The definition of oral leukoplakia has not much changed during the past five decades and is still a definition by exclusion of ‘known’ lesions. Methods: Forty-five curved mesiobuccal canals of human mandibular molar teeth were selected, randomly divided into 3 groups, and prepared using the ProTaper Next, One Curve, and TruNatomy files. Extraoral draining sinus of odontogenic origin usually lacks intraoral symptoms, thus it may be diagnosed as a cutaneous lesion. It is rare and may be confused with a wide variety of diseases for example furuncle, pericoronitis in relation to the mandibular third molars, parotid fistula, preauricular sinuses, periapical and periodontal pathology, and many more. Patients might seek treatment from their physician as they are not aware of its odontogenic origin and these cases usually are misdiagnosed and leading to inappropriate treatment.

During endodontic treatment in multi-rooted teeth, furcation perforation refers to an opening in the pulpal floor, leading to a communication with the periodontal ligament space. A three-dimensional hermetic seal, with a biocompatible material, is a key point for the success of pulp floor perforation repair. MTA® has been considered, for a long time, as a gold standard in furcation perforation repair. Besides, BiodentineTM, when used for the same purpose, showed considerable performance and good results. The purpose of this paper was to report the management of an iatrogenic perforation of pulpal floor in the maxillary right first molar, using BiodentineTM.

Materials and Methods: This retrospective analysis of 250 cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans consisted of 960 maxillary and 972 mandibular premolars. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the first endodontic case experiences, self-confidence levels, and perceptions toward endodontic learning of final-year undergraduate students. Methods: An online questionnaire was emailed to 270 final-year dental students at 10 Malaysian dental schools. The questionnaire consists of 29 questions on students’ experience, self-confidence, and perception toward endodontic learning. Results: The response rate was 74.4%.
