The study aimed to measure the degree of Functional bullying level at the headmasters of public schools in Karak governorate from the teachers’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (196) male and female teachers in public schools in Karak governorate. هدف الدراسة تعرف واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدارس الحكومية في الجمهورية العربية السورية ومعوقات تطبيقها من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة درعا، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) مديراً ومديرة، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وبعد تطبيق الدراسة وجمع البيانات حللت باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (ت) وتحليل التباين الأحادي، واتضح من نتائج الدراسة أنَّ بُعد واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية كان تقديره متوسطاً.

كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة من (1- أقل من 5 سنوات)، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح مؤهل …
