การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนที่มีต่อทักษะอาชีพของผู้สูงอายุ ในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนที่มีต่อทักษะอาชีพของผู้สูงอายุ ในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถามความต้องการทักษะอาชีพ แบบวัดความรู้ แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม และการจัดสนทนากลุ่มจากผู้สูงอายุ ในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดสิงห์บุรี โดยสรุปผลการวิจัยได้ ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. การพัฒนากิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนมีต่อทักษะอาชีพของผู้สูงอายุ ในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความต้องการทักษะอาชีพด้านคหกรรม และอาชีพศิลปหัตถกรรมงานฝีมือและสิ่งประดิษฐ์ และกิจกรรมการวางแผนเพื่อสร้างรายได้ โดยการวางแผนลักษณะของกิจกรรมร่วมกัน และสรุปได้ว่า ควรเป็นกิจกรรมที่ยืดหยุ่นและสอดคล้องต่อความต้องการของผู้เรียน สามารถเข้าร่วมกลุ่มกับผู้อื่น และกิจกรรมก่อให้เกิดความรู้และทักษะที่เกิดจากการลงมือปฏิบัติ จากข้อมูลความต้องการทักษะอาชีพและลักษณะกิจกรรม ผู้วิจัยได้นำมาพัฒนาเป็นกิจกรรมตามแนวคิดการจัดการเรียนการสอนของโนลล์ ซึ่งกิจกรรมทักษะอาชีพของผู้สูงอายุ ในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ เกิดเป็นกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนที่มีต่อทักษะอาชีพของผู้สูงอายุ ในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ รวมทั้งสิ้น 6 กิจกรรม กระบวนการของกิจกรรม มีตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้ 1.สร้างบรรยากาศที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการเรียนรู้ คือ จัดให้ผู้สูงอายุเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายประกอบเพลงก่อนการเริ่มกิจกรรมและกิจกรรมละลายพฤติกรรม 2.การวางแผนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ผู้วิจัยได้ให้ผู้สูงอายุมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนกิจกรรมเพื่อเข้าใจเป้าหมายของกิจกรรมในทิศทางเดียวกัน 3.วิเคราะห์ความต้องการ เป็นข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสรุปประเด็นจากแบบสอบถามความต้องการทักษะอาชีพ 4.กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ ผู้สูงอายุมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดวัตุประสงค์ และแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นร่วมกัน 5.การออกแบบกิจกรรม ได้แบ่งกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ออกเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ 1) การเตรียมวัตถุดิบ/วัสดุ 2) การลงมือปฏิบัติกิจกรรม และ 3) การจัดตกแต่งให้สวยงาม 6.การดำเนินกิจกรรม จัดกิจกรรมตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้ โดยมีผู้สอนเป็นผู้อำนวยความสะดวก 7.การประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ เป็นการประเมินการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ระหว่างผู้สอน ผู้เรียนและผู้วิจัย 2. ผลของการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนที่มีต่อทักษะด้านอาชีพของผู้สูงอายุ ในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า กิจกรรมทักษะอาชีพทั้ง 6 กิจกรรม เป็นการจัดกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสมกับผู้สูงอายุ ทำให้ผู้สูงอายุเกิดความรู้และทักษะที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยได้จากการลงมือปฏิบัติกิจกรรมด้วยตนเอง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลก่อนการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสูงกว่าหลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมด้วยค่าทางสถิติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นกิจกรรมทักษะอาชีพ 30 วัน ผู้วิจัยได้ติดตามผลการสะท้อนกลับของผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุนำความรู้ไปพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุด้วยกัน ที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงความคงทนของความรู้ที่ได้รับ นอกจากความรู้ที่ได้รับเพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานของการพัฒนาตนเอง ผู้สูงอายุในกลุ่มทดลอง ได้นำทักษะอาชีพที่ได้จากกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวัน เพื่อประกอบเป็นอาชีพ ในการสร้างรายได้แก่ตนเอง มีการวางแผนเพื่อออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมกับแหล่งจำหน่ายสินค้า และปัจจัยอื่นๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อการวางแผนการตลาด จากนั้นจึงนำสินค้าไปจำหน่ายเพื่อสร้างรายได้ด้วยตนเอง และส่งผลพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้การเงินทุนหมุนเวียนในชุมชน …

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการเห็นคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมชุมชนของเยาวชนจังหวัดชลบุรี 2) สร้างกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดแอนดราโกจีที่มีต่อการเห็นคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมชุมชนของเยาวชนจังหวัดชลบุรี และ 3) ศึกษาผลการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดแอนดราโกจีที่มีต่อการเห็นคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมชุมชนของเยาวชนจังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ เยาวชนในอำเภอศรีราชาที่มีอายุระหว่าง 14-18 ปี จำนวน 535 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการทดลองกิจกรรม คือ เยาวชนในอำเภอศรีราชาที่มีอายุระหว่าง 14-18 ปี จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบวัดระดับการเห็นคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมชุมชนของเยาวชน ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดแอนดราโกจีเพื่อการส่งเสริมการเห็นคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมชุมชน แบบวัดระดับการเห็นคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมชุมชนของเยาวชนจังหวัดชลบุรี (ประเพณีแห่พญายม) และแบบสะท้อนผลการจัดกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนฯ มีสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบ dependent t-test ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ α=0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการเห็นคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมชุมชนของเยาวชนจังหวัดชลบุรี ที่ประกอบด้วย ประเพณีกองข้าวศรีราชา ประเพณีแห่พญายม และกีฬามวยตับจาก ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเมื่อพิจารณารายละเอียด พบว่า วัฒนธรรมชุมชนที่เยาวชนจังหวัดชลบุรีมีค่าเฉลี่ยการเห็นคุณค่าต่ำที่สุด คือ ประเพณีแห่พญายม (x¯ = 3.15, S.D. = 0.10) ผู้วิจัยจึงนำประเพณีแห่พญายมมาใช้เป็นเนื้อหาในการสร้างกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมชุมชนให้กับเยาวชนจังหวัดชลบุรี 2) การสร้างกิจกรรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อการส่งเสริมการเห็นคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมชุมชน ประกอบด้วย 8 ขั้นตอนตามแนวคิดแอนดราโกจี ด้วยการจัดการสนทนากลุ่มที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ตามความต้องการ ความสนใจ ความจำเป็นของผู้เรียน และสอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตหรือสภาพปัญหาของชุมชน 3) ผลการทดลองกิจกรรม พบว่า เยาวชนจังหวัดชลบุรีมีระดับค่าเฉลี่ยการเห็นคุณค่าวัฒนธรรมชุมชนหลังการทดลองเท่ากับ 4.69 สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองกิจกรรมเท่ากับ 3.05 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อวิเคราะห์เป็นรายด้านพบว่า เยาวชนจังหวัดชลบุรีมีระดับความรู้ ความอ่อนไหว และการตระหนักทางวัฒนธรรมชุมชน(ประเพณีแห่พญายม) เพิ่มขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 3 ด้าน แสดงว่า กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้นี้มีเนื้อหา รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรม และกระบวนการถ่ายทอดความรู้ที่เหมาะสมในการส่งเสริมผู้เรียนให้เกิดการเห็นคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมชุมชนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจในการเสริมพลังอำนาจให้แก่ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ และ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจในการเสริมพลังอำนาจให้แก่ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศไปใช้ในบริบทสังคมไทย ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบกรณีศึกษา ผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัย คือ (1) ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ จำนวน 1 ราย และ (2) ครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม จำนวน 4 ราย โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบบันทึกการสังเกต และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจการเสริมพลังอำนาจให้แก่ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ มีกระบวนการในการพัฒนา 8 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) ศึกษาบริบทและกำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 2) สร้างความไว้วางใจและพื้นที่ปลอดภัย 3) สืบค้นสถานการณ์ปัญหา 4) ระบุขอบเขตเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้ 5) ออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 6) จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 7) ประเมินผล และ 8) ติดตามผล และโปรแกรมประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 6 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) ความเป็นมาและสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) ขอบเขตเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้ 4) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 5) สภาพแวดล้อม และ 6) การประเมินผลและติดตามผลการเรียนรู้ ทั้งนี้ แนวทางในการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถของครอบครัวและผู้ที่ไว้วางใจในการเสริมพลังอำนาจให้แก่ผู้ผ่านพ้นการถูกล่วงละเมิดทางเพศไปใช้ในบริบทสังคมไทย ประกอบด้วย 1) การศึกษาบริบทของสังคมไทยในช่วงเวลานั้นๆ เพื่อให้โปรแกรมสอดคล้องและเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ที่เป็นอยู่ 2) การกำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้นำไปใช้สามารถกำหนดได้โดยอิสระ แต่ต้องมีการพิจารณาให้เหมาะสม 3) การเตรียมคณะทำงานให้มีความพร้อม และมีความเข้าใจในการจัดโปรแกรม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งแนวคิดพื้นฐานในการจัดโปรแกรม 4) การเลือกใช้กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้สามารถเลือกใช้ได้หลายรูปแบบ 5) การนำโปรแกรมไปใช้ด้วยความยืดหยุ่น 6) การติดตามประเมินผลด้วยวิธีการที่หลากหลาย

This study used a mixed methods research design to examine the impact of entrepreneurship training on entrepreneurial mindset and economic well-being using the RVA Works Entrepreneurship Training Program as a case study. With human capital theory as a theoretical framework, a combination of 55 interviews and 36 surveys were used to answer the research questions. The study found that entrepreneurship training positively impacts an entrepreneurial mindset. The impact of the training on entrepreneurial mindset differed by participants age and educational level. This article evaluates a Computer-Assisted Language Learning program called NativeAccent and demonstrates that the software is designed based on systematic instructional strategies and empirically-proven theories. The instructional strategies include an initial assessment, training sessions, a final reassessment, repeated measurement, graphic presentation and systematic and rigorous interpretive guidelines, and individualized dosage. Latino immigrants face many financial challenges in the United States. Language barriers exclude them from jobs as well as financial and consumer markets. Lack of familiarity with the U.S. financial system or bad experiences with financial systems in their home countries can create mistrust and lead to Latino immigrants being unbanked or underbanked. Consumer vulnerabilities may also be exploited as immigrants turn to nonbank financial services such as predatory lenders (check cashers, payday lenders, etc.). Lack of access to jobs and marketplaces results in lower income and less wealth accumulation. Over time this results in wealth inequality between Latino immigrants …

This data note addresses participation in Pre-ETS for students with intellectual disabilities (ID) who applied for VR services. Of the 45,110 people with ID who exited the VR program in 2018, a total of 8,809 (18%) were students who applied for Pre-ETS. Of these, 1,712 (21%) received Pre-ETS and of those who received Pre-ETS, 744 (43%) gained employment.

ABSTRACT

Studying in the United States is many Chinese students' dream, but those who manage to achieve it encounter two main problems. The first one is the language barrier and the second one cultural shock. Chine is the highest provider of international students with 30% from statistics of 2017/2018 class. The primary language spoken by Chinese is the Mandarin language. All the other languages come in as a second language to most Chinese, including English. When they travel out of their country to further education as students, they are hampered by language barriers as they navigate through their struggle.

Instructional Coaching (IC) is a strand of Professional Development (PD) during which an instructional coach provides individualized support and feedback to teachers, focused on instruction, generally within the context of the teacher’s classroom (Kraft et al., 2018). This fully integrated mixed method case study examined teacher experience with IC in order to understand which operational and emotional components of IC had the greatest perceived impact, in order to inform program improvement. The use of technology has become an essential part of daily interaction in Career and Technical education learning environments. There is very little research regarding career and technical teachers’ attitudes and participation in professional development, although previous studies have been conducted referencing K-12 teachers’ attitudes.
