Many sales leaders need strategies to improve the productivity and confidence of their sales personnel. Ineffective sales training programs cost organizations billions of dollars in annual revenue and profits. Grounded in adaptive leadership theory, the purpose of this qualitative mini-ethnographic multiple-case study was to explore successful strategies used by sales leaders that combine and balance virtual and online resources with traditional face-to-face training methods to increase the productivity and confidence of sales personnel. Grounded in Herzberg’s two-factor theory, the purpose of this qualitative single case study was to explore strategies professional staffing small business owners used to decrease voluntary employee turnover. Objective: Determining correlations between state level mental and emotional health (M&E) education and suicide prevention (SP) education to suicide-related behaviors (I.e. feeling sad or hopeless, suicide ideation, making a suicide plan, suicide attempt, suicide attempt treated by medical personnel, and death by suicide) within high school adolescents aged 15-19 within the United States in 2019.

The purpose of this mixed methods research study was to investigate whether academic capital is associated with student gender, student generation status, and parental education level of Hmong American undergraduate college students. The study also examined the educational experience of Hmong American undergraduate college students to understand the barriers they faced in obtaining academic capital and how they overcame them. This study explores the impact of professional learning communities on student achievement in a small school setting. Aaron Hansen’s book, How to Develop PLCs for Singletons and Small Schools, offered a guide for arranging vertical, grade-level teams with one teacher per grade level at one private, K-8 school. The study explored how storytelling develops resilience in Black women, enabling them to thrive after overcoming adversity. Storytelling can be conducted in a variety of ways, such as through writing, interaction with others, and self-analysis, however, this study will focus on the value of informal oral storytelling through the interactions with others. Studies reveal that Black women are disproportionately impacted by inequities concerning equal rights, employment, equal pay, education, discrimination, affordable healthcare and housing, criminal justice, and voting rights. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะหมดไฟของอาจารย์ดนตรีในมหาวิทยาลัยที่อยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานของอาจารย์ดนตรีในมหาวิทยาลัยที่อยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล โดยใช้ระเบียบวิจัยผสมวิธี ขั้นแรกได้สำรวจข้อมูลจากอาจารย์ประจำด้านดนตรีในมหาวิทยาลัยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จำนวน 87 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อศึกษาลักษณะงานและภาวะหมดไฟ นำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน และจากนั้นสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 9 คน เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีระดับคะแนนภาวะหมดไฟที่แตกต่างกัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) อาจารย์ประจำด้านดนตรีในมหาวิทยาลัยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลมีความเสี่ยงต่อการหมดไฟในการทำงาน สามารถจำแนกลักษณะอาการของภาวะหมดไฟของผู้ให้ข้อมูล แบ่งเป็น 5 ลักษณะ คือ ผู้ที่พลังในการทำงาน (N = 64, 73.6%) ผู้ที่มีอาการภาวะหมดไฟด้านใดด้านหนึ่ง ได้แก่ ด้านความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์ (N = 7, 8%) ผู้ ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยงผู้คน (N = 4, 4.6%) ด้านการลดค่าความสำเร็จส่วนบุคคล (N = 4, 4.6%) ผู้ที่มีภาวะหมดไฟสองด้านร่วมกัน ได้แก่ ด้านความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์และด้านการหลีกเลี่ยงผู้คน (N = 8 = 9.2%) และไม่พบผู้ที่มีภาวะหมดไฟสามด้าน 2) ด้านปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดภาวะหมดไฟ พบว่า ปัจจัยสถานะส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อภาวะหมดไฟ ได้แก่ ช่วงอายุ สถานภาพสมรส รายได้ต่อเดือน อายุงาน ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ความเชี่ยวชาญกับวิชาที่สอน และด้านปัจจัยในการทำงาน 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ภาระงาน การควบคุม สิ่งตอบแทน สังคมในการทำงาน ความเป็นธรรม และค่านิยม ปัจจัยในการทำงานดังกล่าวมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันต่อการเกิดภาวะหมดไฟด้านความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์ และด้านการหลีกเลี่ยงผู้คนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยปัจจัยการควบคุมส่งผลมากที่สุดด้านความอ่อนล้าทางอารมณ์ (R2 = .24, p < 0.001) และปัจจัยภาระงานส่งผลมากที่สุดด้านการหลีกเลี่ยงผู้คน (R2 = .13, p < 0.001)

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสุขภาวะทางการเงินและการมีพลังรักในการสอนของครูดนตรีอิสระในจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ (2) ศึกษาแนวคิดและแนวปฏิบัติของครูดนตรีอิสระที่ดีในด้านการเงินและด้านการมีพลังรักในการสอน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะต่อเนื่องกัน ได้แก่ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณตามด้วยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูดนตรีอิสระจำนวน 115 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบอลหิมะชนิดมีการกรองผู้ตอบแบบสำรวจ และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญในการสัมภาษณ์ 10 ท่าน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ แบบสำรวจและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ Independent Sample t-test และ One-Way ANOVA วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ครูดนตรีอิสระมีสุขภาวะทางการเงินในระดับปานกลาง และมีทักษะทางการเงินอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนด้านการมีพลังรักในการสอน พบว่า ครูดนตรีอิสระมีพลังรักในการสอนอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก และเป็นพลังรักแบบสอดประสานมากกว่าแบบหมกมุ่น และ (2) แนวคิดและแนวปฏิบัติด้านการเงินและด้านการมีพลังรักในการสอน เป็นทิศทางให้ครูดนตรีอิสระสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแบบอย่างหรือต่อยอด เพื่อการประกอบอาชีพที่มั่นคงและยั่งยืนต่อไป

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาแบบฝึกทักษะการส่ายของกลองแขกและเพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางด้านดนตรีของผู้เรียนกลองแขกด้วยการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการส่ายกลองแขกของผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โดยใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา 4 ขั้นตอน 1) การวิจัย (Research: R1) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน (Analysis: A) เป็นการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร ตำรา ทฤษฎี หลักการและแนวคิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิจัย 2) (Development:​ D1) การออกแบบและการพัฒนา (Design and Development: D & D) เป็นการพัฒนาและหาคุณภาพของแบบฝึกทักษะการส่ายกลองแขกเพื่อเสริมสร้างความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 3) การวิจัย (Research: R2) การนำไปใช้ (Implementation: I) เป็นการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการส่ายกลองแขกเพื่อเสริมสร้างความคิดสร้างสรรค์กับผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 4) การพัฒนา (Development: D2) การประเมินผล (Evaluation: E) เป็นการประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางด้านดนตรีของผู้เรียนกลองแขกด้วยการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะการส่ายกลองแขกของผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนกรุงเทพคริสเตียนวิทยาลัย จำนวน 47 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับการส่ายกลองแขก แบบตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบฝึกฉบับนำร่อง แบบประเมินคุณภาพแบบฝึกฉบับสมบูรณ์ และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของผู้เรียน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า จากการพัฒนาแบบฝึกทักษะการส่ายกลองแขกเพื่อเสริมสร้างความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ได้แบ่งองค์ประกอบของเนื้อหาของแบบฝึกทักษะกาส่ายกลองแขก ออกเป็น 3 ตอนดังนี้ 1) การปฏิบัติกลองแขกขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) หน้าทับและการส่าย 3) แบบฝึกทักษะการส่าย โดยแบบฝึกทักษะการส่ายกลองแขกที่ผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำขึ้นได้รับการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเครื่องหนังไทยทั้งหมด 5 ท่าน โดยค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 4.94 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ที่ 0.32 (M=4.94 , SD=0.32 ) ระดับความเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลสัมฤทธิ์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ค์ทางด้านดนตรีของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเมื่อนำแบบฝึกไปใช้ พบว่า 1) ผลการวิเคราะห์คะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ด้านความคิดริเริ่ม ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 2.45 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ที่ 0.93 (M=2.45, SD=0.93) 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์คะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ด้านความคิดคล่องแคล่ว ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 2.43 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน อยู่ที่ 0.83 (M=2.43, …

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.ศึกษาคุณลักษณะและกระบวนการสร้างคนซอสามสาย 2.ศึกษากระบวนการสร้างคนซอสามสายตามคุณลักษณะคนซอสามสาย กรณีศึกษา ครูศิริพันธุ์ ปาลกะวงศ์ ณ อยุธยา ใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยโดยการศึกษานำร่อง (Pilot study) จากนั้นกำหนดกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญแบ่งออกเป็น 1) ด้านเอกสาร และ 2) ด้านบุคคล ประกอบไปด้วย กลุ่มที่ 1 คือ กลุ่มคนซอสามสาย และ กลุ่มที่ 2 คือ ครูศิริพันธุ์ ปาลกะวงศ์ ณ อยุธยา ใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการ (Informal interview) ร่วมกับการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participant observation) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย (Inductive reasoning) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การศึกษาในวัตถุประสงค์ที่ 1 การศึกษาคุณลักษณะ และกระบวนการสร้างคนซอสามสาย จากการเก็บข้อมูลในกลุ่มที่ 1 คือ กลุ่มคนซอสามสาย แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน ได้แก่ ตอนที่ 1 คุณลักษณะคนซอสามสาย พบว่ามี 21 คุณลักษณะ โดยสามารถจำแนกได้ 3 ด้านแบ่งออกเป็นด้านละ 7 คุณลักษณะได้แก่ 1) ด้านพุทธิพิสัย 2) ด้านจิตพิสัย 3) ด้านทักษะพิสัย ตอนที่ 2 กระบวนการสร้างคนซอสามสาย พบว่าแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นการคัดสรรผู้เรียน 2) ขั้นเตรียมพร้อมผู้เรียน 3) ขั้นสอน 4) ขั้นประเมินผล ตอนที่ 3 โครงสร้างทางสังคมที่ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะ และกระบวนการสร้างคนซอสามสาย พบว่าตัวจัดกระทำทางสังคมที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการขัดเกลาทางสังคมของคนซอสามสายนั้นแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ตัวจัดกระทำ ได้แก่ 1) …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อนำเสนอชุดกิจกรรมบทบาทสมมติเพื่อพัฒนาเสียงสำหรับผู้เรียนโสตทักษะ เรื่องการจำระดับเสียงสำหรับผู้เรียนไวโอลินระดับต้น และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมบทบาทสมมติในเรื่องการพัฒนาโสตทักษะ เรื่องการจำระดับเสียงสำหรับผู้เรียนไวโอลินระดับต้น ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงวิจัยและพัฒนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดกิจกรรมบทบาทสมมติ 2) คู่มือการใช้ชุดกิจกรรม 3) แบบประเมินชุดกิจกรรม 4) แบบทดสอบชุดกิจกรรม 5) แบบบันทึกคะแนนผู้เรียนก่อนและหลังการทดลองใช้ชุดกิจกรรม 6) แบบบันทึกการสังเกตลักษณะและพฤติกกรรมของผู้เรียนจากผู้ครูสอน ผู้เรียนในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือนักเรียนไวโอลินระดับต้นไวโอลินที่มีอายุ 9-12 ปี โดยมีทักษะด้านไวโอลินไม่เกินระดับ Grade 1 วัดระดับจากศูนย์สอบวัดระดับ Trinity College London และ Associated Board of Royal School of Music : ABRSM จำนวน 8 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุดกิจกรรมบทบาทสมมติเพื่อพัฒนาเสียงสำหรับผู้เรียนโสตทักษะ เรื่องการจำระดับเสียงสำหรับผู้เรียนไวโอลินระดับต้น ประกอบด้วยนิทานทั้งหมด 6 เรื่อง ได้แก่ 1.1) ต้นไทรกับต้นอ้อ (ระดับเสียง 1-1) 1.2) ราชสีห์กับหนู (ระดับเสียง 1-5) 1.3) กระต่ายกับเต่า (ระดับเสียง1-2) 1.4) มดง่ามกับจักจั่น (ระดับเสียง 5-6) 1.5) หมาจิ้งจอกกับนกกระสา (ระดับเสียง 1-3) 1.6) พ่อค้าเกลือกับโคด่าง (ระดับเสียง 5-3) 2) ผลของการทดลองใช้ชุดกิจกรรมบทบาทสมมติเพื่อพัฒนาโสตทักษะเรื่องการจำระดับเสียงสำหรับผู้เรียนไวโอลินระดับต้น สามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ 2.1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ในภาพรวมจากการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมบทบาทสมมติ พบว่าทักษะการฟัง การร้อง การเล่นให้ตรงระดับเสียงเป็นทักษะที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน ดังเห็นได้จากผู้เรียนกลุ่มที่มีพื้นฐานจะมีความสามารถและพัฒนาการในทักษะทั้ง 3 ในทิศทางเดียวกัน ส่วนผู้เรียนกลุ่มที่ไม่มีพื้นฐานจะมีความสามารถและพัฒนาการในทักษะทั้ง 3 แตกต่างอย่างเป็นอิสระต่อกัน โดยผลการสังเกตพบว่าทักษะการฟังและการเล่น สามารถพัฒนาได้ใน 6 สัปดาห์ส่วนทักษะการร้องให้ตรงระดับเสียงจำเป็นต้องใช้เวลามากขึ้น 2.2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์รายบุคคลจากการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมบทบาทสมมติ พบว่ามีความเชื่อมโยงบทบาทสมมติในลักษณะต่างๆ …
