The main goal of this study is to contribute to the understanding of knowledge retention in organisations. Knowledge retention relates to the storage of knowledge within organisations. The word 'storage', however, gives an erroneous impression of the active and dynamic way in which knowledge is manifested and retained within the organisation. Knowledge may be retained via documents, databases or within the culture and structure of the organisation. Knowledge can be held in one individual head, or be synthesised by groups. The goal of this project is to teach adult Hispanic low-level readers to utilize the Worksource of Kittitas County and to improve their reading in their language of origin. Research shows that the transfer of knowledge from the primary language to a new second language is not possible without mastery in the primary language first.

This literature review was conducted to gain a better understanding of the relationship between the characteristics of the adult learner, and the impact of those characteristics in implementation and training situations in a business environment. The review introduced this researcher to numerous theories, resources, and strategies proven to improve business training activities or programs.

The amount of available research provides evidence that business recognizes quality training must be provided to derive optimum results from training programs for their employees. The purpose of this paper is to look at the connection between constructivist learning theories and the application of technology in an adult learning environment. The review examines five components consisting of constructivism, the purpose of constructivist learning environments, technologies in constructivist learning environments, adult learning, and the constructivist approach for using technology to support adult learning. This review addresses the question: how does the constructivist approach for using technology support adult learning in a technology-based environment?

This paper examines the current position of mature students in the Technological University Dublin, the largest third-level institute in Ireland. It also deals with the treatment of mature applicants, and the position of mature students in the Republic of Ireland in general. The focus of the paper is on equity issues, and in all discussions of equity the underpinning principle is equality of opportunity. Where places on a third-level course are limited, for example, all applicants must be treated equally and the places allocated in a ‘fair’ manner. This article discusses a community engagement program that supports housewives as financial managers in difficult times, like COVID-19 Pandemic. This paper believes in the capacity of housewives, particularly in managing the financial conditions of the domestic. The pandemic conditions affect the world in multiple aspects and levels. Physical distancing as one of the policies applied had a wide impact, especially in the economic sector, globally and locally.
