Methods: We retrospectively reviewed all infants diagnosed with cystic BA during January 2005 to December 2019. The diagnosis of BA was confirmed in all cases by laparotomy. Hirayama disease, or monomelic amyotrophy, is a rare, self-limiting cervical myelopathy that primarily affects young males. It leads to muscle atrophy and weakness, especially in the hands and forearms, often due to cervical spinal cord compression during neck flexion. We report a case of a 41-year-old female from rural India who presented with progressive weakness in her left hand, resulting from ulnar nerve compression. Background: Many skin diseases, especially those that also involve the oral mucosa lesions might play an important role in the etiopathogenesis of oral health and mucocutaneous inflammation. The presence of these oral sores may make it more difficult to maintain good oral hygiene, which increases plaque accumulation and raises the risk of developing periodontal disease.

Ofloxacin, a second-generation fluoroquinolone, is a relatively rare but documented cause of fixed drug eruption (FDE), a localized cutaneous hypersensitivity reaction marked by recurrent, well-demarcated erythematous patches or macules that may develop into blisters upon re-exposure to the offending agent. The underlying mechanism is immune-mediated, involving T-cell activation, cytokine release, and keratinocyte apoptosis. A 5-year-old boy weighing 15 kg was prescribed Ofloxacin syrup (7.5 ml twice daily) and Paracetamol suspension (5 ml twice daily) for suspected enteric fever.
