี้อาจเกิดจากการขาดข้อมูลภาคเอกสารและการบันทึกสภาพอาคารอย่างละเอียดเพียงพอ รวมทั้งอาจจะเกิดจากขาดการนำข้อมูลด้านต่าง ๆ มาวิเคราะห์ประกอบกันเพื่อสรุปแนวทางการอนุรักษ์ จากปัญหาที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ต้องการที่จะแก้ไขและปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดทำเอกสารในการดำเนินงานขั้นต้นของการอนุรักษ์ โดยเน้นการเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสถาปัตยกรรมประดับกระเบื้องเคลือบ การเลือกสถาปัตยกรรมประเภทนี้มีที่มาจากการประดับด้วยงานศิลปกรรมอันทรงคุณค่า อย่างไรก็ตา,กระเบื้องที่ประกอบกันขึ้นอย่างสลับซับซ้อน ห่อหุ้มทั้งพื้นผิวและโครงสร้าง ก่อให้เกิดความท้าทายในการเก็บข้อมูลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งนี้หากมีการประเมินผลจากข้อมูลเพียงด้านเดียว อาจนำไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่จะลดคุณค่าของงานได้ วัตถุประสงค์หลักของวิทยานิพนธ์คือการสร้างชุดเครื่องมือการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ ในเบื้องต้นผู้วิจัยจะสร้างชุดข้อมูลพื้นฐาน กำหนดวิธีการสร้างแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีความถูกต้อง โดยใช้วิธีโฟโตแกรมเมตรี(Photogrammetry) เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลสภาพปัจจุบันของอาคารโดยละเอียด จากนั้นนําชุดการเก็บข้อมูลที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาทดสอบกับกรณีศึกษา พระเจดีย์หมู่ห้าฐานเดียว วัดพระเชตุพนวิมลมังคลาราม ราชวรมหาวิหาร ผลจากการใช้เครื่องมือเน้นให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อการอนุรักษ์อย่างรอบด้าน เนื่องจากช่วยให้นักอนุรักษ์เลือกวิธีการอนุรักษ์ได้อย่างเหมาะสม ชุดการเก็บข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้มีข้อดีสองประการ ดังนี้ 1) ชุดการเก็บข้อมูลช่วยให้สามารถบันทึกสภาพและประเด็นปัญหา จึงทําให้เกิดความเข้าใจงานได้อย่างลึกซึ้ง 2) ชุดการเก็บข้อมูลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์อย่างรอบด้านช่วยให้เกิดความเข้าใจสาเหตุของการเสื่อมสภาพ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบ ตลอดจนชี้ให้เห็นองค์ประกอบที่มีคุณค่า โดยเฉพาะคุณค่าอันเนื่องมาจากความเป็นของแท้ ฝีมือช่าง และการใช้วัสดุดั้งเดิม ซึ่งประเด็นเหล่านี้มักถูกมองข้ามไปโดยผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่มักจะให้ความสำคัญกับการปรับปรุงเพื่อความสวยงามและความทนทานผ่านการซ่อมแซมและการเปลี่ยนวัสดุ

Cohort Comfort Models (CCM) are introduced as a technique for creating a personalized thermal prediction for a new building occupant without the need to collect large amounts of individual comfort-related data. This approach leverages historical data collected from a sample population, who have some underlying preference similarity to the new occupant. The method uses background information such as physical and demographic characteristics and one-time onboarding surveys (satisfaction with life scale, highly sensitive person scale, personality traits) from the new occupant, as well as physiological and environmental sensor measurements paired with a few thermal preference responses. Concrete with assumed compressive strength 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 MPa was researched. The objective of this thesis is to illustrate the need to accurately estimate the area dedicated to vehicle infrastructure (parking lots and streets) within urban areas. Despite being a rapidly growing urban core, Nashville and Middle Tennessee as a whole has had little development in transportation to serve its citizens. Access to Nashville is ruled by automobile travel, limiting opportunities for work and affordable living. This is a sustainability issue as well, with motor vehicles accounting for a large portion of carbon emissions, due to the forced individualized commuter lifestyle. To remedy automobile congestion and carbon emission, this project examines the introduction of train, bus, and river taxi transportation to Nashville, with Lower Broadway as a host and center point.
