A ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric (UPLC-MS/MS) assay method has been developed and fully validated for the simultaneous quantification of lovastatin, simvastatin, mevastatin, lovastatin sodium hydroxide, dehydro lovastatin. The samples were extracted with methanol and separated on a Waters Acquity HSS T3 column. The mobile phase consisting of 0.1% aqueous formic acid solution and acetonitrile using gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. The positive and negative ions were scanned simultaneously. The amylose and amylopectin were separated by jackfruit seed starch (JFSS), and the same amylose (50%) was mixed with five different types of amylopectin to prepare JFSS (M1′, M5′, M6′, M11′, and BD′) with different degree of amylopectin polymerization. The effect of the degree of amylopectin polymerization on physicochemical properties of JFSS was investigated. M1′ had the lowest degree of amylopectin polymerization (189 506), while BD′ had the highest (431 481). As the degree of amylopectin polymerization increased, the syneresis, gelatinization enthalpy, peak viscosity, trough viscosity, breakdown, final viscosity, setback, relative crystallinity, and absorbance ratios of the five JFSS samples …

The basic properties, dough rheological properties and fermentation characteristics of 8 different wheat flours were determined, and the buckwheat Chinese steamed bread(CSB)was prepared by using the buckwheat CSB premix prepared by the method. The specific volume, texture characteristics and sensory quality of the buckwheat CSB were determined. To explore the effect of wheat flour characteristics on the quality of buckwheat CSB premix. The aim of the study was to explore quality of coix seed grown in Xingren, Guizhou (China) during storage. The results indicated that, color, ordor, main contents and correlate indexs of coix seed changed significantly during storage, which reflect the quality of coix seed decreases. Results: the color of coix seed changed with storing time lengthening. Original milky white, glossy coix seed became dimmed with yellowish and grayish with storing period lengthens. In order to avoid the influence of illumination condition, overlap and other occlusion on image recognition, an improved LeNet convolution neural network is used to improve the structure of the traditional content-based recognition method. An Apple target recognition model based on the improved LeNet convolution neural network is designed and used to avoid the influence of illumination condition, overlap and other occlusion factors on image recognition. The effect of hydrolysate from Corbicula fluminea soft tissue on the activation of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) in vitro was determined, and its effects of anti-alcohol and liver-protection on mice were also observed by measuring the drunk time, sober-up time, concentration of ethanol in serum, and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), triglyceride (TG) and glutathione (GSH) in liver tissue of mice. The results showed that hydrolysate from soft tissue of Corbicula fluminea could activate ADH in vitro with activation rate of 52%. In order to understand the drying characteristics of pitaya slices under microwave intermittent conditions, the effects were studied, including the microwave power, heating time, intermittent time and slice thickness on the drying characteristics of pitaya slices under different microwave intermittent conditions. The results showed that the microwave intermittent drying process of pitaya slices included acceleration, constant speed and deceleration stages, and the mathematical model was established according to the experimental data. The kinetic model of microwave intermittent drying of pitaya slices conformed to page model, which was suitable for predicting and describing the microwave intermittent drying process of pitaya slices.

Capsaicin with high purity has anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic, analgesic and insecticidal effects, and is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. Capsaicin was extracted from capsicum by hot dipping method, and the content of which was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The extraction process was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were blanching temperature 60 ℃, extraction temperature 40 ℃, extraction time 3 h and chopping degree 0.5 cm (edge length). In order to explore the effects of pomegranate peel polyphenols (PPPs) on SR-B1 protein expression and cholesterol efflux, in this study, Raw264.7 macrophages derived from foam cells were used as the model to illuminate the effects of PPPs on cholesterol efflux mediated by HDL. Western blot method was used to analyze the expression of scavenger receptor B1 (SR-B1), acyl-coenzyme A1: cholesterol acyltransferase (ACAT1) and cholesteryl ester hydrolase (nCEH). Further, the activity changes of ACAT1 and nCEH were revealed. The apparent and functional properties of the mixed gel prepared with the thermal and ultrahigh-pressure were compared by rheological, texture, scanning electron microscopy and other analytical methods. In order to explore the effects of salt ions on gel texture properties and moisture characteristic of duck eggs,low field nuclear magnetic resonance (Low-field NMR) was integrated to analyze the changes of the moisture status. In this study, three strains of Clostridium butyrate were isolated from human feces, pit mud and animal intestinal contents. Which were named as Clostridium butyricum NK, SY and RX respectively. The fermentation characteristics of C. butyricum NK, SY and RX and C. tyroburicum ATCC25755 grown in synthetic medium were compared. The results showed that the growth ability of C. butyricum NK and SY were strong. C. tyroburicum had higher butyric acid, but lower lactic acid-production than C. butyricum. Microwave irradiation was used to treat three kinds of luzhou-flavor liquors with different ages and qualities at different temperatures, and the contents of acetic acid and ethyl acetate in the liquor were measured every 20 min. The results showed that microwave irradiation could accelerate the reduction of acetic acid content in liquor, while ethyl acetate content increase with the extension of irradiation time. When the microwave irradiation time was between 20 and 100 min, the increasing trend showed an S-shaped curve. Metal-organic-frameworks is a new type of porous crystal material which is assembled by metal ions and organic ligands. Gd-MOF was prepared by GdCl3·6H2O and H3BTC, and its adsorption performance for phoxim pesticides was inves-tigated. The results showed that Gd-MOF could effectively adsorb phoxim pesticides from water, and the saturated adsorption amount of phoxim was 33.5 mg/g. When Gd-MOF was 40~80 mg, the adsorption rate of phoxim could reached 90%; and in all pH range 3~7, there was a certain adsorption force on the phoxim table. Solid-phase micro extraction (SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was employed to analyze the volatile flavor compounds of fermented coconut, natural coconut milk and yogurt, respectively. The effect and mechanism of decolorization were studied with magnesium sulfate and amphoteric 2% polysilicate zinc on the brown granulated syrup under high pH conditions. The factors and levels of response surface analysis were determined on the basis of single factor tests. The decolorization process was optimized by response surface analysis to obtain the optimum process conditions: magnesium sulfate of 500 mg/L, dosage of 2% silica polysilicic acid zinc of 1.57%, and pH 11. The effects of the polarities of the simulated liquids were investigated on the migration of four antioxidants BHA, BHT, Irganox1076, and Irgafos168 migrated from polypropylene plastics to six different polar simulating solutions. Results, the solubility of antioxidant with polypropylene plastics was worse, the intermiscibility of antioxidant with simulated liquid was better, and the migration equilibrium distribution coefficient was higher. In order to identify the inferior oat samples, and the samples from different local and imported brands, a nondestructive identification method based on near infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics methods was proposed. Spectra of five different brands of oat samples and inferior samples were obtained. Continuous wavelet transform was used for the baseline elimination. Wavenumber selection based on the standard deviation and relative standard deviation was discussed for improving the accuracy of the method, and 15 informative wavenumbers were obtained. Based on the crude fat, protein, amino acids and mineral element content of different areas big particle Coix seed (BCS) and small particle Coix seed (SCS), this paper analyzed whether there was a difference on the major nutrient content between BCS and SCS by using analysis of variance, and discriminated the BCS and SCS by using principal component analysis (PCA) and support vector machine (SVM). Escherichia coli O26 was isolated and identified form a slaughter plant in order to investigate its contamination of E. coli O26. According to USDA detection method, samples were enriched with immunomagnetic separation (IMS) after selective enrichment, and then isolated and purified with selective chromogenic mRainbow agar. Subsequently, the suspected colonies were screened and chose to test the O antigen by PCR and followed by the serum agglutination test. The reconstituted tobacco paper base with different ratios was determined by X-ray grammage instrument. The effect of tube voltage on repeatability,sensitivity and detection limit of the instrument was analyzed.The results show that tube voltage 6 000 V is more suitable for the determination about the grammage of the reconstituted tobacco paper base;and it is found that the grammage indication value has a high linear relationship with the grammage measured value about the reconstituted tobacco paper base with different ratios,and the established linear regression model with determination coefficient over 0.99,and the predicted maximum relative deviation less than 1%. Based on physics feature of apricots, a semi-automatic continuous apricot pit removing device was designed, with the principle of holding the apricot with soft plastic and stamping with the claw type stamping knife. By using the method of combining a cam intermittent divider and a slide block device, the apricot chain plate could be controlled with regulable stop-and-start.
