วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของนิสิตนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยในกรุงเทพมหานคร และเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของนิสิตนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามตัวแปร เพศ และชั้นปีการศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น แบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีข้อคำถามทั้งหมด 62 ข้อ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ นิสิตนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยที่เป็นคนไทยในกรุงเทพมหานครที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี จำนวน 480 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที และสถิติทดสอบเอฟ ผลการวิจัย 1) นิสิตนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยในกรุงเทพมหานครมีพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง พฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง พฤติกรรมความเครียดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อยู่ในระดับดี 2) นิสิตนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยในกรุงเทพมหานคร เพศชายมีพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายดีกว่าเพศหญิงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนนิสิตนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยในกรุงเทพมหานคร เพศหญิงมีพฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ดีกว่าเพศชายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนตัวแปรชั้นปีการศึกษา พบว่า นิสิตนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยในกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีชั้นปีการศึกษาต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพทั้ง 4 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ สรุปผลการวิจัย นิสิตนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยในกรุงเทพมหานครมีพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหาร พฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกาย และพฤติกรรมความเครียดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่พฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์อยู่ในระดับดี

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของส่วนประสมทางการตลาดต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยในการแข่งขันรักบี้ประเพณีจุฬาฯ-ธรรมศาสตร์ และเพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยในการแข่งขันรักบี้ประเพณีจุฬาฯ-ธรรมศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่กําลังศึกษาอยู่ในทุกระดับชั้น จํานวน 507 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.80 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, การทดสอบค่า "ที (t-test) ,การคิดวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) ด้วยการทดสอบค่า "เอฟ (F-test), การวิเคราะห์รายคู่ด้วยวิธีเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe Method), วิเคราะห์การถดถอย (Regression Analysis) และความถดถอยโลจิสติค (Logistic Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดมีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการแข่งขันรักบี้จุฬาฯ-ธรรมศาสตร์ของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยโดยรวม โดยการใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์การถดถอย (Regression Analysis) และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ปัจจัยทางส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านสถานที่ให้บริการ ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ด้านบุคลากร และด้านกระบวนการนั้นส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการแข่งขันรักบี้ประเพณีจุฬาฯ-ธรรมศาสตร์ของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มีเพียงด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพด้านเดียวเท่านั้น ที่ไม่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในขณะที่การใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์แบบถดถอยโลจิสติค (Logistic Regression Analysis) พิจารณารายด้านพบว่า มีเพียงปัจจัยทางส่วนประสมทางการตลาดในด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ด้านกระบวนการและด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพเท่านั้นที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการแข่งขันรักบี้ประเพณีจุฬาฯ-ธรรมศาสตร์ของนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และนิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีเพศและระดับการศึกษาที่ต่างกัน มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการแข่งขันรักบี้ประเพณีจุฬาฯ-ธรรมศาสตร์ไม่แตกต่างกัน ในขณะที่นิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีระดับอายุที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการแข่งขันรักบี้ประเพณีจุฬาฯ-ธรรมศาสตร์แตกต่างกัน

A cross-sectional survey designed to investigate intention to stay (ITS) of nurses (RNs) in public hospitals under the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and to compare the intention to stay among nurses in various hospital types of care delivery of organizational characteristics, nurse characteristics, managerial characteristics, and work characteristics. The multi-stage sampling technique was used to recruit 1,524 nurses from in-patient units of 59 public hospitals under MOPH. Given no gold standard for diagnosis, early identification of TB infection has been challenging. This study aimed to comparatively investigate the prevalence of TB across diagnostic approaches (sputum AFB, sputum culture, sputum genetic test, and chest x-ray) and geographical areas in Indonesia. Managing for sonographic focally thick duct lesions is not established in practice guidelines. Most cases showed scant cells on fine-needle aspiration (FNA). The study aimed to detect any variables that could predict proliferative lesions of the ducts and avoid unnecessary biopsies. A retrospective cohort design was done to analyze the association between ultrasound (US) variables and the outcome of proliferative or non-proliferative ductal lesions, determined by corresponding histopathology or cytology on consecutive follow-ups for at least three years. The key barrier in leptospirosis diagnosis is a lack of available sensitive point-of-care testing. Therefore, we aimed to develop and validate nucleic acid lateral flow immunoassay (NALFIA) and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 12a (CRISPR/Cas12a) platform combined with isothermal amplification to detect leptospires from extracted patients' DNA samples. A recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA)-NALFIA and RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a assay was designed to detect the LipL32, SecY and lfb1 genes of pathogenic Leptospira spp. The RPA-NALFIA targeting LipL32 observed the LOD at 105 copies/reaction. The objective of this study was to determine the field output correction factors of radiophotoluminescent glass dosimeter (RPLGD) for 6 MV photon beams by using Monte Carlo (MC) simulation. The ratios of absorbed dose of water and RPLGD were calculated using egs_chamber code for 6 MV, 90-cm SSD, 10-cm depth, and field size range from 0.5 × 0.5 to 10 × 10 cm2. In the development of a bioink for cartilage 3D printing, Hyaluronic acid (HA), Alginate (Alg) were modified into amine-hyaluronic acid (HA-NH2) and aldehyde alginate (Alg-CHO). Magnetic Nuclear Resonance (NMR) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) confirmed the successful modification of HA-NH2 and Alg-CHO. The hydrogel HA-Alg was crosslinked as a result of Schiff's base reaction, between primary amines and aldehydes to form imine bonds. By varying volume ratios, the optimal hydrogel HA-Alg (5:5) exhibited its printability, biocompatibility, and functionality as a bioink for cartilage tissue. The organ doses were measured using the anthropomorphic Rando phantom inserted with radiophotoluminescent glass dosimeters (RPLGDs) to verify the organ doses calculated by Radimetrics program. However, the delivery of a rapid fluid bolus might cause harm by inducing degradation of the endothelial glycocalyx. This research aimed to examine the effects of the limited infusion rate of fluid on glycocalyx shedding as measured by syndecan-1 in patients with sepsis-induced hypoperfusion.
