This study investigated Access to Electronic Resources by Librarians in University Libraries in Niger Delta Region, Nigeria. The descriptive research design was adopted for this study using 73 items self-structured questionnaire to collect data. In selecting the university libraries, the researcher applied the stratified random sampling technique to select the universities. College libraries are integral part of higher education institutions and they play an important role in raising the standard of education. The study was conducted at Sri JCBM College, Sringeri to assess users’ awareness and utilization of library resources and services. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire and personal visits to the said college library. Convenience sampling technique was used to collect the data. Seventy structured questionnaires were distributed and 52 duly filled questionnaires were returned back, the response rate is 76.04%. The data were analyzed using SPSS software (16.0) and Excel. Purpose- The study formulates clusters of Library and Information (LIS) discipline books from Acharya Raghuveer Library, Central University of Himachal Pradesh. Cluster formulation aims to identify the utilization rate of books. Furthermore, the study attempts to find the direction for collection management and developing related services for the users in the library.

Design/methodology/approach- Books circulation data set is obtained, formatted and made compatible for further analysis. The Euclidean distance formula is used to find the distance between two points on a plane. Afterwards, the K-means clustering algorithm is implemented to generate the required clusters.

The purpose of this paper is to assess the top ten medical institute library websites, as determined by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), for the year 2020. Whenever something new comes they need to update themselves. A study investigated E-Resources management and management issues of Indian library professional perspectives. For this study, data was collected from various academic institutes/university libraries in India. It includes institutes of national importance, central, state, deemed and private universities.
