This present study provides an overview of the perception of e-resources by the librarians of 23 Ayurvedic Medical Colleges of North Karnataka. Library automation means a high degree of mechanization of various routine and repetitive tasks to be performed by library staffs. Presently, public libraries of West Bengal are moving towards automation with koha. Koha, being open source software, allows extensive customization. Most of the libraries are now use their own bibliographic framework for recording different type of documents to save the time of data entry work. Background: The Journal of Computers in Human Behavior published its first issue in 1985. This study presents a general overview of the journal from 1985 until 2019 using bibliometric indicators to assess its performance.
Methods: The data for this study, dating between 1985 and 2019, was extracted from Scopus database. All the information was exported in CSV format for data analysis. Additionally, Visualization was done by VOS viewer software and applying techniques such as Co-occurrence of keywords, Co-citation of journals, and bibliographic coupling of countries.

This paper attempts to examine the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices on the Job Satisfaction of Librarians in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). On basis of the literature review, it is hypothesized that a positive perception among librarians regarding the HRM practices helps in developing a sense of satisfaction among them regarding their jobs. The hypothesised relationship is tested though regression analysis by using data from libraries of seven universities of J&K. The findings suggest that perception of employees regarding the HRM practices positively impacts their job satisfaction. The library provides its services to satisfy the user’s approach. This study is done to assess users’ attitudes towards the retrieval of the Bengali document in OPAC through subject headings. It also traces users’ perceptions regarding subject access highlighting the problems in the retrieval of Bengali documents by subject in OPACs. It can be inferred that some features are required to be incorporated to improve the functionality of the OPACs and thereby to satisfy users’ requirements. This study presents the global level perspective of COVID-19 research output from January to April 2020, and these analyses include global publication share, patterns of research communication channels, the most productive Sources, Authors and Institutions. Data were extracted from the Web of Science citation database using the search string of “Coronavirus” OR “COVID-19” and limited to 2020, a total of 1658 publications were retrieved, which have received 4804 citations and the overall H-index is 29. Purpose: This study investigates the Information-Seeking Behavior (ISB) of mass media professionals in E-environment working in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the most important strategic area of Pakistan. This work aimed at demonstrating India’s scientific contribution on Covid-19 research and analyzes the emerging research pattern using various bibliometric parameters.
Design/methodology/approach
Indian publications data on Covid-19 research were retrieved from SCOPUS database using structured query. VOSviewer & CiteSpace data visualization tools are used to generate citation, co-citation map and keyword clusters for better understanding of the research pattern. The leading institutions, most productive journal, prominent researchers are identified and analyzed further to reflect the collaborative nature.

This paper examined the Buddhist monks’ attitudes toward monastic library and their reading preferences. These monks are attached with the Dali Monastery of Darjeeling. 62 residential and trainee monks participated in the survey. All the monks are male. Survey method has been adopted for the present study. Conflicts can occur due to lack of information literacy. Political information disseminated through Whatsapp group often creates political conflicts. The purpose of this article is to examine the political conflict that causes members to leave a group on a whatsapp group, as well as other members' reactions in responding to it. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The present study attempts to offer an insight about the user’s perception regarding library collection and service in Kashmir Government Polytechnic College (KGPC). The findings of the study reveal that preponderance (91.33%) prefer to use “Textbooks” as a source of information resource in the library while as usage of e-resources have been found low among them. It emerges that majority of users visit library on “Daily” basis to “Issue books” and read “Newspapers”.
