International students encounter many issues when living and studying in the United States. It is essential to understand how these adult students make meaning of these experiences. The purpose of this study was to gain insights into the meaning of the lived experiences of international students living and studying in the U.S. six months after returning to their home country. Phenomenology was the research approach used to explore participants’ perspectives of their lived experiences. Findings show how the interactions between participants’ development and the multiple systems they lived through influenced their experiences and perspectives and contributed to their identity development. …

This study investigated the effect of the integrated learning environment fostered by Living-Learning Communities on students’ self-efficacy towards their social and academic transition to college at a large regional institution in the Southeast. Grounded in a theoretical framework guided by Schlossberg's Model for Analyzing Human Adaptation to Transition and Bandura's Triadic Reciprocal Determinism, a two-part structural equation model analysis was conducted with SkyFactor survey data from 427 first-year students. The first analysis, which compared outcomes for LLC participants with non-participants, demonstrated a small statistically significant positive effect for LLC-participants perception of their housing environment. This quantitative study investigated faculty trust in their immediate supervisors (academic deans and faculty chairs) in a state college setting. A survey instrument created for this study was based on existing research on trust in schools by Bryk and Schneider (2002) and Tschannen-Moran and Hoy (1998), as well as research on trust in corporate setting. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) เพื่อพัฒนาคู่มือการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยผสมผสานแบบพหุระยะ (Multiphase Mixed Method Research) ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศและได้รับรางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) แหล่งข้อมูลคือรายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล จำนวน 7 เล่ม ผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 26 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 3 คน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 8 คน ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 15 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบบันทึกข้อมูล แบบสังเกต และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. กระบวนการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ประกอบด้วยกระบวนการสำคัญ จำนวน 9 กระบวนการ ได้แก่ 1) การวางแผนทรัพยากรมนุษย์ 2) การออกแบบโครงสร้างองค์กรและการออกแบบงาน 3) การสรรหา ว่าจ้าง บรรจุ โอนย้าย และการรักษาบุคลากร 4) การพัฒนาบุคลากร 5) การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานและการบริหารผลการปฏิบัติงาน 6) การบริหารค่าตอบแทนและสิทธิประโยชน์ 7) การบริหารความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ 8) งานวินัยและนิติการ และ 9) การบริหารความผูกพันของบุคลากร 2. คู่มือการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากลตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มี 5 บท ดังนี้ บทที่ 1 บทนำ ประกอบด้วย ความเป็นมาและความสำคัญ วัตถุประสงค์ของคู่มือ ขอบเขตของคู่มือ คำจำกัดความที่ใช้ในคู่มือ และประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ บทที่ 2 โครงสร้างการบริหารและบทบาทหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ ประกอบด้วย โครงสร้างการบริหารงานบุคลากร ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ และบทบาทหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ บทที่ 3 ระเบียบและหลักเกณฑ์การบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ประกอบด้วย …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารการสื่อสารองค์การของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) ศึกษาปัญหาในการบริหารการสื่อสารองค์การของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) นำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารการสื่อสารองค์การของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กรุงเทพมหานคร กรอบแนวคิดของการวิจัยประกอบด้วย การสื่อสารภายในองค์การและการบริหาร ประชากร คือ โรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 119 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ครูที่เป็นตัวแทนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและตอนปลาย และนักเรียนที่เป็นคณะกรรมการนักเรียน รวม 423 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมีคำถามปลายเปิด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1) สภาพการบริหารการสื่อสารองค์การของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ 1.1) ด้านการวางแผน ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้บริหารมีค่าเฉลี่ยในการปฏิบัติสูงสุดคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.19 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.96 1.2) ด้านการปฏิบัติ ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้บริหารมีค่าเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติสูงสุดคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.13 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 1.09 และ 1.3) ด้านการประเมินผล ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยผู้บริหารมีค่าเฉลี่ยการปฏิบัติสูงสุดคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 4.22 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.99 2) ปัญหาในการการบริหารการสื่อสารองค์การของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ 2.1) ด้านการวางแผน ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยนักเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยเกี่ยวกับปัญหาสูงสุดคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 3.09 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 1.10 2.2) ด้านการปฏิบัติ ครูและนักเรียนมีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนผู้บริหารมีความเห็นอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยนักเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยเกี่ยวกับปัญหาสูงสุดคิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 3.10 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 1.09 และ …

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารและทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 3) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารตามแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเตรียมทหาร ผู้อำนวยการกองวิชา อาจารย์ และนักเรียนเตรียมทหาร รวม 456 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินกรอบแนวคิด แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินร่างกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNIModified รวมทั้งการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเตรียมทหาร ประกอบด้วย (1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (2) การจัดการเรียนรู้ (3) การวัดผลและประเมินผล (4) การพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน และมาตรฐานการศึกษา และกรอบแนวคิดทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 10 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) ทักษะการเรียนรู้ (2) ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ (3) ทักษะการติดต่อสื่อสาร (4) ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม (5) ทักษะการคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ (6) ทักษะสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี (7) ทักษะในการผลิตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความรับผิดชอบที่ตรวจสอบได้ (8) ทักษะผู้นำที่มีความรับผิดชอบ (9) ทักษะการคิดยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัว (10) ทักษะทางสังคมและการเรียนรู้สังคมข้ามวัฒนธรรม 2) สภาพปัจจุบันภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน และมาตรฐานการศึกษา ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน และมาตรฐานการศึกษา 3) จุดแข็ง คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล จุดอ่อน คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ และด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน และมาตรฐานการศึกษา สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกในภาพรวมไม่พบโอกาส แต่พบภาวะคุกคาม …
