In an effort to overcome the challenges that many entrepreneurs face in bridging the chasm between theory and reality, Don Clarke has piloted an entrepreneurship mentoring program that seeks to help business owners apply the interventions discussed in the classroom to their individual businesses. In 2004, Clarke pioneered his entrepreneurship mentoring program, which combines traditional classroom instruction taught by student interns with a unique mentoring program that helps businesses apply the principles discussed in the class.

Research on generative and emergent qualities of organisational routines, and their ability to assist actors arriving at new distinctions in practice, remains underdeveloped. Of particular importance are high paying jobs. Manufacturing jobs tend to be a well-paying and highly sought after form of employment. However, in recent decades, the percentage of manufacturing jobs has been declining in the United States. Also, manufacturing facilities have shown an increased likelihood of relocating to different states. Companies that provide products and services world-wide often are concerned that customer satisfaction may be impacted by cultural differences. This study examines measures of customer satisfaction in two areas (China and the United States) to determine whether or not there is a difference in satisfaction scores provided by Help Desks. The purpose of this study was to examine the current undergraduate business ethics curriculum in AACSB-accredited business schools in the U.S. to determine what external and internal influences affected the curriculum, what academic plan elements and other environmental variables comprised the current business ethics curriculum, and what differences existed among the business ethics curriculum in programs based on institutional control, size, or approach to including business ethics in the undergraduate curriculum.
