การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการในการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของแรงงานต่างด้าว 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของแรงงานต่างด้าว 3) นำเสนอปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของแรงงานต่างด้าวที่พัฒนาขึ้น การศึกษาวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของแรงงานต่างด้าว ผู้วิจัยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี ในการออกแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยได้ดำเนินการทดลองแบบการทดลองกลุ่มเดียว วัดผลก่อนและหลังทดลอง มีลำดับขั้น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การวางแผนพัฒนาโปรแกรมด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของแรงงานต่างด้าว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แรงงานต่างด้าวสัญชาติพม่า ที่ทำงานอยู่ในสถานประกอบการอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 560 คน เป็นการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการในการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของแรงงานต่างด้าว ระยะที่ 2 การออกแบบพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของแรงงานต่างด้าว และการนำโปรแกรมไปใช้ โดยมีการบูรณาการร่วมกันของแนวคิดของการพัฒนาโปรแกรม Boyle (1981) และแนวคิดสุขภาวะ ของ Burton (2010) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แรงงานต่างด้าวสัญชาติพม่าที่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทย อ่านภาษาพม่าได้ และสมัครใจเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบวัดความรู้ แบบประเมินทักษะ และทัศนคติ และระยะที่ 3 นำเสนอปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จและปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสุขภาวะของแรงงานต่างด้าวที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยใช้แบบประเมินผลโปรแกรมโดยรวม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการการเรียนรู้ เมื่อพิจารณาคะแนนเฉลี่ยของสุขภาวะทุกด้านของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่า สุขภาวะทางกายมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับน้อยที่สุด ( = 2.83) ดังนั้นแรงงานต่างด้าวมีความต้องการในการเรียนรู้ด้านสุขภาวะทางกายมากที่สุด โดยเนื้อหากิจกรรมครอบคลุมองค์ประกอบของสุขภาวะทางกาย ได้แก่ การมีร่างกายแข็งแรง การออกกำลังกาย การรับรู้ความสามารถทางกาย การพักผ่อน การจัดชีวิตส่วนตัวให้เหมาะสมกับการทำงาน การมีความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี การมีงานอดิเรก การดูแลตนเองเพื่อป้องกันโรคภัยไข้เจ็บและอุบัติภัยต่าง ๆ การเข้าถึงข่าวสาร ทรัพยากร และโอกาสเพื่อการดูแลสุขภาพ การมีพฤติกรรมการกินที่ถูกส่วน มีประโยชน์และสะอาด การสามารถควบคุมน้ำหนักได้ การมีร่างกายที่สมส่วน และการมีวินัยในการใช้จ่ายเงิน 2. กระบวนการในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมมีการนำมิติคนคือ แนวคิดองค์กรแห่งความสุข ซึ่งมีความสอดคล้องกับมิติองค์กรอันได้แก่ แนวคิดสุขภาวะ มาบูรณาการกัน ได้ผลของปัจจัยพื้นฐานใหม่ของสุขภาวะเป็นกล่องแห่งความสุข 8 ประการ โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเนื้อหา โดยกล่องแห่งความสุขมีความสัมพันธ์กับสุขภาวะทางกาย แบ่งออกเป็น 3 …

การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ความสามารถในการวางแผนอาชีพและความต้องการการเรียนรู้เพื่อการวางแผนอาชีพของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการวางแผนอาชีพสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และ 3) พัฒนาคู่มือการใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการวางแผนอาชีพสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการทดลองโปรแกรม คือ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 20 คน จากนักเรียน 480 คนที่มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนจากการวิจัยในระยะแรก ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นมีความสามารถในการวางแผนอาชีพในระดับสูงในภาพรวม ขั้นการวางแผนชีวิต (x̄ = 3.96 S.D. = 0.97) และขั้นการวินิจฉัยตนเอง (x̄ = 4.02 S.D. = 0.92) มีระดับน้อยกว่าขั้นการลงมือทำตามแผน (x̄ = 4.08 S.D. = 0.88) ความต้องการการเรียนรู้เรื่องการวางแผนอาชีพอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเฉพาะเรื่องการสำรวจตนเอง (ร้อยละ 52) และการออกแบบเส้นทางเข้าสู่อาชีพ (ร้อยละ 19.4) 2. โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการวางแผนอาชีพสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ประกอบด้วย 1) วัตถุประสงค์ของโปรแกรม 2) ผู้เรียน 3) ผู้สอน 4) เนื้อหาในการเรียนรู้ 5) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 6) ระยะเวลาในการจัด 7) ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ และ 8) การวัดและประเมินผล ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรม คือ กลุ่มทดลองมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียนรู้เนื้อหาการวางแผนอาชีพสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถติที่ระดับ 0.5 และกลุ่มทดลองมีความสามารถในการวางแผนอาชีพสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (ก่อนเข้าร่วม x̄ = 2.37 หลังเข้าร่วม x̄ = 4.46) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโปรแกรมนี้ คือ 1) วัตถุประสงค์การเรียนรู้ที่ชัดเจน 2) ผู้สอนเป็นเพื่อนร่วมเรียนรู้ 3) เนื้อหาในการเรียนรู้ที่ทันสมัย 4) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้หลากหลาย 5) ระยะเวลาในการจัดที่ยืดหยุ่น 6) ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียน และ 7) สถานที่ดำเนินกิจกรรมต้องมีความสะดวก เงื่อนไขที่ช่วยให้การจัดโปรแกรมนี้มีประสิทธิภาพ คือ 1) …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันด้านการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตของเด็ก ปัญหาที่เกิดจากการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตของเด็ก ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภาพปัญหาที่เกิดจากการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต และความต้องการด้านการจัดศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตอย่างปลอดภัยสำหรับเด็ก 2) เพื่อพัฒนาข้อเสนอทางเลือกนโยบายการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตอย่างปลอดภัยสำหรับเด็ก โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) เด็กอายุ 8-12 ปี จาก 39 จังหวัดทั่วประเทศซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของแต่ละภูมิภาค จำนวน 9,604 คน 2) พ่อแม่ผู้ปกครอง และครู 3) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามสถานการณ์ ปัญหา ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภาพปัญหา และความต้องการของผู้เรียน แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อทางเลือกนโยบาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีโทรศัพท์ หรือแทบเลตที่สามารถเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตได้เป็นของตนเอง กิจกรรมที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างทำขณะที่ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตมากที่สุดคือ การเล่นเกม รองลงมาคือการดูยูทูบ ช่วงเวลาในการทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ผ่านอินเทอร์เน็ต คือช่วงหลังเลิกเรียน ส่วนสถานที่ที่ใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตมากที่สุดคือ ที่บ้าน 2) ปัญหาที่เกิดจากการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง พบว่าปัญหาจากการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีมากที่สุดคือการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ออนไลน์ โดยปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสภาพปัญหาคือการได้รับคำแนะนำจากครูและการชักชวนของเพื่อน 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความต้องการที่จะเรียนรู้วิธีป้องกันอันตรายจากการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตจากพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองมากที่สุด โดยการเรียนรู้จากที่บ้านผ่านการดูคลิปจากยูทูบและการค้นหาข้อมูลด้วยตนเองผ่านเว็บไซต์ 4) ข้อเสนอทางเลือกนโยบายการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตอย่างปลอดภัยสำหรับเด็ก ประกอบด้วย 9 ทางเลือกที่พัฒนาจากข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผสมผสานกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ แบ่งเป็นทางเลือกการจัดการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน 3 ทางเลือก ทางเลือกการจัดการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย 5 ทางเลือก และทางเลือกสนับสนุนอีก 1 ทางเลือก

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์สมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของชุมชนผ้าทอมือ และนำเสนอแนวปฏิบัติการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการสำหรับชุมชนทอผ้าทอมือ ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) แบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ขั้นวางแผน ประกอบด้วย 3 กิจกรรม กิจกรรมที่ 1 เป็นการสังเคราะห์สมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการผ้าทอมือ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 18 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการผ้าทอมือ กับผู้ประกอบการผ้าทอมือในประเทศไทย จำนวน 1,029 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยการวิเคราะห์โปรแกรมสถิติทางคอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม LESREL กิจกรรมที่ 2 เป็นการระบุสมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการผ้าทอมือที่ต้องการพัฒนาของกลุ่มทอผ้าซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัย เป็นการกำหนดแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการผ้าทอมือของชุมชนขุนอมแฮดใน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบบันทึกภาคสนามและแบบสังเกตการณ์เข้าร่วมการเรียนรู้ วิเคราะห์ผลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา กิจกรรมที่ 3 การวางแผนพัฒนาสมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการตามที่กลุ่มเป้าหมายระบุ เป็นการดำเนินการร่วมกันกับสมาชิกกลุ่มผ้าทอมือในชุมชนขุนอมแฮดใน ที่ยินดีเข้าร่วมการเรียนรู้จำนวน 55 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ขั้นปฏิบัติการ เป็นการดำเนินการตามแผนปฏิบัติการที่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้กำหนดไว้ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ขั้นสังเกตผล เป็นการร่วมกันตรวจสอบการบรรลุผลตามแผนปฏิบัติการ และขั้นตอนที่ 4 ขั้นสะท้อนคิด ประกอบด้วย 2 กิจกรรม กิจกรรมที่ 1.กิจกรรมร่วมสรุปและถอดบทเรียนจากประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับจากกระบวนการ และกิจกรรมที่ 2 กิจกรรมสังเคราะห์เป็นแนวปฏิบัติการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการผ้าทอมือของชุมชน โดยปรับปรุงตามข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องสำคัญ จำนวน 9 คน ได้แก่ 1.นักวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชนชำนาญการ รักษาการแทนพัฒนาการอำเภออำก๋อย 2.พัฒนาชุมชน อบต.สบโขง 3.ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยอำเภออมก๋อย 4.หัวหน้าศูนย์เรียนรู้การพัฒนาอมก๋อยฯ 5.หัวหน้าฝ่ายเผยแพร่และขยายผล ศูนย์เรียนรู้การพัฒนาอมก๋อยฯ 6.ครู.กศน อำก๋อย ผู้ทำหน้าที่ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมอาชีพผ้าทอมือ 3 ท่าน และ 9.ผู้ใหญ่บ้านชุมชนขุนอมแฮดใน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการผ้าทอมือ ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะหลัก (core competency) มี 4 องค์ประกอบ และสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพ (functional competency) มี 3 องค์ประกอบ 2. …

The purpose of this study was to analyze the laws and regulations regarding the inclusion of students with disabilities in selected Mexican universities. Seven public autonomous universities on the northern border of Mexico were selected for participation. Official documents were reviewed and administrators were surveyed to determine the extent to which federal legislation requiring inclusion was implemented at their respective institutions. Faculty members of psychology were also surveyed regarding the guarantees and accommodations provided by their institutions and the effectiveness of those efforts. The focus of this study was to develop standards that can be used for establishing and assessing high-quality postsecondary trade and industrial programs. A four-round Delphi technique was used to generate consensus regarding program standards. Community colleges are the leaders in facilitating career and technical education (CTE), and faculty help develop program offerings on campus. This study explored faculty perceptions of community college CTE programs using the survey research method. Participants included 36 faculty members from various disciplines from 15 state colleges in Florida. This study examines motivational factors based on college students’ and faculties’ perceptions to determine which factors are most impactful. The researchers utilized Jones’ MUSIC® Model of Motivation College Student and Professor inventories. Both are designed to determine the factors that impact student motivation (Jones, 2020). The Caring factor was the highest endorsed factor by both college students and faculty in all data collections. A paired sample t-test revealed that the Usefulness factor was rated statistically different by faculty and students. These data can be used to inform programmatic decisions and course design in the university’s education department.

A high school English teacher and a university literacy professor provide secondary teachers with structured literacy strategies to support striving readers in the middle and high school grades. The authors present strategies that can be utilized with diverse texts across learning contexts. As a structured literacy approach, morphological awareness and prosodic fluency are emphasized to foster deeper, more meaningful transactions between students and texts.
