The long-term goal of this research is to develop a model for preventing radicalism in the Bali Region. This research used a front-ended prototype studies development approach. The data in this study were collected by: (1) observation guidelines, (2) clinical interview guidelines, (3) questionnaires, (4) document study guidelines, (5) focus groups discussion, and (6) interrater validity factors. The level and types of sexual violence crimes in Indonesia are increasing and worrying the public. Law enforcement efforts to overcome criminal acts of sexual violence are increasingly being implemented. This study aims to examine the social construction of law enforcement against the crime of sexual violence against women in Aceh Utara. Students prefer to discuss the actualization and practice of the Pancasila precepts. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis and observation methods. Zero-tolerance discipline in schools has resulted in disproportionate referrals, suspensions, and expulsions for Black students, students with disabilities, and low-income students of color. Restorative Justice (RJ) seeks to intervene in these patterns by emphasizing community interconnectedness and a discourse of harm, accountability, and repair. Although RJ has been shown to increase school connectedness and decrease suspensions and expulsions, teachers and students using RJ (as a response to discipline issues) report varying degrees of satisfaction with the framework. Civics using Holocaust Studies offer a variety of pedagogical advantages. Regardless of the topic, Holocaust events can be used to build critical analytical skills and cultivate essential literacy skills about the social world. Further, the Holocaust can be used to introduce and grapple with the complex/abstract ideas of the civics content. Given the relationship that social studies has to critical literacy development, civics used in conjunction with Holocaust resources present teacher(s) (educators) with the opportunity to explore (theoretical) concepts foregrounding manifold relationships making up the social world.
