Artists have long been called observers, voyeurs, and watchers, and with a
/="/">particular interest in human behavior and society, they frequently use unknowing
/="/">passersby as their subjects for works. Curators and scholars explored how artists put citizens under surveillance with photography and videography, which dates back to the early 1900s, years before governments deployed surveillance systems. Since the 1980s, artists have explicitly explored surveillance technology and theory to alert viewers to the rise of surveillance. Today, this genre is called artveillance, a term coined by Andrea Mubi Brighenti in 2010 to categorize art that explicitly deals with surveillance. …

In this paper, artist-endowed foundations are examined to assess the direct and indirect impact of their philanthropic activity on the art market. Beginning with an overview of historical and contextual variables paving the way for private philanthropy in the 20th century, specific case studies are analyzed--established foundations, as well as varying formats for smaller foundations, that illustrate the symbiotic relationship between the art market and artist-endowed foundations. Emphasis is placed on the newfound popularity of artists establishing foundations, and securing legacy, within their lifetimes rather than upon death, as this has the potential to yield the best results. This thesis recognizes the inequity and lack of business autonomy afforded to artists within the greater art market, due in part to socio-economic barriers to entry and professional misconceptions perpetuated through romanticized narratives. Emerging artists are denied accessible forms of education and the relevant tools to develop strong business and marketing skills for entrepreneurial success; competitive atmospheres discourage mentorships at high levels of influence and leave many mid-career and established artists with professional self-reproach.

Sustainability integration in project portfolio management helps shape strategic, organizational, and project-based contexts. The authors conducted a structured literature review from 2000 to 2021 and developed a novel integrative framework presenting a holistic view highlighting three substantive research themes: sustainability mindset, sustainability assessment, and sustainability integration in project portfolio processes. Noteworthy progress has been made at the strategic and portfolio levels toward framing a sustainability mindset (definition, values, and principles) and developing frameworks/tools for sustainability assessment and project portfolio selection. However, areas for more research include integrating sustainability into project portfolio processes, reporting, and organizational learning for portfolio improvement.

Findings in this report are synthesized from quarterly public opinion pollings (San Diego Residents Survey), surveys of 30 local environmental nonprofit leaders (Nonprofit Leaders Survey), the latest nonprofit data from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and data on foundation grants awarded to local nonprofits (Candid). A multi-sectoral assessment of risks can support the management and investment decisions necessary for emerging blue economy industries to succeed. Traditional risk assessment methods will be challenged when applied to the complex socio-ecological systems that characterise offshore environments, and when data available to support management are lacking. Therefore, there is a need for assessments that account for multiple sectors. Here we describe the development of an efficient method for an integrated hazard analysis that is a precursor to full risk assessments. Indonesia is currently preparing to adopt the climate-related disclosure standard. Before this new standard is implemented effectively, the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI), the Indonesia Task Force on Comprehensive Corporate Reporting (CCR) leader, recognised the importance of harmonising this standard’s key disclosure indicators with Indonesian regulations and business characteristics. In this case, input from various constituencies may be required, particularly regarding the mechanism that enables entities with varying capabilities and levels of preparation to apply this new standard. Purpose: Using a qualitative approach, this cross-disciplinary study integrating modern slavery, tourism and marketing expertise outlines Chinese outbound tourists' perceptions of and reactions to issues related to child sex tourism.

Design/methodology/approach: In total, 27 in-depth interviews were conducted, and data were analysed. Manual coding was chosen as an efficient method to process qualitative interview data given the relatively small sample size in this study.

Seventy percent of organizational change initiatives fail. Among organizations where change and adaptation are necessary for survival, the U.S. military stands at the top. The disparity between desired health and fitness behaviors and actual behaviors is a glaring reminder that change is difficult to implement and that current change systems struggle. Merit-based systems offer a solution by rewarding and reinforcing good behavior to generate lasting change. This pilot study examines the impact of combined immersion and embodiment on learning and emotional outcomes. The results are intended to better enable U.S. Army senior leaders to decide if dismounted infantry Soldiers would benefit from a more immersive simulation-based training capability. The experiment's between-subject design included a sample of 15 participants randomly assigned to one of three system configurations representing different levels of combined immersion and embodiment. This study provides a systematic literature review of blockchain technology in the food industry with a supply chain lens. We identify primary and sub-themes, discuss implications and applications in terms of delivering value and propose literature-informed future research directions. This review uncovered three primary themes: a) Value Creation; b) Supply Chain Digitization; and c) Transformation. It demonstrates that digitalizing food networks with blockchain technology may benefit from increased stakeholder involvement and data visibility to gain competitive advantage. Beyond the theoretical contributions, this research provides a methodological contribution by demonstrating the uses of machine learning techniques to perform systematic literature reviews.

Student engagement is determined by the degree to which students perceive that their psychological needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness are met as prescribed. The COVID-19 pandemic, with its sudden and dramatic shift to mandatory HyFlex (alternating online and face-to-face student attendance) or online learning only, meant less or no faceto- face interactions with peers and faculty, which had an impact on student motivation and engagement in the classroom, as reflected in the National Survey of Student Engagement. This study examines firms’ capital investment decisions in relation to their credit ratings. As firms approach near-BBB credit ratings, they tend to change their behavior due to the fear of a downgrade. I found that, in general, Thai firms’ credit ratings do not influence investment decisions. However, as firms near BBB ratings, their behavior tends to shift. To clarify, firms at the lower end of the investment grade are inclined to make conservative investment decisions due to the risk of being downgraded to speculative grade. งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการเปรียบเทียบการจัดส่งสินค้าจากซัพพลายเออร์โดยตรงกับการจัดส่งผ่าน ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าโดยเลือกกรณีศึกษาตัวอย่าง การส่งผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าสถานีบริการเชื้อเพลิง ซึ่งมี วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาเพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการทำงานปัจจุบันภายใต้การขนส่งแบบผสมซึ่งมีทั้งการขน ส่งผ่านศูนย์กระจายสินค้า (Centralized Distribution) จากซัพพลายเออร์จำนวน 7 ราย และซัพพลาย เออร์จัดส่งโดยตรง (Direct Stroe Delivery) จากซัพพลายเออร์จำนวน 2 ราย และประเมินผลการการ ปรับเปลี่ยนมาเป็นการขนส่งแบบ Direct Stroe Delivery ทั้งหมด โดยการศึกษาวิจัยได้ทำการศึกษา กระบวนการขนส่งแบบ CD และ DSD เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จากนั้นทำวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้เทคนิค IDEF0 ในการเขียน Mapping เพื่อแสดงกระบวนการทำงาน และออกแบบการจัดส่งแบบ DSD ทั้งหมด เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในด้านของค่าใช้จ่ายและ ระยะเวลาในการขนส่งทั้ง 2 รูปแบบ จากการศึกษาการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างการจัดส่งแบบผสม (CD และ DSD) และการจัดส่งโดยตรง ทั้งหมด (DSD) โดยต้นทุนจัดส่ง CD คำนวณจากต้นทุนศูนย์กระจายสินค้า, ต้นทุนขนส่งสินค้า และต้นทุน การตรวจรับแบบ CD ส่วนต้นทุนจัดส่ง DSD คำนวณจาก ต้นทุนขนส่งสินค้า และต้นทุนตรวจรับสินค้า แบบ DSD โดยพบว่าการจัดส่งแบบ DSD ทั้งหมด จะสามารถลดระยะเวลาการจัดส่งสินค้าไปยังสาขาได้ ถึง 15 วัน แต่จะมีต้นทนการตรวจรับสินค้าที่สูงกว่างเดิมมาก ทำให้การจัดส่งแบบ DSD มีต้นทุนรวมสูง กว่าการจัดส่งแบบปัจจุบันอยู่ 27,010.44 บาท อย่างไรก็ดี ต้นทุนการตรวจรับสินค้าที่วิเคราะห์เป็นต้นทุน ค่าเสียเวลาของพนักงาน แต่เนื่องจากพนักงานมีเงินเดือนประจำอยู่แล้ว ต้นทุนนี้อาจไม่เกิดขึ้นจริง เมื่อตัด ต้นทุนการตรวจรับสินค้าออกไป การจัดส่งแบบ DSD จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายต่ำกว่าการจัดส่งแบบปัจจุบันอยู่ 617,310.36 บาท

งานวิจัยนี้วิเคราะห์และศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของการพัฒนาเครื่องดื่มโปรตีนที่ผ่านกระบวนการไกลเคชั่นจากพืชรสช็อกโกแลต เนื่องจากปัจจุบันผู้บริโภคหันมาบริโภคเครื่องดื่มโปรตีนจากพืชเพื่อสุขภาพเพิ่มสูงขึ้น ผู้วิจัยจึงพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์นี้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีการไกลเคชั่น และประเมินศักยภาพทางการตลาดผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผู้ผลิต ผู้ว่าจ้างผลิตและผู้บริโภค ในทุกกระบวนการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 15 ท่าน ผลการศึกษานำมาใช้ออกแบบกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์สามารถพัฒนาเข้าสู่ตลาดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและได้รับการยอมรับ จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ผลิตได้ยอมรับนวัตกรรมการผลิตนี้ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์มากยิ่งขึ้น โดยมุ่งเน้นพัฒนาเนื้อสัมผัสของเครื่องดื่มโปรตีนจากพืช และ คุณภาพให้เพิ่มสูงขึ้นมากกว่าในปัจจุบัน เนื้อสัมผัสกลืนง่าย แต่ยังคงมุ่งเน้นรสชาติตอบสนองรสชาติตามที่ผู้บริโภคต้องการ ผู้บริโภคคาดหวังถึงคุณค่าทางโภชนาการที่สูงและเป็นเครื่องดื่มเพื่อสุขภาพอย่างแท้จริง รสชาติและราคาเหมาะสมเพื่อการบริโภคได้อย่างต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอ การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงิน โดยการผลิตแบบจ้างผลิต (OEM) การวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนทางการเงิน เมื่อจำหน่าย ผลิตภัณฑ์ในราคา 59 บาท คาดการณ์ส่วนแบ่งตลาดที่ 5 % พบว่าเป็นการลงทุนที่คุ้มค่า มีมูลค่า ปัจจุบันสุทธิของธุรกิจ (NPV) เป็นบวก อัตราผลตอบแทนที่แท้จริง (IRR) สูง ระยะเวลาคืนทุน (Payback Period) อยู่ที่ 2.4 ปี ถือว่าเป็นระยะเวลาที่สั้นและเหมาะสมแก่การลงทุน จากการศึกษางานวิจัยนี้ สรุปได้ว่า เครื่องดื่มโปรตีนที่ผ่านกระบวนการไกลเคชั่นจากพืชรสช็อกโกแลต เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีศักยภาพได้รับการยอมรับและมีความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าสู่ตลาดเชิงพาณิชย์

สารนิพนธ์นี้ฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมะม่วงเพื่อสุขภาพโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีเอนไซม์ลดปริมาณน้ำตาลซูโครสและเสริมพรีไบโอติก และศึกษาความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่ตอบสนองต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงศักยภาพของตลาดน้ำมะม่วงเพื่อสุขภาพ ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์แนวทางการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมทั้งปัจจัยภายในและภายนอก เพื่อการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจ กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด การสร้างแบรนด์ และการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเพื่อทราบถึงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคและการยอมรับในผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 20 คน และวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 129 คน โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือกลุ่มคนรักสุขภาพและกลุ่มคนที่ควบคุมน้ำหนัก ซึ่งต้องการเครื่องดื่มผลไม้ที่รสชาติอร่อยและมีประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพในราคาที่ 30 บาท ปริมาณ 250 มิลลิลิตร และราคา 120 บาท ปริมาณ 1,000 มิลลิลิตร และสะดวกต่อการซื้อในช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายในร้านสะดวกซื้อ ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และช่องทางออนไลน์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ามีความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ ทั้งในเรื่องของความพร้อมด้านเทคโนโลยีที่นำมาใช้ในการผลิต และโอกาสทางการตลาดที่มีแนวโน้มเติบโตของผลิตภัณฑ์ จากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงิน พบว่ามีความสามารถในการทำกำไรในอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) เป็นบวก และมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนภายใน 1.2 ปี ในขณะที่การศึกษาความต้องการทางการตลาดและการยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์พบว่าผู้บริโภคมีความต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมะม่วงลดน้ำตาล เนื่องจากมีความกังวลในเรื่องระดับน้ำตาลในมะม่วงที่อาจมีผลเสียต่อสุขภาพ ซึ่งงานวิจัยนี้มีโอกาสทางด้านการตลาดพัฒนาสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ได้

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากผู้จัดทำโครงการพบปัญหาในการรายงาน จัดเก็บ และติดตามข้อมูลในรูปแบบปัจจุบัน ผู้จัดทำโครงการจึงได้ศึกษาและพัฒนาต้นแบบกระบวนการ เพื่อช่วยปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้ดีขึ้น โดยกระบวนการนี้ช่วยลดระยะเวลาและขั้นตอนที่สูญเปล่าได้เป็นอย่างดี จากการศึกษาสามารถกล่าวได้ว่าระบบที่ผู้ศึกษาได้พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นระบบที่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในหน่วยงาน มีความสนใจต่อการใช้งานหากได้พัฒนาระบบนี้แล้ว นอกจากนี้ระบบดังกล่าวยังสามารถพัฒนาปรับปรุงให้มีความหลากหลายตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้อีกด้วย ผู้จัดทำโครงการจึงเห็นความสำคัญและปัญหา จึงได้ออกแบบการศึกษานี้เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบของกระบวนการ (Process) โดยการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบอันประกอบไปด้วย Line Official , Line Notify , Application Programing Interface (API), เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI), Google Sheet และ Looker Studio เนื่องจากผู้จัดทำโครงการเห็นว่าแพลตฟอร์มไลน์ (Line) เป็นแพลตฟอร์มหลักที่ใช้สื่อสารในองค์กรในปัจจุบัน จึงได้พัฒนาต้นแบบของระบบที่ประยุกต์ใช้กับแพลตฟอร์มที่ใช้อยู่เดิม ซึ่งจะช่วยสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่สามารถใช้งาน เข้าใจ เข้าถึงได้ง่าย และมีประโยชน์ ตามทฤษฎีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ในการออกแบบต้นแบบระบบนี้ได้ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจำนวน 10 คน นำมาปรับปรุงและออกแบบจนออกมาเป็นกระบวนการ (Process) ของต้นแบบของระบบ แดชบอร์ด และใช้วิธีตอบแบบสอบถามจากผู้ใช้งานจำนวน 100 คน เพื่อทดสอบการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี และนำข้อเสนอแนะ ไปพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบต่อไป จากการวิเคราะห์คุณค่าจากการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในองค์กร โดยการวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนพัฒนาระบบใหม่ในงบประมาณ 1,000,000 บาท พบว่าถ้าพัฒนาระบบนี้แล้วทางหน่วยงานจะมีระยะเวลาในการคืนทุนภายในเวลา 9 เดือน

แนวทางการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินเพื่อลดขยะอาหารตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน: กรณีศึกษา ครัวเรือนมุสลิม ชุมชนสวนหลวง 1, กิตติณัฐฎา พันธ์โพธิ์

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินในครัวเรือนมุสลิมเพื่อลดปัญหาขยะอาหาร และเสนอแนะเป็นแนวทางการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกิน กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนสวนหลวง 1 ประกอบด้วยปัจจัยด้านความรู้ ด้านทัศนคติ ด้านการปฏิบัติ ด้านความเชื่อทางศาสนา และด้านแนวทางการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินของชุมชน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณทำการเก็บแบบสอบถามปลายปิดจากครัวเรือนมุสลิมในชุมชนสวนหลวง 1 จำนวน 92 ครัวเรือน ที่คำนวณจากโปรแกรม G*Power ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงในครัวเรือนมุสลิมและอาศัยการเก็บแบบสอบถามตามความสะดวกหรือความบังเอิญ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย (1) สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลครัวเรือนและลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ (2) สถิติเชิงอนุมาณ ใช้วิธี Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินในครัวเรือนมุสลิม ชุมชนสวนหลวง 1 ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินในครัวเรือนมุสลิมทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่า ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับสาเหตุและแนวทางแก้ไขการเกิดอาหารส่วนเกินและขยะอาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถตอบถูกเกินร้อยละ 70 ในขณะที่ความหมายของอาหารส่วนเกินและผลกระทบของขยะอาหารต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมกลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถตอบถูกได้ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 50 ด้านทัศนคติและด้านการปฏิบัติโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านความเชื่อทางศาสนาและด้านแนวทางการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินของชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมาที่สุด สำหรับการวิเคราะห์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกิน พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) การเพิ่มปัจจัยด้านแนวทางการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินของชุมชน เรื่องการจัดกิจกรรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาหารส่วนเกินและขยะอาหาร (2) การลดปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติ เรื่องการแยกขยะอาหารก่อนทิ้งไม่ช่วยแก้ปัญหาขยะอาหาร โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอย (β) เท่ากับ 2.125 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01
