Historical Data Cards were used to record the organizational history of units within the Army. This card was provided to Robert Bolin by the US Army Institute of Heraldry in 1985.

The Ordnance Technical Intelligence Agency (OTIA) was special-purpose military unit assigned to the Chief of Ordnance. The Chief of Ordnance was the general in charge of the Ordnance Corps. The OTIA was organized to perform and coordinate intelligence functions of the US Army Ordnance Corps.

The OTIA was discontinued in 1962 when most of the Army Technical Services were reorganized out of existence. The functions, personnel, records, and equipment …

INTRODUCTION High strength steel as reinforcement for concrete has received some serious attention by researchers and by the construction industries as long ago as the early 1900' s. Recent developments abroad, notably in Sweden, Germany and Austria, have caused renewed interest in the use of this material in concrete structures. The term "high-strength" is somewhat ambiguous since it usually has been employed to describe the type of steel used in cables and strands for prestressed concrete or suspension bridge structures. At that time the TS intelligence agencies were housed in 5 different temporary buildings around Washington, DC. In anticipation of the approval, ACSI stated that he had requested that 176,000 sq. ft. of office space be reserved at AHS.

Past observations have indicated that rusting has been rather prevalent in the large, un-paved metal drainage structures most of which have been installed since the opening of the Kentucky Rural Secondary Program in 1949. Since all of these structures are relatively new, and since rusting in any form can be considered a threat to the life of a structure, the Chief Engineer's Office, in 1954, requested that a study be made to determine the over-all frequency possible causes, and individual seriousness of this condition.
