The study examines the use of ICT by school teachers in Sri Lanka and it intends to understand the knowledge of ICT and the use of ICT for their information provision. The survey method was adapted and the questionnaire used as the main data collection tool for the study. The results revealed that the most preferred information source was a colleague followed by personal knowledge or experience ranked second and professional books ranked third with high preference level. This study is focused on exploring COVID 19 information seeking behavior of Nigerian health practitioners using medical doctors in Delta state Nigeria as a case study. The purpose of present study is to evaluate the growth of scientific literature pertaining to Coronavirus disease 2019(Covid-19). In sum 1630 document published during 01 January 2020 to 6 April, 2020. Publication data were retrieved from SCOPUS databases using key terms and detailed analysis were made to understand the publication trends, authorship and collaborative pattern, country-wise distribution, core journal and most leading institutes. Change itself occurs over time as debated in physics from Einstein until recently with Barbour and Smolin. This study examined the use of WhatsApp Messenger among students. It studied the reasons and the time spend by students on using WhatsApp. The research further explores that what features of WhatsApp is frequently used by students and the challenges they are facing. The survey method is used and the questionnaire was distributed among 53 students of Library Information Science Department, University of Karachi. This study attempts to investigate the effectiveness of social media utilisation for political dialogue in Nigeria. The work is anchored on Public Sphere Theory and a survey research method taken among 300 participants across the tertiary institutions in Taraba State in northeast Nigeria. The study was carried out to evaluate the relationships between information availability, information literacy skills and research productivity among scholars at Lead City University Ibadan. The quantitative research method was adopted with a self developed questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. The study sample which consists of 71 academic staff was selected through the proportionate sampling procedure from four faculties in the university. Data analysis revealed a significant relationship between information availability, information literacy skills and research productivity. This paper investigates the contributions of Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs) by 16 State Universities of Tamil Nadu in INFLIBNET-Shodhganga project. It is found that 41870 Electronic Theses and Dissertations were uploaded by 16 State Universities. Among these Universities, Anna University, Chennai and University of Madras were contributed highest number of ETDs in this project.The Department of Information and Communication, Anna University and Department of Tamil Studies, Bharathidasan University, Trichy were the top two departments, which contributed more number of theses in the respective domains. The aim of this research was to investigate the agricultural information sources and strategies for disseminating agricultural research findings to farmers in Iringa District, Tanzania. A total of 90 farmers were interviewed by using self-administered questionnaire. The statistical Package for Service Solutions (SPSS) software and Spreadsheet were used as instruments to analyse the findings. Results of this study indicate that radios, church leaders, village leaders and seminars are the main channels of information used by extension officers to disseminate agricultural information to farmers.
