The Formative Structuralist Approach is premised on the idea of studying the mechanisms of constructing literary texts. In analyzing literary texts, formative structuralism is fundamentally characterized by integrating the internal and external systems of analysis. This approach came in response to criticisms levelled at Formal Structuralism especially in regards to the issue of overemphasis on the linguistic part of analysis. By contrast, The Formative Structuralist Approach benefits from the socio-historical aspects as a way to understand the ideological content embedded within literary texts. This research paper discusses the legitimacy of moving Zaqat from one country to another included a discussion of scholars points of view and their evidence.

The researcher finds that the origin of Zaqat is to be collected and distributed in the same country; however, it is permitted to be distributed in different country under certain conditions like the case of no need for Zaqat’s money in the origin country, the case of urgent need for Zaqat on another country, or the case of Zakat need for the giver’s relatives in another country and other cases

تناولت الدراسة بمنهج تاريخي تصورات العرب في الجاهليّة في عدد من قضايا الغيب بالرجوع إلى وثيقة الشعر الجاهليّ. وقد خلصت إلى أنّ هذه الوثيقة التاريخية قد تضمنت مادة علمية جيدة أبانت على أنّ تصورات العرب في الجاهلية في مباحث الغيب قامت على التخيل والظن، واصطباغها بطابع من الخرافة، كما اتسمت رؤيتهم للموت والمصير بالاضطراب والفوضى؛ وذلك نتيجة تأثرهم بمحيطهم متعدد الروافد واختلاف نظرتهم للوجود وغائيته.

يهدف البحث إلى بيان حكم تعسف الولي في أداء الحقوق الواجبة عليه تجاه الحاضن والمحضون. حيث إن بعض الأولياء قد ينحرفون في استعمال الحق بشكل لا يحقق الغاية منه، والتي جعلها الفقه والقانون في يد الأب رعاية لمصلحة المحضون، فإن أدت إلى الإضرار بالصبي؛ كان ذلك انحرافًا يجب تصحيحه.

هدف البحث إلى التعريف بالتفسير الاجتماعي والأسس التي يقوم عليها، وتقديم دراسة تطبيقية على سورة الماعون؛ لما فيها من قضايا مهمة في بناء المجتمع، فعَمَد إلى تحديد مفهومه، وتحديد موقعه بين اتجاهات التفسير المعاصرة، وتقرير الأسس التي يبنى عليها، وتطبيقها على سورة الماعون.

وخلص إلى أنّ التفسير الاجتماعي يمثّل الجانب العملي لفهم القرآن الكريم، وأنّ الأمراض الخمسة التي عرضت لها السورة تمثّل عوامل السقوط لأيّ مجتمع، وأنّ التقليل منها يؤدّي إلى نهوض المجتمعات.
