The main concern of a bank is customer satisfaction. Every bank strives to achieve customer satisfaction. A satisfied customer becomes the positive word of mouth for the bank. The purpose of this research is to find out customer satisfaction in commercial banks, particularly in Bank AL Falah. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 150 customers of Bank AL Falah in Hyderabad. Microsoft Excel was used for data analysis. The result concludes that customers perceive higher satisfaction, and the environment and commitment and behavior of staff with customers have a major impact on customer satisfaction.

The study examined the perception and usage of health information sources and services by the urban community users of public libraries. The study investigated 110 users from two public libraries in Bhadravathi. This paper examines the conformity of Lotka’s law to authorship distribution in the field of parasitology using Scopus during 2007-2016. Totally, 5792 articles produced by 3473 unique first authors, was compiled for analysis. Lotka’s law was tested using both generalized and modified forms by using the formula: , the values of the exponent n and the constant c were computed; and Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) and Chi-square tests were applied. The results showed that the Lotka’s law fit to the author productivity distribution pattern in parasitology literature.

Analysing the websites of the Indian football clubs it has been found that in WIF calculation NFC holds the rank one position with SWIF of 0.7222, while MBAC and CBFCG hold the 2^nd and 3^rd positions respectively with SWIFs of 0.6973and 0.6363.
