This study aimed at elaborating barriers to publication perceived by doctoral (Ph.D.) students from Malaysian universities. We interviewed 7 Ph.D. students from 3 Malaysian universities. Besides, we also distributed a survey instrument to 125 participants who attended doctoral programs in 12 Malaysian universities. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the interview data. Meanwhile, descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA were applied for the survey data analysis. Purpose – The main purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the web contents, and navigational strengths of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) library websites using standard evaluation criteria followed globally and to give suitable suggestions for improving/upgrading their library websites.

Design/methodology/approach – Survey of 18 IIT library websites in India based on a 100-items checklist. The IIT library websites were checked and evaluated during August 2019 and again verified between the periods of 10th September – 25th September 2019.

The study aims to know the knowledge of Library resources and services among St. Xavier's college students. The questionnaire method was used for data collection. Keeping in view the objectives of the study well-structured questionnaire was prepared and distributed to St. Xavier's college students. This study was an applied survey conducted among graduate students studying in the virtual centers in Ministry of Health and Medical Education and Ministry of Science Research and Technology in 2017-2018. The present study is conducted to identify the prevailing citation trends, durability of web citations or URLs, decay and half-life of URLs by analyzing articles’ citations of Indian Journal of Agricultural Library and Information Services published during 2012 -2016. A total of 980 citations were reported in 94 articles out of which 33.16 percent were having web citations. Of web citations, 62.15 percent of URLs were accessible at the time of testing and the remaining 37.85 percent of URLs were not accessible. This study was to discover the Positive Youth Development (PYD) dimensions towards ICT usage in rural libraries among youths in Malaysia. This is a quantitative design and descriptive study in nature, which involved 400 respondents among rural youths from 16 selected rural libraries in four states of Peninsular Malaysia were chosen based on multistage cluster and simple random sampling. Rural youth community in Malaysia exhibited a high level of PYD towards ICT usage at rural libraries especially on the level of confidence when using ICT. The study investigated the perceived effect of telemedicine on medical service delivery by the Federal Medical Centers in North Central Nigeria. Six objectives guided the study. The study answered six research questions and tested two null hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The study adopted survey research design.
