The purpose of this project was to evaluate the financial feasibility of implementing an automated gas injection system from Pulsair as an alternative to the traditional pump over cap mixing technique that is used during the alcoholic fermentation stage of winemaking.

There were various costs involved in this project that were determined and explained through the use of the partial budgeting method. The costs that were thoroughly analyzed included equipment, labor, utility, and initial investment costs for the Pulsair system as well as the related pump over operation costs. As universities are relying more heavily on donations to finance portions of their budgets, university administration has invested heavily in fundraising offices to identify alumni with strong giving potential. Since 1998 the State of Minnesota has funded the building of the Xcel Energy Center, Target Field, and TCF Bank Stadium. The focus of this research is to locate voting trends within the Minnesota House of Representatives towards these venues. I recorded the votes of each member on the legislation approving these venues from the Minnesota Journal of the House and then constructed data sets for all three buildings. From this data, trends emerge potentially linking the voting tendencies of members based on party, gender, and geographical location of their district. The driver’s of such a tourist include Risk Theory, Individual’s view, Geographical Approach, Role Theory, Consumer Behavior and Group Based Nostalgia. These drivers are compared and analyzed to self-efficacy and how a sport decision or destination relates to self-efficacy. This is a professional paper which explores the correlation between user-generated reviews on TripAdvisor.com and how a hotels’ TripAdvisor Popularity Index ranking affects a hotels’ RevPar. The study surveyed nine hotels in Dallas, TX, three hotels in the four star level, three hotels in the three star level, and three hotels at the two and one half star level. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the current discrepancies in the legal system as it applies to medical marijuana in the employment sector. The laws regarding the legalization of medical marijuana are relatively new and have many constraints when applied to employment. On the federal level, medical marijuana remains illegal. Many states have passed some form of legislation legalizing medical marijuana. Unfortunately, only two states have laws that protect users from being discriminated in employment. This leaves employers and employees uncertain about what actions to take when dealing with medical marijuana in the employment sector.

The set of features was determined by comparing the current offerings of mobile applications for meetings and conferences. There was a discussion of the purpose of meetings and conferences, followed by a review of the history of meetings technology. The mobile software development process was also explored. The paper resulted in the creation of flow charts and wire-frame outlines that would be used to develop a mobile application for meetings and conferences.
