The trust deficit has implications to U.S. security and military readiness in a global threat environment. Sharia Supervisory Board Reports (SSBRs) have an interest in convincing the public that entities supervised by a Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) are sharia-compliant and reflective of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices. Failure in public convincing will be detrimental to Islamic banks’ reputation as well as the SSB’s image and credibility. This study aimed to critically assess how the SSB produces reports as texts to persuade the public using Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). This thesis argues that an autochthonous mosque architecture exists in China, and this historical type adequately serves as a reference for contemporary mosque building in southeastern China in light of how it responded to the Chinese cultural and urban contexts. Many Hui Muslims and architects in this region refuse to consider historical mosque architecture built in traditional Chinese architectural style as their cultural references in constructing new mosques, as they believe that the traditional Chinese architectural language is insufficient to express their identity as Muslims. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان المقصود بالدعوى الكيدية، وذكر أسبابها، وتوضيح طرق علاجها في الفقه الإسلامي، وتناولت تعريف الدعوى الكيدية، والأمثلة عليها، ونصوص تحريمها، وطرق علاجها في الإسلام.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى الأمور الآتية:

- إنّ الدعوى الكيدية باطلة ومردودة، وقد حرّمتها نصوص الشريعة الإسلامية.

- إنّ ما اشتمل عليه تاريخ المسلمين من الدعاوى الكيدية هو عدد قليل جدا؛ نتيجة لمعالجة الإسلام لهذه الدعاوى، وتطبيق العقوبات الرادعة لها.

يحاول هذا البحث فهم المقصود من عبارة الإمام مسلم التي ذكرها في مقدمة صحيحه عند سياقه لمنهجه في التكرار، حيث قال: (إسناد يقع إلى جنب إسناد؛ لعلّة تكون هناك)، إذ إنّ هذه العبارة كانت سبب إشكال بين العلماء، حيث اختلفوا في مفهومها والمقصود منها؛ فمنهم من حمل مفهوم (العلّة) في العبارة على المعنى اللغوي، ومنهم من حملها على المعنى الاصطلاحي عند المحدّثين، ممّا أدّى إلى تقييد سبب تكرار الأسانيد في صحيح مسلم على وجود علّة في الإسناد فحسب؛ لذا جاء هذا البحث لدراسة العبارة وتحليل ظاهرها، والنّظر في تفسيرات العلماء لها، ثمّ مقارنتها بصنيعه داخل الصحيح عند تكراره للأسانيد؛ …

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الحداثة من حيث التعريف والنشأة، ثم عرضت الدراسة للمشروع الحداثي العربي مبينة أهدافه وخصائصه وأهم رواده، وعمدت إلى قطب من أقطاب الحداثة العربية وهو محمد أركون في دراسة تطبيقية لمنهجه التشكيكي في دراسة القرآن الكريم، متبعة في سبيل ذلك المنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي النقدي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج منها: أن من أهم سمات القراءة الحداثية للنص القرآني رفع القداسة عن النصوص الشرعية، ومحاولة إعادة صياغة الرؤية لهذه النصوص، بوضعها في مصاف النصوص البشرية، وذلك من خلال عدة ممارسات ستكشف عنها هذه الدراسة.

يختص البحث بدراسة النصوص من (1- 18) من إنجيل متّى كونها تتضمن مادة مركزة عن التحذير من الرياء. جاء البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة. قام الباحث بتحليل النصوص ثم الرجوع إلى تفسيرات علماء النصارى، ثم عرضَ نماذج من آيات القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية التي حذرت من الرياء، ثم مقارنة كل منهما بنصوص متّى، ثم نقد ما خالف العقيدة الاسلامية. وكان من نتائج البحث: صحة نصوص إنجيل متّى التي تم دراستها؛ نظراً لتشابهها مع القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية في التحذير من الرياء، فقد خرجا من مصدر الوحي الإلهي، وهذه النتيجة حجة على النصارى تدعوهم للتصديق بنبوة محمد -عليه …

ملخص

هذه دراسة لجملة من انفرادات القارئ يعقوب الحضرمي في الأفعال وأثرها في بلاغة النظم، حيث اشتملت الدراسة على نبذة مختصرة عن يعقوب الحضرمي وراوييه -رحمهم الله تعالى-، ثم تناولت بعض انفرادات الحضرمي فيما يتعلق بالأفعال، وأثر تلك الانفرادات في بلاغة السياق والنظم الذي وردت فيها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن قراءات القرآن تعطي معناها في سياقه ونظمه بما يبهر العقول والقلوب دون أن تتضاد مع القراءات الأخرى أو تقصر عن بلاغتها فكل كلمة في مكانها هي الأبلغ.

وختمت الدراسة ببعض النتائج والتوصيات التي يجدر بأهل العلم أن يتمثلوها في تتبع دلائل إعجاز القرآن الكريم.

ملخص

تتناولُ هذه الدراسة موضوعَ الجزاء الدنيويّ للفِسقِ والفاسقين في القرآن الكريم، حيث عدَّ القرآن الفسقَ من أمهات المنكرات والذنوب فجاء الحديثُ عنها في هذه الدراسةِ مبيِّناً حقيقة الفسقِ وأنواعَه وجزاءَ كلِّ نوعٍ من أنواعه وكلّ صورةٍ من صُوَره.

هذا وقد خَلُصَ الباحث إلى أنَّ الفِسقَ من أخطرِ الذنوب؛ لذلك رتَّبَ الشارع الحكيم عليه جملةً من العقوبات التي تتفاوتُ قوةً وضعفاً وزيادةَ ونقصاناً على قَدَرِ التغول في هذه الآفة الخطيرة.

فإن هذا البحث يكشف عن جوانب تنزيه الله U وتبرئته من النقص سبحانه، وإثبات الكمال له، ويوضح فضل التسبيح و أهميته، وآثاره الطيبة على النفوس، وقد جاءت الدراسة في مبحثين، في الأول منه: بيان مفهوم التسبيح وفضائله، والثاني: هدايات التسبيح في السياق القرآني وأثره على النفس الإنسانية، وقد توصل في ختام البحث بنتائج عدة، قد يكون من أبرزها أن ألفاظ التسبيح ومشتقاته من خلال المعاني السياقية هي التنزيه، والتعظيم، والتعجب، والذكر، والصلاة، وأن وروده بصيغ الأربعة يدل على استغراقه أحوال الأنسان وعلى فضله والاهتمام به.
