การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยประเมินศักยภาพจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ 2) สร้างตัวชี้วัดการประเมินศักยภาพจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ 3) พัฒนาและทดสอบนวัตกรรมระบบการสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจการประเมินศักยภาพจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ 4) ศึกษาการยอมรับการใช้งานของนวัตกรรมระบบการประเมินศักยภาพจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ และ 5) ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชยกรรมของนวัตกรรมระบบการประเมินศักยภาพจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ โดยวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากนั้นพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เพื่อสร้างตัวชี้วัดการประเมินศักยภาพจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ AMOS นำข้อมูลองค์ประกอบที่ได้ไปสอบถามความคิดเห็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อพัฒนาค่าน้ำหนักของเกณฑ์และตัวชี้วัดของกรอบในการประเมิน ด้วยกระบวนการการตัดสินใจแบบพิจารณาหลายเกณฑ์ วิเคราะห์เพื่อจัดกลุ่มตามระดับศักยภาพด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์กลุ่ม ตรวจสอบความความตรงภายในและภายนอกของตัวแบบนวัตกรรม ศึกษาความต้องการและพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรม นำต้นแบบนวัตกรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปทดสอบการยอมรับการใช้งาน และจัดทำแผนธุรกิจเพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชยกรรม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยการประเมินศักยภาพของจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมของจุดหมายปลายทาง นโยบายของพื้นที่และกลยุทธ์ที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการเดินทางและการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานและขีดความสามารถเพื่อการรองรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ ทรัพยากรที่มนุษย์สร้างขึ้นและวัฒนธรรมเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ กลยุทธ์และโครงสร้างการให้บริการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ศักยภาพในการสร้างนวัตกรรม และการรวมตัวกันเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งร่วมกันและการทำการตลาดเชิงรุก โดยทั้งหมดนี้ประกอบด้วยตัวชี้วัด จำนวน 41 ตัวชี้วัด 2) ผลการสร้างตัวชี้วัดการประเมินศักยภาพของจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างจากการทดสอบความสอดคล้องของตัวแบบองค์ประกอบหลักและตัวชี้วัดในการประเมินศักยภาพของจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 3) ผลจากการวิเคราะห์กลุ่มที่มีศักยภาพต่างกันด้วยเทคนิค K-means Cluster Analysis พบว่า สามารถจำแนกกลุ่มที่มีความแตกต่างกันได้ 3 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่มีระดับศักยภาพสูง ศักยภาพปานกลาง และศักยภาพต่ำ ซึ่งผลจากการทดสอบความตรงภายในและความตรงภายนอกของตัวแบบการประเมินศักยภาพจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น แสดงให้เห็นว่าตัวแบบการประเมินมีความตรงทั้งภายในและภายนอก และมีความแม่นยำของประสิทธิภาพในการทำนาย สามารถเชื่อถือได้ และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ทั้งนี้ผลจากการสนทนากลุ่มและการตอบแบบสอบถามถึงความเหมาะสมในการออกแบบต้นแบบแนวคิดนวัตกรรมระบบการสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจการประเมินศักยภาพของจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ พบว่า ฟังก์ชั่นต่าง ๆ ของต้นแบบนวัตกรรมระบบนี้ มีความเหมาะสมสำหรับการพัฒนาเป็นนวัตกรรมระบบการสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจการประเมินศักยภาพของจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ 4) ผลการทดสอบการยอมรับการใช้งานของนวัตกรรมนี้ พบว่า มีความพร้อมและได้รับการยอมรับการใช้งานอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 5) ผลจากการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรมระบบประเมินจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ โดยการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการบริหารจัดการ การผลิตและการดำเนินธุรกิจของนวัตกรรมนี้ มีความเหมาะสมในการลงทุนและมีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำออกสู่ตลาดในเชิงพาณิชย์ ด้วยแนวทางการอนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิโดยไม่จำกัดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว และได้รับการคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา โดยใช้เงินลงทุน 660,000 บาท มีอัตราผลตอบแทนที่แท้จริงจากการลงทุน เท่ากับ 82.21% ใช้ระยะเวลาคืนทุน 1.43 ปี

นวัตกรรมวงดนตรีอังกะลุงอัจฉริยะเพื่อเสริมสร้างกิจกรรมดนตรีนันทนาการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุ, สรัญญา หิรัญปัณฑาพร

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ ออกแบบ พัฒนา และทดสอบนวัตกรรมวงดนตรีอังกะลุงอัจฉริยโดยการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อเสริมสร้างการจัดกิจกรรมดนตรีวงอังกะลุงสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุ รวมทั้งศึกษาการยอมรับนวัตกรรมและการใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์ จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการจัดกิจกรรมดนตรีวงอังกะลุงผู้สูงอายุ 2 ท่าน พบว่า ปัจจุบันผู้เชี่ยวชาญต้องใช้ทักษะและประสบการณ์ทางด้านดนตรีอย่างมากในการจัดกิจกรรมด้วยรูปแบบการใช้สัญลักษณ์มือ ทำให้เกิดความขาดแคลนบุคคลากรในด้านดังกล่าว ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของการทำกิจกรรมดนตรีวงอังกะลุงกับผู้สูงอายุด้วยรูปแบบการใช้สัญลักษณ์มือ พบ 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ผู้ควบคุมวง ผู้สูงอายุ เครื่องดนตรีอังกะลุง โน้ตเพลง และเพลงบรรเลงประกอบ ซึ่งนำไปสู่การออกแบบและพัฒนานวัตกรรม หลังจากทำการทดสอบและปรับปรุงนวัตกรรมตามความเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเบื้องต้น เมื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงสถิติจากการทดสอบนวัตกรรมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุ สรุปได้ว่า การทำกิจกรรมดนตรีด้วยนวัตกรรมวงดนตรีอังกะลุงอัจฉริยะสามารถทำให้ผู้สูงอายุเขย่าอังกะลุงได้ถูกต้องไม่แตกต่างจากการทำกิจกรรมด้วยรูปแบบการใช้สัญลักษณ์มือที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ความเห็นว่า นวัตกรรมนี้สามารถเสริมสร้างและช่วยลดภาระของผู้เชี่ยวชาญการจัดกิจกรรมดนตรีวงอังกะลุงสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุได้ แม้ว่าผู้สูงอายุยังคงต้องการการพูดคุยและมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้ควบคุมวงอยู่ การศึกษาการยอมรับนวัตกรรมวงดนตรีอังกะลุงอัจฉริยะจากการเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 18 คน พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความเห็นต่อการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมอยู่ในระดับ “เห็นด้วย"

นวัตปะการังเพื่อการพัฒนาและการฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศแนวปะการัง, วรุต ศรีสุวรรณ์

ปัจจุบันปัญหาปะการังเสื่อมโทรมไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นแค่ในประเทศไทย แต่เป็นปัญหาที่ทวีความรุนแรง และกระจายออกเป็นวงกว้างทั่วโลก ถ้าปล่อยให้สถานการณ์นี้เกิดขึ้นต่อไปโดยไม่ทำการแก้ไข ปะการังจะหมดไปจากท้องทะเลในระยะเวลาอันใกล้ ที่ผ่านมาหลายหน่วยงาน ได้พยายามแก้ไขฟื้นฟูแนวปะการังด้วยวิธีต่างๆ หนึ่งในวิธีที่มีการทำอย่างต่อเนื่อง คือ การนำวัสดุที่เลิกใช้ ได้แก่ มอเตอร์ไซต์ รถถัง ยางรถยนต์ ท่อพีวีซี หรือ แท่งปูนสี่เหลี่ยม ไปวางไว้เป็นปะการังเทียม กลายเป็นมลภาวะทางสายตา และอาจมีสารพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมได้ จะเห็นได้ว่าการออกแบบ และวัสดุแบบเดิม จำเป็นต้องใช้นวัตกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และทัศนภาพที่ดียิ่งขึ้น จากปัญหาดังกล่าว ผู้วิจัยได้เลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีเครื่องพิมพ์ซีเมนต์แบบ 3 มิติ เพื่อทำให้การขึ้นรูปปะการังเทียมรูปแบบใหม่ที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นนั้น ออกมาเสมือน กลมกลืนกับแนวปะการังจริงมากที่สุด และยังมีการปรับรูปร่างให้เข้ากันได้กับชนิด และแนวปะการังบริเวณใกล้เคียง ด้วยวัสดุที่ไม่เป็นพิษต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ช่วยให้สัตว์ยอมรับ และสามารถเข้าไปอยู่อาศัยได้โดยไม่รู้สึกว่าเป็นสิ่งแปลกปลอม ผลจากการศึกษา และการรวบรวมข้อมูลงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพผ่านกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (New Product Development: NPD) ร่วมกับกระบวนการออกแบบของชีวจำลอง (Biomimicry Design Process) ของงานวิจัยนี้ ทำให้เกิดนวัตกรรมเพื่อเปลี่ยนแนวคิดของการอนุรักษ์ท้องทะเลของโลกให้เป็นไปอย่างสมดุล กลมกลืน และยั่งยืน ภายใต้ชื่อ "นวัตปะการัง" ที่เกิดขึ้นด้วยการรวบรวมการออกแบบที่โดดเด่นดังต่อไปนี้ (1) พื้นผิวได้รับการพ่นเคลือบผิวนอกด้วยสารประกอบไดแคลเซียมฟอสเฟส (Di-calcium Phosphate) ซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบหลักของอาหารตัวอ่อนปะการัง และถูกออกแบบมาให้มีพื้นผิวขรุขระ เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับการลงเกาะของปะการังชนิดต่างๆ (2) มีช่องสำหรับปลูกปะการังจริง เพื่อเพิ่มอัตราการขยายพันธุ์ให้เร็วขึ้น (3) ผ่านการทดสอบภายใต้ระบบ Hydrodynamic Testing System ที่ SEAFDEC เพื่อดูการไหลเวียนที่เหมาะสมของกระแสน้ำในการแก้ปัญหาการจม และทรุดตัวลงในพื้นตะกอน (4) ลดแรงต้านกระแสน้ำ เพื่อป้องกันการถูกพัดพา (5) เกิดกระแสน้ำวนขนาดเล็ก เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มเวลา และอัตราการลงเกาะของตัวอ่อนปะการัง (6) ถูกตกแต่งให้มีโครงสร้าง 3 มิติ ทำให้เกิดพื้นที่แสงและเงา ช่วยให้สัตว์เข้าไปหลบภัยได้ เป็นการเพิ่มความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ (7) ถูกออกแบบให้ถอดประกอบ และปรับแต่งโครงสร้างได้ตามความต้องการ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการใช้งานตามวัตถุประสงค์ในแต่ละพื้นที่ และด้วยขนาดชิ้นส่วนประกอบที่มีขนาดเล็กเล็ก มีน้ำหนักเบา ทำให้สามารถยกเคลื่อนย้ายได้ง่าย ส่งผลให้ค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งทั้งทางบกและทางน้ำ รวมทั้งค่าติดตั้งต่ำกว่าปะการังเทียมรูปแบบเดิม และ (8) ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อใช้เป็นสถานีทดแทนปะการังธรรมชาติ (Smart Station) …

นวัตกรรมการบริการภาครัฐเพื่อพัฒนาเมืองให้มีศักยภาพในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์, จารุวรรณ สุวรรณศาสน์

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยและบทบาทของผู้มีส่วนได้เสียที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาเมืองจุดหมายปลายทางของการจัดประชุมในประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบของระบบประเมินความพร้อมของเมืองจุดหมายปลายทางของการจัดประชุมในประเทศไทย และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับของนวัตกรรมการบริการที่ส่งเสริมให้เกิดโมเดลการพัฒนาเมืองจุดหมายปลายทางของการจัดประชุมด้วยการพัฒนาระบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่ประเมินความพร้อมของเมืองและนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาเมืองตามความต้องการของผู้จัดการประชุม และศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของระบบประเมินฯ งานวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ การสนทนากลุ่มและแบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญในการพิจารณาเลือกเมืองจุดหมายปลายทางสำหรับจัดประชุมจากความต้องการของผู้จัดประชุมประเภท ต่างๆ ประกอบด้วย 6 กลุ่มปัจจัย 38 ตัวแปร ที่มีผลต่อความพร้อมในการเป็นเมืองจุดหมายปลายทางของการจัดประชุม ซึ่งผลจากการศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกับงานวิจัยในอดีตแต่มีลำดับความสำคัญที่ต่างกัน และพบตัวแปรใหม่ที่ได้จากงานวิจัยจำนวน 17 ตัวแปร งานวิจัยยังได้พัฒนาระบบประเมินความพร้อมของเมืองที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้จัดงานจากเกณฑ์ทั้ง 6 ด้าน และผู้วิจัยได้ทดสอบระบบประเมินกับจังหวัดต้นแบบที่เป็นเมืองศักยภาพด้านการจัดประชุมในแต่ละภูมิภาค รวม 6 จังหวัด โดยผลการประเมินการยอมรับใช้เครื่องมือประเมินอยู่ในระดับดีมาก การนำผลการศึกษาไปใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์ด้วยวิธีการขายลิขสิทธิ์ของระบบเพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือการบริการภาครัฐแบบฟรีเมี่ยม (Freemium) คือการบริการของภาครัฐที่ให้เครื่องมือประเมินความพร้อมโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย ควบคู่กับการอบรมหลักสูตรผู้นำด้านการพัฒนาเมืองและการเรียนรู้ผ่าน e-learning ที่มีการคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม จากการวิเคราะห์การเงิน พบว่า ระยะเวลาคืนทุนอยู่ที่ 4.08 ปี โดยรายได้จากการลงทุนประกอบด้วย รายได้ของ สสปน (ผู้ซื้อลิขสิทธิ์) มีรายได้ 538,400 บาท ใน 5 ปี และคาดว่ามีผลตอบแทนทางสังคมจากการลงทุน (SROI) ถึง 5,969,100 บาท จากการสนับสนุนให้เกิดการจัดประชุมจากการพัฒนาความพร้อมของเมือง

การพัฒนานวัตกรรมพื้นที่เชิงสร้างสรรค์ด้วยเกมการเรียนรู้เสมือนจริงเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานของนักเรียน, กนกกาญจน์ แย้มยิ้ม

งานวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการเข้าใช้พื้นที่เชิงสร้างสรรค์ในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของการยอมรับนวัตกรรมเกมการเรียนรู้สำหรับพื้นที่เชิงสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมเกมการเรียนรู้พื้นที่เชิงสร้างสรรค์สำหรับผู้เรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ศึกษาผลการใช้นวัตกรรมเกมการเรียนรู้ พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาในเชิงพาณิชย์ โดยในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นเชิงปริมาณ และเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม แบบเก็บข้อมูล การสัมภาษณ์เชิงกลุ่ม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนสามารถฝึกฝนทักษะต่างๆ ตามรายวิชาที่กำหนดไว้ในการสร้างเกมการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งคือผลโดยตรงจากการเล่น และผลโดยอ้อมของเกมการเรียนรู้นี้คือ การเกิดสังคมในการแข่งขันและแบ่งปันข้อมูลระหว่างนักเรียน โดยนักเรียนที่สามารถบังคับหรือควบคุมสิ่งต่างๆในเกมการเรียนรู้ได้คล่องแล้ว สามารถเป็นผู้ช่วยเพื่อนในการเล่นและค้นหาคำตอบ เกิดการแบ่งปันข้อมูลระหว่างนักเรียนด้วยกัน และหลังจากการเล่นเกม ผลจากการประเมินพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนโดยครูผู้สอนพบว่า เกมการเรียนรู้สามารถโน้มน้าวนักเรียนให้สนใจในการเรียนมากขึ้น เกิดความภูมิใจที่สามารถเล่นและแก้ปัญหาได้ ช่วยสร้างความคิดริเริ่มต่างๆให้กับนักเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาเนื้อหาที่ต้องการให้นักเรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ขอบเขตของรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนในวิชาการออกแบบและเทคโนโลยี เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการเชื่อมโยงกับเนื้อหาตามจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ พร้อมกับการกำหนดวิธีการในการเล่นเกมรูปแบบต่าง ๆ โดยผู้วิจัยพัฒนาเกมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุดเครื่องเล่นเสมือนจริง ซึ่งมอบสื่อสัมผัสให้กับนักเรียน 3 สื่อการรับรู้ ได้แก่ การมองเห็น การได้ยินเสียง และ การสัมผัส โดยหลังจากการทดสอบการใช้ พบว่า นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นสามารถเล่นเกมการเรียนรู้โดยที่มีการบริหารจัดการเวลาและตัวช่วย รวมถึงการจัดการอุปกรณ์ตกหล่น ได้ใกล้เคียงกับนักเรียนอาชีวะระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่า นักเรียนสามารถใช้ทักษะด้านความสามารถของบุคคลในการคิดแก้ปัญหา และฝึกการใช้ทักษะด้านการคิดหาคำตอบได้อย่างคล่องแคล่วรวดเร็ว โดยการที่นักเรียนสามารถประกอบชิ้นงานได้สำเร็จทันเวลา นอกจากนั้นแล้ว นักเรียนยังได้เรียนรู้การใช้เครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ต่างๆอย่างเหมาะสมและปลอดภัย ตามหลักสูตรสาระการเรียนรู้วิชาการออกแบบและเทคโนโลยีอีกด้วย

The adoption of self-service technologies (SST) has been rising over the last few years, and among different SSTs, self-checkout systems are one of the most popular options. In this study, we examine how self-checkout service impacts customers’ shopping outcomes compared to regular checkout service. We propose that self-checkout (vs. regular checkout) systems, would make customers feel less rewarded and less satisfied with their purchases. We conducted four studies to test our hypotheses and showed that self-checkout (vs. regular checkout) service makes customers feel less rewarded, less satisfied with their shopping outcomes, and less likely to return to the store. This article contextualizes the rise of cryptocurrency within the historical relationship between money and the state. It begins by asking two simple yet critical questions: What is money and where did it come from? Armed with the answers, the article proceeds by taking a fresh look at cryptocurrency through the lens of the credit theory of money. It finds that cryptocurrency, by using new technologies and incentive-based design, attempts to overcome the previous geographic limitations that hindered broad adoption of private currencies. Data auditing enables data owners to verify the integrity of their sensitive data stored at an untrusted cloud without retrieving them. This feature has been widely adopted by commercial cloud storage. However, the existing approaches still have some drawbacks.
