The paper will give an overview of national infrastructure for digital repositories, Digital Academic Archives and Repositories (DABAR), and its role as technology steward in raising awareness about research data management (RDM) and promoting good practices in the Croatian A&R community. The University of Zagreb, University Computing Centre (SRCE) is providing national infrastructure DABAR suitable for storing and dissemination of different types of digital objects. Through DABAR, all Croatian higher education and research institutions can establish their digital repository. The paper aims to present the implementation of the RDA research data policy framework in Slovenian scientific journals within the project RDA Node Slovenia. The activity aimed to implement the practice of data sharing and data citation in Slovenian scientific journals and was based on internationally renowned practices and policies, particularly the Research Data Policy Framework of the RDA Data Policy Standardization and Implementation Interest Group. Accuracy Of References In Economics Literature: A Study Of Three International Journals, Mr. Raja Ram Bhat, Dr. P. S. Rajput

The investigation explores the three international level journals of Economic Subject namely Global Economic Review, International Review of Applied of Economics and International Economic Journal. 150 references were selected for the investigation and verified, and 92 errors were detected in this paper. Total 65 (54%) References were incorrect. 55% (51) minor and 45% (41) major errors were identified. A systematic policy for reference accuracy was implemented in all the three economic journals by editorial board.

Transferring A Unique Collection To The Institutional Repository, Stephen G. Krueger

Dartmouth Library Staff Publications

Until fall 2020, the Computer Science department at Dartmouth College maintained an online collection of technical reports on their website. Faculty and librarians have worked together to transfer the collection to the school's institutional repository, Dartmouth Digital Commons. The project involved several major components: the creation of a space in the IR that met the specific needs of the collection, the transfer of existing materials so that the previous site could be deleted without losing any content, and the development of a workflow for adding future materials. Purpose- The study aims to identify, and to compare the awareness and attitude of faculties and students towards Open Access Resources.

Design/methodology/approach- The study employed a mixed method research approach. A survey has been conducted among purposively selected students (52) and faculties (17) through distributing a structured questionnaire(1-5 point likert scale, and open ended).SPSS v.20 and coding method have been used for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data respectively.

This paper presents a bibliometric study of the LITTCRIT – An Indian Response to Literature journal for the period from 2011 to 2015 (five years). The purpose of the study is to give a gist of research output in the journal and the content of the coverage in it. The study showed that, out of the 263 published documents, the highest percentage was articles (83.65%). Among the 220 contributors, 56.64% were females and the remaining 102 males (46.36%). Federal object-based scientific collections have been created to serve agency missions and, in a few cases, to comply with legislative and regulatory mandates. “Project collections” (those managed by the researchers who obtained them for restricted use) and their costs and benefits were considered too varied for standard methodologies that assess costs and benefits. In a few cases, departments and agencies are required by legislation or regulations to retain objects in long-term “institutional collections.” In most cases, decisions to retain objects are based on long-term costs relative to the perceived potential for benefits to taxpayers.
