This study aimed to measure the role of the educational counselor in raising the awareness of the family in the field of child protection in the schools of Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. For this purpose, a three-axis questionnaire was designed. The first axis dealt with the social role of the educational counselor, the second with his/her academic role, while the third dealt with his/her psychological awareness role. The aim of this study is to identify attitudes of students in Grade Ten towards Islamic Education Subject in Dhofar Governorate per variables (Type, Academic Achievement level, parents educational level and parents monthly income). Abstract:

This study investigated the Jordanian EFL sixth-grade students ’attitudes towards using gamification in reading comprehension lessons. The participants of the study were 35 students from a public school in Jordan. They studied reading comprehension activities through gamification. A questionnaire with 31-items was designed to explore students’ attitudes towards using gamification in reading comprehension lessons. The results indicated that the sixth-grade students had positive attitudes towards the use of gamification in reading comprehensionlessons.

This study examines the effect of the electronic flipped classroom instruction (EFCI) on students` attitudes toward learning vocabulary. To this end, the sample consisted of 38 EFL female tenth grade students who were selected purposefully in UNRWA schools in South Amman Area. The study uses a questionnaire and an interview to collect the data which is analyzed using means and standard deviations, the analysis revealed that students had positive attitudes towards learning with the electronic flipped classroom. Several pedagogical implications and recommendations are put forth.

Abstract:

The study aimed at describing the relationship between psychological stress, psychological flexibility, and parental upbringing methools with psychological adjustment for gifted students in Jordan. The study sample included (180) male and female students enrolled at King Abdullah the second and Alyoubil for giftedness. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers developed the study tools, which consisted of psychological stresses scale, flexibility scale, and parental upbringing methools scale, and psychological adjustment scale. Abstract:

This study aimed to identify the degree of commitment to the professional ethics by the directors of the youth departments at the Ministry of Education across the Green Line and its relationship to the degree of practicing social responsibility by the youth from the point of view employees and directors at those departments.
