The study investigated on information retrieval skills and utilization of electronic resources for enhanced research by postgraduates in Ignatius Ajuru University of Education library. The study adopted a descriptive survey design. The population of the study was limited to all postgraduate students in department of library and information science who are registered users of the library. Accidental sampling was used to sample 34 respondents, where PhDs=9, MLS=13 and PGDLs=12 respectively. Questionnaire was used to collect data. In this paper we discuss the Pacific and Regional Archive for Digital Sources in Endangered Cultures (PARADISEC), a research repository that explicitly aims to act as a conduit for research outputs to a range of audiences, both within and outside of academia. PARADISEC has been operating for 19 years, and has grown to hold over 390,000 files currently totaling 150 terabytes and representing 1,312 languages, many of them from Papua New Guinea and the Pacific. This study examined staff motivation variables and effective library service delivery at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) and Machael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU). Three research questions and three hypotheses guided the study. A linear correlation design was adopted in this study. A census technique was employed to cover the entire population of one hundred and sixty-seven (167) library personnel. This research work was designed to explore the role of school libraries in the implementation of the UBE programme in UBE Junior Secondary Schools in Kwande Local Government Area of Benue State. A total number of one hundred and forty school library users (students and teachers) from four selected UBE Junior Secondary Schools were surveyed using a researcher developed questionnaire to collect data for the study.
