Clinical case reports form a fundamental component of the homoeopathic medical literature and are the most popular amongst readers. Case reports illustrate evidence-based classical or contemporary homoeopathic treatment strategies, diagnostics or rare or unusual diseases managed with homoeopathy. They also serve the purpose of raising awareness of important clinical issues amongst the homoeopathic fraternity. Our last case report special issue (Volume 16, Issue 2, April–June 2022) received more than 12,000 downloads within a year. Introduction: Pelvic inflammatory disease is a group of disorders that affects the female genital tract having varied presentation, ranging from asymptomatic to symptoms of reproductive disability, infertility, ectopic pregnancy, etc. With the homoeopathic treatment, promising results have been seen in research on various clinical disorders but there is paucity of research in the field of pelvic inflammatory disorders. A case of pelvic inflammatory disease, treated with individualized homoeopathic medicine is presented. Further research is needed to confirm the role of homoeopathy in pelvic inflammatory disease.

Prior research and literature reviews suggest that there is medicinal value in tattooing for the healing of trauma. However, tattooing is still a burgeoning topic in academic studies and still mostly taboo as a western societal practice, so there are gaps in qualitative and quantitative data that could further validate the healing benefits of tattoos for trauma. This literature review analyzed 30 peer reviewed articles that focus on "contemporary tattoo data," "indigenous traditions and practices," "tattoos and trauma," and other alternative healing such as "MDMA, psilocybin, EMDR" to establish a well-rounded investigation into tattoos as an alternative healing option. Abstract: This paper explores the conclusion that women and their infants are at an increased risk for harm when assisted devices are used during the second stage of labor. Traditional practices involving a supine position during pushing have been associated with an elevated likelihood of assisted delivery, necessitating interventions such as forceps, vacuum extraction, or episiotomy. However, emerging evidence suggests that adopting an upright position during labor may help decrease the need for these interventions and positively impact maternal and fetal outcomes.

ASHMI (anti-asthma herbal intervention) which consists of three components, Sophorae flavescentis, Ganoderma lucidum, Glycyrrhiza uralensis has been shown to inhibit allergic lung inflammation in antigen sensitized and challenged mice. In this study we isolate and identify the active compound in Sophorae flavescentis, characterized the mechanism of IgE inhibitory effect, biomarkers and potential to prevent food anaphylaxis.
