Consequently, the pairing of a younger supervisor with a relatively older employee is becoming increasingly more common. Research in the United States has shown that such demographically "non-normative" pairings have negative implications for employee attitudes and behaviors, and thus for employee performance management. However, little is known about the effects of such pairings in other nations and cultures, despite the fact that these demographic shifts are occurring on a global level. The Anchor, Volume 126.14: February 6, 2013, Hope College
The Anchor: 2013
The Anchor began in 1887 and was first issued weekly in 1914. Covering national and campus news alike, Hope College’s student-run newspaper has grown over the years to encompass over two-dozen editors, reporters, and staff. For much of The Anchor's history, the latest issue was distributed across campus each Wednesday throughout the academic school year (with few exceptions). In recent years The Anchor moved to monthly print issues and a more frequently updated website. The Anchor is now published in print twice per academic semester. Occasionally, the volume and/or issue numbering is irregular.

Reusable Learning Objects At Itt Dublin: Developing, Sharing And Reusing, Philip Russell
Support services (Former ITT) - Other Resources
Provides an overview of the development of online tutorials at ITT Dublin with a focus on the instructional design using the eLearning software (Articulate Studio). There is a discussion on the integration of these learning objects into the Institutional VLE (Moodle) and the range of evaluative mechanisms are also highlighted.
The author discusses how these tutorials have been shared and adapted for reuse by other Irish higher education institutions.
