Governments in many countries have announced their own emission targets and launched several measures to mitigate transport-sourced air pollution, including policies to promote the use of electric vehicles (EVs). This study aimed to predict household expenditure using a combination of survey and geospatial data. A web-based application operating on the Google Earth Engine platform has been specifically developed for this research, providing a set of satellite-based indicators. These data were spatially averaged at the district level and integrated with household nonfood expenditures, a proxy of socioeconomic conditions, derived from the World Bank’s 2019 Living Standards Measurement Study (LSMS). With rising popularity of vocational education in China, the study investigates how academic backgrounds influence vocational students’ perceptions and learning outcomes in a blended SketchUp course, guided by Blended Learning framework and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Quantitative data from 71 undergraduate and 71 junior college interior architecture students was analyzed using statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and t-tests. The analysis showed no significant differences between academic groups in academic achievements, but differences in several perceptions, suggesting equitable learning experiences in the blended course. In addition to inducing uncertainty in the predicted response, natural spatial variability of soil properties affects the mechanical response of geotechnical structures. When a failure surface is involved in the response, this surface can deviate from its theoretical location to pass through weaker zones of material. For the case of seismically induced soil liquefaction, it has been found that a larger amount of excess pore water pressure is generated in a soil exhibiting small-scale variability of its properties than in the corresponding uniform soil having geomechanical properties equal to the average properties of the heterogeneous soil. “สวนสราญรมย์” เป็นสวนที่มีความเก่าแก่และประวัติศาสตร์ยาวนาน ปัจจุบัน (พ.ศ. 2567) สวนแห่งนี้ทำหน้าที่เป็นสวนสาธารณะเพื่อการพักผ่อนและการออกกำลังกาย แม้บริเวณที่ตั้งของพระราชวังสราญรมย์ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นโบราณสถานในปี พ.ศ. 2545 แต่สวนที่เคยเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพระราชอุทยานยังไม่ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียน ประกอบกับความเสื่อมโทรมขององค์ประกอบทางภูมิทัศน์วัฒนธรรมภายในสวน ส่งผลให้ความสำคัญในฐานะสวนประวัติศาสตร์กลับถูกละเลยงานวิจัยฉบับนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นคุณค่าของสวนสราญรมย์ในฐานะการเป็นสวนประวัติศาสตร์ ผ่านการศึกษาองค์ประกอบของภูมิทัศน์วัฒนธรรม โดยมุ่งเน้นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพ ในประเด็นของแผนผังและภูมิประเทศ โครงสร้างทางสถาปัตยกรรมและองค์ประกอบตกแต่ง และพืชพรรณ ทั้งนี้ยังได้พิจารณากิจกรรมการใช้งานของสวนควบคู่ไปด้วย โดยทำการทบทวนแนวคิด ทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมทั้งรวบรวมข้อมูลของพื้นที่ศึกษา เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์และประเมินคุณค่าตามเกณฑ์ในกรอบแนวคิดของสวนประวัติศาสตร์สากลผลการศึกษาพบว่า แม้ว่าองค์ประกอบบางส่วนจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไป แต่องค์ประกอบที่หลงเหลือยังสะท้อนถึงความเป็นสวนประวัติศาสตร์ของสวนสราญรมย์ องค์ประกอบทางกายภาพส่วนใหญ่มีสภาพทรุดโทรมและควรค่าแก่การอนุรักษ์ โดยมุ่งเน้นการเก็บรักษาสิ่งที่มีคุณค่าให้ได้มากที่สุด เพื่อคงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของสวนที่ยังหลงเหลืออยู่ในปัจจุบัน นอกจากนี้ควรกำหนดกิจกรรมการใช้งานให้เหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ทำลายคุณค่าของสวนประวัติศาสตร์ และส่งเสริมกิจกรรมที่ทำให้สวนสราญรมย์เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรม งานวิจัยฉบับนี้จะช่วยสนับสนุนการดูแลและอนุรักษ์สวนสราญรมย์ รวมถึงการขึ้นทะเบียนโบราณสถานในอนาคต อีกทั้งยังช่วยสร้างความตระหนักรู้ให้กับประชาชนถึงความสำคัญของสวนประวัติศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการศึกษาสวนประวัติศาสตร์อื่น ๆ ต่อไป

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาทบทวนแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารของกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. ศึกษาปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารของกรุงเทพมหานคร 3. เพื่อเสนอแนะคู่มือรายการตรวจสอบ (Check list) แผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารเป็นแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารของกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่มีการรวบรวมข้อมูล จัดกลุ่มกฎหมาย จัดทำคู่มือรายการตรวจสอบ (Check list) และสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างแล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบข้อมูลและสรุปผล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. การพิจารณาข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารจำเป็นต้องพิจารณากฎหมายร่วมกันหลายฉบับ โดยในแผนผังแบบแปลนที่ประกอบด้วยข้อกฎหมายหลายหัวข้อมากที่สุดคือ แผนผังบริเวณ 2. จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการยื่นขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารจำนวน 9 คน ในเรื่องปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคาร พบว่าในกลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพพบปัญหาการค้นหาข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบ, ปัญหาข้อกฎหมายซ้ำซ้อนหรือขัดแย้งกัน, และปัญหาความเข้าใจของผู้พิจารณาคำขออนุญาตและผู้ยื่นขออนุญาตไม่ตรงกัน ขณะที่กลุ่มผู้พิจารณาอนุญาตพบปัญหาการค้นหาข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพิจารณาอนุญาต, ปัญหาความเข้าใจของผู้พิจารณาอนุญาตและผู้ยื่นขออนุญาตไม่ตรงกัน, และปัญหาในการอ่านแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคาร 3. ในส่วนคู่มือรายการตรวจสอบ (Check list) แผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเห็นด้วยเป็นจำนวน 12 ความคิดเห็นและมองว่ามีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคาร ควรนำไปพัฒนาเพิ่มเติมและทดสอบการใช้งานจริงต่อไป

There is growing recognition that effective project control systems (PCS) are critical to the success of projects. The relationship between the individual elements of PCS and successfully achieving project objectives has yet to be explored. This research investigates the enablers and barriers that influence the elements of PCS success and drive project objectives.

This study adopts a mixed approach of descriptive analysis and regression models to explore the impact of six PCS elements on project outcomes. Petroleum and chemical projects in Saudi Arabia were selected as a case study to validate the research model.

Between 1854 and 1929, the placement system that became known as the orphan trains in modern scholarship, removed neglected and orphaned children from the dangerous streets of New York City and attempted to place them into homes across America that would benefit their futures. While this charity-run program was well-intentioned, the estimated two hundred fifty thousand children of the orphan trains experienced a mix of encounters upon their placements.
