تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الموقف الفقهي والقانوني من تهريب الآثار من حيث المفهوم والحكم الشرعي وسبل الحد منه، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي؛ بوصف الظاهرة كما هي في الواقع، ثم استقراء الحكم الفقهي لها وسبل الحد منها من خلال تحليل النصوص الشرعية مع مقارنتها ببعض القوانين العربية.

تعد ألفاظ الرواية من أهم الأمور التي اعتنى بها علماء الحديث؛ لما ينتج عنها من ثقة بالرواية ودقة في المروي، وقد قرن بعض الرواة روايتهم بتعبيرات لفظية لمعانٍ أرادوها، وأهدافٍ ابتغوها، ويأتي هذا البحث ليقدم إسهاماً في السياق، فيوضح ويبين الأغراض التي توخّاها الرواة من القرائن اللفظية في الرواية.

قام البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي للأحاديث الواردة في الصحيحين مما صاحب ألفاظ روايتها قرائن لفظية، ثم اتبع البحث المنهج التحليلي في توضيح أغراض الراوي من القرائن اللفظية المستعملة.

Often the story of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is portrayed as Jewish vs. Muslim, Hebrew vs. Arab. There is little room in the international dialogue for minorities such as Arab Christians. Though Palestinians have a rich culture of Arabic musical and poetic heritage, they are unable to produce their own new songs. In this study I interviewed three members of Immanuel Evangelical Church on their experiences and opinions on local Christian worship. This study aims to determine the development and trend map of fiqh on finance published by Scopus-indexed journals in the theme of Islamic economics and finance. The data analyzed were 547 publications of document publications. The export data is then processed and analyzed using the R Bibliometrix application program to find out the bibliometric map of the fiqh on finance research development.
