Este artículo analiza la evolución y el estado situacional actual del proceso de innovación social en las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil (OSC) ecuatorianas durante la última década. Dentro de un entorno dinámico se examinan las prácticas de innovación social de las OSC en el país y se detallan dos experiencias emblemáticas. Npos And Their Stakeholders’ Psychological Contracts: The Value Of Implicit Expectations In Bolivia, Maria Renee Barreal, Roland Pepermans, Michael Dooms

Managing non-profit organizations (NPOs) in developing countries constitutes a challenge due to the intrinsic hardship of their missions, and the pressure of balancing their stakeholder’s interests and needs. Beyond the explicit challenges NPOs face (e.g., attracting volunteers, retaining employees, accounting to donors), we tackle the implicit obligations and returns that volunteers, employees, and donors hold towards an NPO. By introducing the concept of Stakeholder Psychological Contracts (SPC) and its three currencies (relational, transactional and ideological), we identify how each creates value for these stakeholders in a different way, using data from 409 respondents, representing 7 Bolivian NPOs. Este artículo analiza el financiamiento público a nivel federal y estatal otorgado a las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil (OSC) de Yucatán, México durante el periodo 2006 – 2017. Fascist Aesthetics From 1940 To Contemporary Times, Anna M. Gellerman
Publications and Research
Movies and literature all over the world share some common aesthetics: militarization, romanticization of death, beauty of perfection, and even purity. What most don't think about is how these tropes rose to popularity due to Nazi Germany's propaganda films. This work describes these fascist aesthetics, and uses famous publications from the 1940s until now to paint just how common these themes are.

The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) evaluates the management and financial performance of Australian government programs for the Australian Parliament, Australian government agencies, Australian taxpayers, and individuals interested in the performance of these programs globally. This article examines how ANAO has examined the performance of Australian Army programs and strengths and weaknesses found in these programs while recommending changes to improve program performance. It also examines how government agencies and corporations which have been the subject of ANAO analyses have reacted to ANAO findings. This study analyzes the attitudes of two influential social movements in Turkey: the Hizmet movement and political Islam. Historical overview demonstrates that there are continuous and deep attitudinal differences between the movements. I aimed to see the effects of the different attitudes. First, I look how affiliation to a specific movement shape their solution-orientation. Qualitative and quantitative analysis in this research shows that the Hizmet movement follow culture-based solutions while political Islam follows institution-based solutions. Second, I delve into the relationship between affiliation and social capital. The outcomes imply that the Hizmet movement produces bridging social capital whereas political Islam …

Model North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) consists of several committees, each of whom draft policy relevant to their respective topics of discussion. The Committees debate for the course of the conference, drafting NATO policy to solve a multitude of issues. During this time, a simulated crisis also occurs, and each committee must respond to the updates from the crisis as well as focus on their original goals.
