เหตุผลของการทำวิจัย : สัตว์บำบัดนับเป็นศาสตร์ใหม่ในวงการแพทย์ทางเลือกของไทยเนื่องจากสัตว์เป็นสิ่งมีชีวิตที่ใกล้ชิดกับมนุษย์และเป็นสิ่งมีชีวิตที่สามารถมอบความรักให้ได้โดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข จึงสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของเด็กกำพร้า จึงอาจจะเป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจที่จะเป็นส่วนช่วยเหลือหรือพัฒนาจิตใจของเด็กกำพร้าให้มีความเข้มแข็ง เห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง ไม่ซึมเศร้า และมีความสุขในการใช้ชีวิตมากขึ้นวัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้โปรแกรมการบำบัดด้วยกระต่ายที่มีต่อความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง, ภาวะซึมเศร้า และความสุขของเด็กกำพร้ารูปแบบการวิจัย : การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบสุ่มตัวอย่างเปรียบเทียบ (RandomizedControlled Trial; RCT) ระหว่างประชากร 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมในช่วงเวลาก่อนและหลังที่ประชากรจะได้รับการรักษาโดยการใช้กระต่ายช่วยบำบัดสถานที่ทำการศึกษา : สถานสงเคราะห์เด็กหญิงบ้านราชวิถีตัวอย่างและวิธีการศึกษา : แบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน อายุ 12 - 15 ปี โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 15 คน โดยกลุ่มทดลองเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการบำบัดด้วยกระต่าย จำนวน 10 กิจกรรมเป็นเวลา5 วัน ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมดำเนินชีวิตตามปกติ การศึกษานี้ใช้แบบวัดความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้าในเด็ก และแบบวัดความสุข โดยศึกษาระยะก่อนและหลังการทดลอง สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของอายุ คะแนนความรู้สึกเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง คะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าและคะแนนความสุขของทั้งสองกลุ่มในระยะก่อนการทดลองด้วยสถิติindependent sample t-test และโปรแกรม Stata SE 11.0 วิเคราะห์ผลของกิจกรรมการบำบัดด้วยกระต่ายในระยะก่อนการบำบัด หลังการบำบัด และระยะติดตามผล 1 เดือน ด้วยสถิติ Generalized EstimatingEquations (GEE)ผลการศึกษา : ก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมบำบัดด้วยกระต่าย กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมมีคะแนนการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง ภาวะซึมเศร้า และความสุขไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ p - value เท่ากับ 0.494, 0.722และ 0.288 ตามลำดับ แต่ภายหลังการได้รับกิจกรรมการบำบัด พบว่ากลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองเพิ่มขึ้น คะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าลดลง และคะแนนความสุขเพิ่มขึ้น คือค่า p - value เท่ากับ0.514, 0.001 และ 0.003 ตามลำดับ ดังนั้นกลุ่มทดลองหลังจากเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการบำบัดด้วยกระต่าย มีคะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าลดลงและคะแนนความสุขเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05ซึ่งขนาดอิทธิพล (effect size) …

เหตุผลของการทำวิจัย : เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมทางการพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยโรคต้อหินมีความร่วมมือในการรักษา ได้แก่ การใช้ยาหยอดตา และการมาตรวจตามนัดอย่างสม่ำเสมอตามแผนการรักษา เพื่อลดอัตราเสี่ยงของผู้ป่วยโรคต้อหินต่อการสูญเสียสายตาอย่างถาวรวัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความร่วมมือในการรักษาของผู้ป่วยโรคต้อหินก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลตามแนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพรูปแบบการวิจัย : การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบสองกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลองสถานที่ทำการศึกษา : แผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจักษุกรรม โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทยวิธีการศึกษา : ศึกษาในผู้ป่วยโรคต้อหินวัยผู้ใหญ่ ที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจักษุกรรม โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 50 คนแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุม และกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 25 คน จับคู่กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมให้มีความคล้ายคลึงกันในเรื่อง เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาระยะเวลาของการเป็นโรคต้อหินและจำนวนของยาหยอดตาโรคต้อหินกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลปกติ กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลตามแนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ โปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลตามแนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ประเมินความพร้อม การให้ข้อมูลการพัฒนาทักษะ การติดตามและกระตุ้นเตือน หลังได้รับโปรแกรม4 สัปดาห์ ประเมินความร่วมมือซ้ำ โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความร่วมมือในการรักษา ซึ่งมีข้อคำถาม 15 ข้อได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ .93 และค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ0.78 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติบรรยายและการทดสอบค่าทีผลการศึกษา : พบว่าความร่วมมือในการรักษาของผู้ป่วยโรคต้อหินกลุ่มที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลตามแนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลตามแนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <.05) และความร่วมมือในการรักษาของผู้ป่วยโรคต้อหินกลุ่มที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลตามแนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลปกติ(p <.05)สรุป : โปรแกรมการให้ข้อมูลตามแนวคิดแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพสามารถช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยโรคต้อหินมีความร่วมมือในการรักษาเพิ่มขึ้น ดังนั้นพยาบาลผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคต้อหินสามารถนำโปรแกรมนี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้กับผู้ป่วยโรคต้อหินเพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในการรักษา.

Background : In paternity testing, differences at genetic loci between the alleged parent and the child would lead to the exclusion of biological paternity. Although rare, transmission inconsistent in paternity testing or single mismatches in DNA profiles may occur, possibly due to either germline or somatic mutation. In this study, we compared desflurane inhalation and propofol TCI regimen in patients undergoing craniotomy for temporal lobectomy regarding recovery profiles including time of recovery, cognitive function, postoperative pain, post-operative nausea and vomiting (PONV).
