This study seeks to assess user perception of the quality of public library services in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana using the LibQUAL+ model. Based on a quantitative approach, the study surveyed 180 patrons of public libraries in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana using convenience sampling technique. Data was analyzed using interpretative techniques. The results showed that patrons were dissatisfied with the quality and depth of equipment and facilities (conducive environment for learning, internet connectivity and computers) and current library materials (print and electronic). The present study is a bibliometric analysis of 328 articles from 11 volumes published in International Journal of Digital Curation published by University of Edinburgh, U.K from 2006-2017. The study is based on three basic objectives in terms of yearly distribution of articles, authorship pattern and degree of collaboration in the journal. Data collection is done from DOAJ. The result revealed that year 2009 was the most fruitful year with 46 articles, Single authorship showing highest contribution and extent of collaboration recorded is considerable with a overall value of 0.69.

This study aimed to determine the factors that affect the retention of all 3^rd year CE students of Saint Mary’s University using percentage, frequency, rank, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation. Results revealed that majority of the respondents hardly visited the library. Majority of the respondents borrowed Engineering-related books and have read books at the Engineering Section while the least visited section was the periodicals section. This study investigated the influence of demographic characteristics and information technology competence skills on the use of E-portal among undergraduates in Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo State, Nigeria. The findings revealed a positive significant relationship between IT competence skill and their use of e-portal (r= .190, p<0.05). Gender has a significant influence on the use of e-portal (t=2.071, p<0.05) also, respondents age has a significant influence on use of e-portal (F _{(3; 246)} =2.892; p<0.05). The study concluded that IT competence skills and demographic characteristics of undergraduates have an influence on the use of E-portal. It is recommended that higher institutions of learning in Nigeria should further explore the potentials of E-portal for its teaching, learning and research.
