In recent years, the concept of “misogynistic extremism” has emerged as a subject of interest among scholars, governments, law enforcement personnel, and the media. Yet a consistent understanding of how misogynistic extremism is defined and conceptualized has not yet emerged. Varying epistemological orientations may contribute to the current conceptual muddle of this topic, reflecting long-standing and on-going challenges with the conceptualization of its individual components. To address the potential impact of misogynistic extremism (i.e., violent attacks), a more precise understanding of what this phenomenon entails is needed. วิทยานิพนธ์ มาตรการกำกับควบคุมระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกม: กลไกเพื่อความสนุกหรือการพนันแฝง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเพื่อศึกษาการทำงานของระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมว่าเป็นกลไกเพื่อความสนุกหรือการพนันแฝง ผลกระทบที่อาจเกิดต่อผู้เล่นและต่อสังคม และเพื่อมาตรการกำกับควบคุมระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมของประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ เพื่อเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการกำกับควบคุมการใช้ระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมสำหรับประเทศไทย โดยศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิจัยเชิงเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชน จำนวน 17 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การทำงานของระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกม เป็นทั้งระบบที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวิดีโอเกมและระบบที่มีลักษณะและการส่งผลทางจิตเหมือนกับการพนัน เสมือนการพนันแฝงภายในวิดีโอเกม แต่ระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมไม่มีสถานะเป็นการพนันตามพระราชบัญญัติการพนัน พ.ศ. 2478 ระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมส่งผลกระทบทั้งในด้านความไม่เป็นธรรมต่อผู้เล่น ด้านสุขภาพ และด้านเศรฐกิจและสังคม ซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาอาชญากรรมอื่นตามมา ในปัจจุบันประเทศไทยยังไม่มีกฎหมายหรือหน่วยงานใดที่กำกับควบคุมระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมโดยตรง และไม่มีมาตรการของภาคเอกชนไทยในการกำกับควบคุมระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกม ในส่วนของมาตรการกำกับควบคุมระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมของต่างประเทศ ในส่วนของภาครัฐมีการใช้มาตรการทางกฎหมายการพนัน กฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค และกฎหมายกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมโดยตรง ภาคเอกชนมีการทำข้อตกลงในภาคอุตสาหกรรมเกม มีมาตรการของร้านค้าออนไลน์ และมาตรการจัดเรทวิดีโอเกม แนวทางของมาตรการกำกับควบคุมระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมที่เหมาะสมสำหรับประเทศไทย คือ 1) มีการนิยามการพนันไว้ในกฎหมายอย่างชัดเจน 2) ให้มีกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับระบบกล่องสุ่มภายในวิดีโอเกมโดยตรง 3) ให้มีการจัดเรทวิดีโอเกมโดยพิจารณาจากระบบการเล่น 4) ให้มีมาตรการสำหรับผู้ให้บริการเกมจากต่างประเทศ นอกจากนี้ควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ความรู้เพิ่มเติม และส่งเสริมการทำงานของทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนานี้มุ่งศึกษาลักษณะ ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์ต่อความขัดแย้ง รูปแบบการจัดการที่มิได้เข้ากระบวนการศาลจากโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลในช่วงแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 รวมถึงผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์ ตลอดจนโอกาสพัฒนาแนวคิดยุติธรรมเชิงสมานฉันท์ โดยศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้นจากหน่วยงานบริหารความขัดแย้งผ่านแบบสอบถาม และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในผู้ที่เคยได้รับความเสียหายในบริการทางการแพทย์ ผู้บริหารระบบและไกล่เกลี่ยความขัดแย้ง ผลการศึกษาจากการสำรวจจากโรงพยาบาล 19 แห่ง พบว่าการให้ข้อมูลที่ไม่เหมาะสม และปัญหาการสื่อสาร เป็นเหตุสำคัญสูงสุด (ร้อยละ 71.5) ผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยที่เคยอบรมหลักสูตรการเจรจาไกล่เกลี่ย หรือการบริหารความขัดแย้งมีเพียงส่วนน้อย (ร้อยละ 12.2) และไม่มีผู้รู้จักแนวคิดยุติธรรมสมานฉันท์ ผลสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกพบว่าความขัดแย้งนั้นเกี่ยวเนื่องกับผู้ป่วยเชื่อว่าความเสียหายนั้นเกิดจากการบริการ ความบกพร่องของสื่อสารหรือท่าทีของผู้ให้บริการ ส่วนอุปสรรคต่อความสำเร็จการยุติความขัดแย้งที่สำคัญ คือ ผู้บริหารความขัดแย้งขาดอำนาจตัดสินใจ แสดงออกไม่จริงใจและไม่เป็นกลาง ผู้ให้บริการทางการแพทย์ที่ไม่แสดงความเห็นใจ และรูปแบบการเยียวยาที่ไม่ตรงความต้องการกับผู้เสียหาย สอดคล้องกับกรณียุติความขัดแย้งสำเร็จพบว่าคณะผู้เสียหายได้รับเยียวยาเพียงพอ ได้รับการสื่อสารที่เข้าใจและเข้าหาสม่ำเสมอ ดังนั้นผู้บริหารควรร่วมบริหารความขัดแย้ง ให้ความสำคัญกับภาระงานและส่งเสริมพัฒนาทักษะผู้ปฏิบัติ รวมทั้งนำหลักยุติธรรมสมานฉันท์มาประยุกต์ใช้ ที่มุ่งเน้นเยียวยาให้อภัยและนำไปสู่ยุติความขัดแย้งได้

The age–crime relationship has been a theoretical and empirical puzzle for criminologists for decades. Although the age–crime curve is often considered a stylized fact, a large body of research suggests that the age–crime relationship is dynamic under the influence of age, period, and cohort effects. Research consistently finds that Black and Hispanic youth are overrepresented at various stages of juvenile justice processing. However, less research has considered the role of community characteristics in juvenile justice processing, and much of this research has been mixed. This is particularly concerning given the explicit reliance on extralegal factors, and on the local organization of juvenile justice systems which likely make them considerably more vulnerable to community anxieties. Racial threat theory posits that as “threatening” populations increase, they begin to threaten economic and political resources of the dominant group. Legislators have largely regarded payday lending, a type of alternative financial service through which borrowers obtain unsecured loans for fast cash, as predatory and detrimental for already vulnerable areas. Critics of this industry suggest that the use of payday loans creates a cycle of debt that can lead to several negative outcomes, including an increase in crime in the areas in which they are located. Recent criminological advancements increasingly aim to better understand criminal behavior in context. This is particularly true regarding how perceptions of legal sanction risk are anchored in reality and influence offending decisions. Yet research on extralegal considerations such as morality has not kept pace. The current dissertation integrates criminological morality literature, with psychological research on Self Concept Maintenance Theory (SCMT) and moral identity, into a perspective on moral decision-making dynamics that integrates personal and situational factors. Trends in public opinion research suggest that Americans are becoming more liberal with respect to drugs. This research is limited by the absence of a reliable and valid indicator of drug sentiment, which inhibits our understanding of how and why public opinion toward drugs evolves over time. Recent studies also suggest that Americans are morally approving of drug use in certain contexts and are supportive of “harm reduction” or other progressive drug policies viewed as solutions to the drug war, but the underlying reasons as to why are not completely understood. การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์และข้อถกเถียงเพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์การก่อตัวของการเกิดสนามวาทกรรม “ความผิดเพศ” ภายใต้บริบท “สังคมนิยมชาย” ในสังคมไทย โดยมุ่งศึกษาภาคปฏิบัติการของสนามวาทกรรม “ความผิดเพศ” ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่เป็นการปะทะกันระหว่างชุดวาทกรรมรักต่างเพศและชุดวาทกรรมรักเพศเดียวกันแบบคู่ตรงข้าม เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และการเกิดความเกลียดชังทางเพศวิถีที่มีต่อกลุ่มเกย์เพศชายกลุ่มต่างๆ ในสังคมไทย ผ่านการวิเคราะห์สื่อทางสังคมในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ และสื่อวัฒนธรรมป๊อป อาทิ ละครชุด ภาพยนตร์ บทเพลง หรือหนังสือ ตลอดจนการแสดงออกเชิงสัญลักษณ์อย่างเทศกาลไพรด์ รวมไปถึงการวิเคราะห์ชุดวาทกรรมทางการอย่าง “กฎหมาย” ได้แก่ ร่างพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์เพื่อการสมรสเท่าเทียม และร่างพระราชบัญญัติคู่ชีวิต ที่สังคมไทยยังคงมีปัญหาด้านตัวบทกฎหมายการเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมและการได้รับความคุ้มครองทางสิทธิและเสรีภาพของกลุ่มเกย์ที่มีข้อจำกัด สะท้อนให้เห็นการแย่งชิงพื้นที่ทางวาทกรรมในสนามวาทกรรมความผิดเพศที่นำไปสู่การเกิดความเกลียดชังทางเพศวิถีที่มีต่อกลุ่มเกย์ ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มเกย์เพศชายในสังคมไทย ยังคงได้รับผลกระทบจากสนามวาทกรรม “ความผิดเพศ” โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการได้รับความคุ้มครองด้านสิทธิเสรีภาพและการเข้าถึงสิทธิตามกฎหมาย และขาดกฎหมายที่รองรับการแสดงออกและการเข้าถึงสิทธิของกลุ่มผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศที่นำไปสู่การเกิดความเกลียดชังทางเพศวิถีที่มีต่อเกย์เพศชายกลุ่มต่าง ๆ โดยงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ได้สร้างคุณูปการทางวิชาการด้านการศึกษาวาทกรรมและการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรม และสร้างองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับความหลากหลายทางเพศ ตลอดจนสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านอาชญาวิทยาเกี่ยวกับความเกลียดชังทางเพศวิถีที่มีต่อกลุ่มเกย์ให้เกิดความชัดเจนมากยิ่งขึ้น

The current study examines how police officers in various settings perceive interpersonal violence response training as well as how they respond to vignettes detailing hypothetical scenarios of sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking. A common criticism of experience with police following a traumatic occurrence of sexual or interpersonal violence is inappropriate attitude and conduct on behalf of law enforcement agents. Trauma and victim centered training may improve police responding within this field; however, the training received is variable (Campbell et al., 2019; Kinney et al., 2007). การวิจัยเรื่อง “การบัญชีนิติวิทยา : กลไกการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเศรษฐกิจ เพื่อศึกษาถึงการใช้การบัญชีนิติวิทยามาต่อสู้กับอาชญากรรมทางเศรษฐกิจ และเสนอ แนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการบัญชีนิติวิทยา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 17 ท่าน และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นข้อเสนอแนะที่สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้ ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญ พบว่า การบัญชีนิติวิทยา คือ การรวบรวมหลักฐานการก่ออาชญากรรมทางเศรษฐกิจและการทุจริตไปสำแดงในชั้นศาล โดยใช้เทคนิคการสืบสวนทางการเงินและการบัญชี กลไกการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเศรษฐกิจด้วยการใช้การบัญชีนิติวิทยา ประกอบด้วย (1) การป้องกันอาชญากรรม (Prevention) (2) การตรวจจับเฝ้าระวัง (Detection) (3) การสืบสวน (Investigation) เก็บรวบรวมหลักฐานขึ้นสู่ชั้นศาลหรือไกล่เกลี่ย และ (4) การเยียวยาชดใช้ผู้เสียหาย เทคนิคการบัญชีนิติวิทยาแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ (1) Collection Forensic คือ การตรวจสอบเอกสารและไฟล์เอกสาร (2) Digital Forensic คือ การสืบหาหลักฐานจากอุปกรณ์และแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลต่างๆ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการใช้บัญชีนิติวิทยาในการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเศรษฐกิจที่สำคัญ เช่น ประเทศไทยยังไม่มีการกำหนดมาตรฐานการบัญชีนิติวิทยาและจรรยาบรรณของนักบัญชีนิติวิทยา จึงควรจัดตั้ง “สมาคมนักบัญชีนิติวิทยาแห่งประเทศไทย” หรือกำหนดให้เป็นสาขาวิชาชีพแขนงหนึ่งใน “สภาวิชาชีพบัญชี” นักบัญชีนิติวิทยาภาคเอกชนถูกจำกัดการเข้าถึงฐานข้อมูลทางการเงิน ขณะที่หน่วยงานภาครัฐสามารถเข้าถึงฐานข้อมูลได้เต็มที่ จึงอาจจำเป็นต้องมีกฎหมายพิเศษ เช่น “ประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาคดีอาชญากรรมทางเศรษฐกิจ” และการจัดตั้งองค์กรกลางที่เป็น “Single of Command” เช่น “กระทรวงความมั่นคงภายใน” หรือ “คณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเศรษฐกิจ (ปป.อศ.)” หรือเพิ่มบทบาทหน้าที่ของ “คณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ (ป.ป.ช.)” นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ปัญหาด้านความรู้ความสามารถเกิดจาก “ระบบอุปถัมภ์” ผู้ตรวจสอบภาครัฐมักขาดทักษะด้านการบัญชีนิติวิทยาซึ่งเป็นพหุวิทยาการ (Multidisciplinary) เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเหล่านี้ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรการบัญชีนิติวิทยาจึงจำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง โดยอาศัยความร่วมมือแบบสหวิทยาการ (Interdisciplinary) และการฝึกอบรมร่วมกับสภาวิชาชีพบัญชี

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการสืบสวนสอบสวนคดีความผิดเกี่ยวกับการแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็กและเยาวชนออนไลน์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการสืบสวนสอบสวนคดีความผิดเกี่ยวกับการแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็กและเยาวชนออนไลน์ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรค การสืบสวนสอบสวนคดีความผิดเกี่ยวกับการแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ทางเพศจากเด็กและเยาวชนออนไลน์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ที่มุ่งเน้นศึกษาผู้ที่มีหน้าที่ในการสืบสวน สอบสวน นักกฎหมาย ในคดีที่ผู้เสียหายเป็นเด็กในคดีออนไลน์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า จากแบบสัมภาษณ์ทั้งหมด 9 คน โดยมีบทบาทหน้าที่ดังนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ TICAC จำนวน 5 คน นักจิตวิทยา จำนวน 1 คน พนักงานอัยการ จำนวน 1 คน NGO จำนวน 1 คน และนักสังคมสงเคราะห์ จำนวน 1 คน ปัญหาและอุปสรรค ข้อมูลที่เด็กไม่เต็มใจให้ข้อมูลกับเจ้าหน้าที่เนื่องจากว่าเด็กเป็นผู้เสียหาย เด็กอาย และไม่ต้องการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทราบหรือให้บุคคลอื่นทราบ ก็จะปกปิดเป็นความลับ และเกี่ยวกับเรื่องของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองผู้เสียหายที่ไม่เข้าใจบทบาทของเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าเข้าไปช่วยเหลือ ไม่ได้เปิดเผยข้อมูลแต่ต้องการหาพยานหลักฐานเพื่อจับคนร้ายมาดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายให้ได้ เพราะไม่งั้นก็จะไปหลอกคนอื่นต่อ และที่เจอเป็นฝั่งของผู้เสียหาย เกี่ยวกับเรื่องของสภาพแวดล้อม และชุมชนของบ้านผู้เสียหาย ซึ่งปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ที่เกิดมาจากปัญหาครอบครัวที่บ้าน ปัญหาภายในครอบครัว และเป็นเรื่องของการเยาว์วัยของฝั่งผู้เสียหายคือสติปัญญาของเด็กยังไม่ก้าวทันภัยในส่วนของคนร้าย และปัญหาของการสืบสวนคือคนร้ายปิดบังอำพรางตัวตน บางทีสามารถขอข้อมูลจากทาง Facebook, Twitter ผู้ให้บริการในประเทศอย่างการขอ IP Address การขอหมายเลขโทรศัพท์มันต้องใช้เวลายุ่งยาก มันทำให้เป็นอุปสรรคในการสืบสวน ข้อเสนอแนะ เน้นในเรื่องของกระบวนการสืบสวนสอบสวนให้ละเอียดรอบคอบอย่างเดียว จะทำให้การประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานจะง่ายขึ้น แล้วก็รวดเร็วขึ้น และทุกอย่างให้มองเห็นประโยชน์ของเด็กเป็นสำคัญมากกว่าผลประโยชน์ของหน่วยงานตัวเอง และปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเรื่องของการตรวจ เพราะมาพร้อมกับเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ ปัญหาที่เจอคือเรื่องการตรวจพยานหลักฐานทาง Computer เพราะส่วนใหญ่ผู้ต้องหามีการปิดล็อกพาสเวิร์ดทาง Computer และมือถือทำให้ยากขึ้นตามเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ เจ้าหน้าที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างเพียงพอหรือยังที่ต้องเก็บพยานหลักฐานคือให้เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้รับแจ้งมีความรู้มีสกิลในการแนะนำเบื้องต้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเก็บพยานหลักฐาน และกระบวนการยุติธรรมที่เป็นมิตรสำหรับเด็ก ซึ่งมันขยายได้ว่าปัจจุบันมันยังไม่เป็นมิตรสำหรับเด็ก คือกระบวนการสืบสวนสอบสวนมันเหมือนการกระทำซ้ำกับเด็กด้วย พนักงานสืบสวนเองในหลายๆ พื้นที่โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ห่างไกล พื้นที่ที่ยังไม่ค่อยใช้สื่อ Online ตำรวจก็มีข้อจำกัดในการใช้เครื่องมือในการสืบสวน หรือบางแอพตำรวจยังไม่รู้จักเลย บางทีก็มีการใช้ถ้อยคำที่ทำร้ายจิตใจไม่เหมาะสม และการเก็บพยานหลักฐาน และขอเพิ่มเติมข้อเสนอแนะในด้านของกระบวนการยุติธรรมที่เป็นมิตรสำหรับเด็กสำคัญมากในเรื่องความเป็นส่วนตัวแล้ววิธีการในการพูดคุยกับผู้เสียหาย ให้มีการเพิ่มจำนวนพนักงานสอบสวนหญิง แล้วก็พนักงานอัยการผู้หญิง ปัญหาการค้ามนุษย์ ปัญหาปัจจุบันก็ที่เค้าเน้นหนักคือพวกบัญชีม้า เพราะทำให้ไม่สามารถพิสูจน์ทราบได้ว่าใครเป็นคนกระทำความผิดจริง และข้อเสนอแนะไว้เรื่องเกี่ยวกับการเรื่องทางเพศ ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานในการปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเพศ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นพัฒนาการด้านสุขภาพและการเข้าถึงของระบบราชทัณฑ์ไทยในการดูแลแบบประคับประคอง ภายใต้เงื่อนไขต่างๆ ตามกรอบข้อบังคับระดับสากลและข้อกฎหมายระดับประเทศ ทั้งนี้ ยังมุ่งศึกษาแนวทางการให้บริการด้านสุขภาพในมิติของการดูแลในระยะท้าย ความต้องการของผู้ต้องขังสูงวัยในเรือนจำ และรูปแบบการจัดการกับการตายในเรือนจำ ผ่านกลไกของราชทัณฑ์ไทยที่มีทีมสหวิชาชีพต่างๆที่เข้ามาให้บริการกับผู้ต้องขังในระยะท้ายกับผู้ต้องขัง การศึกษาครั้งนี้อาศัยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อค้นพบประการสำคัญว่า โครงการราชทัณฑ์ปันสุขเพื่อชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ คือจุดเปลี่ยนสำคัญของบริการสุขภาพในกรมราชทัณฑ์ ผู้ต้องขังสูงวัยในวาระท้ายของชีวิตนั้นได้รับบริการทางการแพทย์ที่มีมาตรฐานสากลเทียบเท่าการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลภายนอก ด้วยทีมสหวิชาชีพที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ ทั้งยังมีบริการระบบการให้เยี่ยมออนไลน์สำหรับผู้ต้องขังในระยะท้ายในเรือนจำ และความต้องการในวาระสุดท้ายของชีวิตผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำนั้นคือการได้ “กลับบ้าน” ที่นับเป็นข้อค้นพบสำคัญและเป็นความหวังสุดท้ายก่อนสิ้นลมหายใจ

This dissertation presents a qualitative phenomenological exploration of the interactions between Haitian immigrants residing in South Florida and law enforcement. Despite existing research on the experiences of Blacks with the police, there is a noticeable gap concerning the unique encounters of Haitian immigrants, who bring distinct cultural, historical, and linguistic backgrounds to their interactions with law enforcement. Given the increasing population of Haitian immigrants in the United States, this study sought to comprehensively examine their encounters, treatment, and experiences with the police, including aspects such as demeanor, contact handling, and the resultant impact on their perceptions. การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและลักษณะของข้อความที่แสดงถึงความเกลียดชังต่ออีกฝักฝ่ายในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข่าวอาชญากรรมในประเทศไทยบนแพลตฟอร์มเฟซบุ๊ก รวมถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ และการรับรู้ข้อความที่แสดงถึงความเกลียดชังของผู้ใช้งานเฟซบุ๊ก และเพื่อศึกษามาตรการควบคุมการแสดงความคิดเห็นที่เป็นการแพร่กระจายความเกลียดชังบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ต่อบุคคลอื่น โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิจัยแบบเอกสาร การรวบรวมข้อมูลเอกสารที่เป็นข้อความที่แสดงถึงความเกลียดชังใต้โพสต์ข่าวอาชญากรรมในคดีฆาตกรต่อเนื่อง 6 ศพ คดีอดีตผู้กำกับใช้ถุงคลุมหัวผู้ต้องหายาเสพติด และคดีฆาตกรรมเน็ตไอดอล และการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างต่อผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 15 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบข้อความที่แสดงความเกลียดชังต่ออีกฝักฝ่ายที่พบเหมือนกันทั้งสามคดีคือ การแบ่งแยกแบบไม่ตั้งใจต่อกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ลักษณะของข้อความที่พบมักเป็นการบอกกล่าว การชี้นำ และการแสดงความรู้สึก ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับความคิดเห็นของผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญต่อข้อความที่แสดงความเกลียดชังใต้โพสต์ข่าวอาชญากรรม ส่วนปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้นั้นพบว่ามีอยู่ 3 ปัจจัย คือ (1) ปัจจัยด้านจิต ได้แก่ แรงจูงใจส่วนตนและวัฒนธรรม (2) ปัจจัยด้านสังคม ได้แก่ การได้รับการยอมรับ การเลียนแบบหรือการคล้อยตามผู้ที่เคารพนับถือ ความต้องการในการปกป้องกลุ่มตน และการอบรมเลี้ยงดู และ (3) ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ได้แก่ การเข้าถึงง่าย ความเป็นนิรนาม กฎหมายและการขาดผู้ตรวจตรา ขณะที่การรับรู้ข้อความที่แสดงถึงความเกลียดชังล้วนได้รับอิทธิพลมาจากปัจจัยการรับรู้ทั้งสามและการนำเสนอข่าวของสำนักข่าวอันจะเป็นการกำหนดทิศทางให้การตอบสนองมีความแตกต่างหลากหลาย มาตรการควบคุมการแสดงความคิดเห็นที่เป็นการแพร่กระจายความเกลียดชังบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ นอกเหนือไปจากกฎหมายและนโยบายแพลตฟอร์มที่มีอยู่ ควรมีการจัดตั้งหน่วยงานภายใต้สังกัดกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคมเข้ามาช่วยประสานการแก้ปัญหาและดำเนินคดีระหว่างภาครัฐและเจ้าของแพลตฟอร์ม เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ที่มีความรู้ความชำนาญเกี่ยวกับระบบโครงข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาร่วมติดตามและตรวจสอบ บรรจุวิชาความรู้เท่าทันสื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในกิจกรรมแนะแนว สร้างกลุ่มศิลปินดาราตัวอย่างประชาสัมพันธ์เรื่องสิทธิเสรีภาพ สร้างสื่อเรื่องสั้นที่เข้าถึงคนทุกเพศทุกวัย จัดตั้งพื้นที่สำหรับแลกเปลี่ยนปัญหาการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ในระดับชุมชน จัดตั้ง Online Community เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นต่างในระดับสังคมแบบไม่เปิดเผยตัวตน

Despite the beneficial impacts of drug court participation, access to these programs may not be equitable across racial groups. The reasons behind racial disparities in access to these programs are not well-documented in the current literature. This study investigates disparities in access to drug court and the possible reasons they occur. Activists and researchers from other disciplines have joined the movement by considering this new paradigm in their disciplines. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the attribution of contributing factors to criminal behaviors between psychology and criminology majors. To gauge participant perception, a carefully crafted vignette was presented to participants accompanied by questions asking participants to what extent eight variables (conformation to labels, hostile attribution bias, rational choice based on circumstances, poor attachments, mental illness, upbringing, insufficient deterrence, and learned behavior through observation) contributed to the perpetrator’s criminal behavior and for participants to rank-order these same variables from the largest contributors to the least. การศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และแนวทางการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานในการคัดกรองและตรวจสอบผู้โดยสารของตำรวจคนเข้าเมืองท่าอากาศยานดอนเมืองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของตำรวจตรวจคนเข้าเมืองในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมในการคัดกรอง และตรวจสอบผู้โดยสารที่เดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยผ่านท่าอากาศยานดอนเมือง 2)เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการคัดกรอง และตรวจสอบผู้โดยสารที่เดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยผ่านท่าอากาศยานดอนเมืองใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview) โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (semi-structured selection interview) สัมภาษณ์ผู้ปฏิบัติงานระดับผู้บริหาร ผู้ควบคุมการปฏิบัติ และผู้ปฏิบัติงานในการคัดกรองและตรวจสอบผู้โดยสาร ณ ท่าอากาศยานดอนเมืองที่เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 12 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปริมาณผู้โดยสารที่เดินทางเข้ามาในช่วงเวลาชั่วโมงหนาแน่น ทำให้ระบายผู้โดยสารได้ช้า หรือบุคลากรที่มีในหน่วยงานไม่เพียงพอ ระบบเทคโนโลยีไม่เสถียร ทำให้ไม่สามารถเก็บข้อมูลได้ครบถ้วน เป็นต้น แนวทางพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานควรมีการเชื่อมโยงฐานข้อมูลของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องไว้ด้วยกัน เช่น ข้อมูลหมายจับ ข้อมูลประวัติบุคคลพ้นโทษ และมีการอัพเดทข้อมูลต่าง ๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้การตรวจสอบของเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองเป็นไปได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว เนื่องจากเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสนามบินและในหลายพื้นที่ต้องปฏิบัติ หน้าที่ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งมีความจำเป็นต้องประสานตรวจสอบข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอยู่เสมอ จึงควรมีช่องทางกลางในการประสานงานร่วมระหว่างหน่วยงานที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องใกล้ชิด และสามารถติดต่อสอบถามได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

The present study examined the relationship between hypermasculinity, rape myth acceptance (RMA), and rape proclivity in male college students attending a mid-sized Midwestern university. This was done to uncover how aspects of traditional hegemonic gender socialization may create pathways for rape proclivity later in life. It looked at college males in particular because sexual assault is a major problem in college campuses and the main perpetrators are male. The purpose of this quantitative study was to examine how private-sector union members and union leaders viewed the changes in organized labor in the United States over the past ten years. This study explored the impact of union membership decline in the United States labor force through the perceptions of union members and union leaders.
