The automotive industry is evolving due to the increasing adoption of Electric Vehicles (EVs). This transition has impacted automotive vehicles and led to profound changes in the supply chain ecosystem. Through a comprehensive review of the available literature and industry reports, this research investigates the automotive industry’s transition towards EVs and subsequent supply chain transformation, focusing on the changing roles of automotive suppliers. Conventional wisdom has long perceived the patent and tort systems as separate legal entities, each tasked with a starkly different mission. Patent law rewards novel ideas; tort law deters harmful conduct. Against this backdrop, this Essay uncovers the opposing effects of patent and tort law on innovation, introducing the "injurer-innovator problem." Patent law incentivizes injurers --often uniquely positioned to make technological breakthroughs--by allowing them to profit from licensing their inventions to competitors. The commercial aviation industry is extremely competitive, and constant innovation is an essential part of its success. In 1976, the Concorde raised the stakes by more than doubling the cruising speed of existing airliners. However, a handful of issues plagued the aircraft until its eventual retirement in November of 2003. Since then, no airliner has successfully taken its place, but the tides are turning. In my research, I investigated the factors that led to the Concorde's demise and examined the steps currently being taken to overcome those challenges.

There are myriad ways that discrimination and bias can combine to profoundly limit inventor participation in the patent process. The utilitarian purpose of patents is to incentivize inventors to invent and disclose, so it makes sense to incentivize as large and as diverse a group as possible in order to maximize the likely output of innovative activity. This incentive is important in terms of our geopolitical aspirations as a country, but hopefully also because of our democratic commitment to provide opportunities for flourishing and reaching one's potential that are available to all.

This study investigated the narrative structures of popular Thai films and introduced an innovative approach to film education through the development of ‘Movie’s Narrative Structure Analyzer’ (MOVSA) mobile application. Through the analysis of shot duration patterns using machine learning techniques, five distinct narrative structures were identified in popular Thai films from 2006 to 2022. The extensive literature review identified four key dimensions essential for sustainable innovation development: Sustainability Orientation, Systemic Thinking, Stakeholder Inclusion, and Resilience, each further divided into three sub-dimensions, resulting in a detailed and comprehensive assessment framework comprising twelve sub-dimensions. วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างระบบบำรุงรักษาสำหรับการจัดการการดำเนินงานโรงแรมในประเทศไทย ผ่านการศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทดสอบต้นแบบ ประเมินการยอมรับจากผู้ใช้งาน และวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ทางการตลาด งานวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาผ่านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากวรรณกรรมและข้อมูลปฐมภูมิจากการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ เริ่มต้นจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 15 คน และเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม 455 ชุด ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์สายคุณค่าและการหารากสาเหตุของปัญหา ปัจจัยสำคัญที่พบ ได้แก่ การออกแบบระบบ คุณลักษณะของใบสั่งงาน การจัดสรรงาน การวางแผนงาน คุณภาพบุคลากร และความพร้อมของเครื่องมือ ส่วนตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพ ได้แก่ ระยะเวลา ต้นทุน การจัดการข้อมูล และคุณภาพบริการ ข้อมูลที่ได้ถูกนำมาพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบบำรุงรักษา โดยใช้หลักการหาค่าที่เหมาะสมที่สุดแบบหลายวัตถุประสงค์และการเรียนรู้ด้วยเครื่อง เพื่อช่วยจัดกลุ่มข้อมูลให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของโรงแรม จากนั้นนำไปทดสอบในโรงแรมต้นแบบ 5 แห่ง และปรับปรุงตามคำแนะนำของผู้ใช้งาน 15 คน เมื่อทดลองใช้งานจริง ผู้ใช้งาน 36 คนให้การยอมรับระบบสูงถึงร้อยละ 94.44 การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์แสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบมีศักยภาพในตลาด โดยมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนประมาณ 2 ปี 1 เดือน

การวิจัยนี้นำเสนอกระบวนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการออกแบบรายการตัดเหล็กเส้น ในการปรับตำแหน่งจุดต่อทาบของเหล็กเสริมภายในเสาคอนกรีตด้วยอัลกอริทึมแบบกลุ่มอนุภาค (Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO)) เพื่อให้เหลือเศษจากการตัดเหล็กของโครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กน้อยที่สุด ซึ่งได้แบ่งการดำเนินการออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1. เตรียมแบบก่อสร้างของโครงสร้างอาคารสูงจำนวน 2 อาคารที่ระบุรายละเอียดเหล็กของโครงการ มาตราฐานที่ต้องใช้ ความยาวเหล็กที่มีขายในท้องตลาดเพื่อนำเข้าระบบ 2. จัดกลุ่มเหล็ก แยกตามประเภท เช่น ชั้นของเสา ขนาดของเสา รูปแบบการเสริมเหล็ก รูปแบบปลายเหล็กงอหรือใช้ข้อต่อพิเศษ 3. กระบวนการคำนวณและประมวลผลในโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาจากการใช้อัลกอริทึมแบบกลุ่มอนุภาค ที่ได้กำหนดสมการตามมาตรฐาน ACI318 แล้ว เพื่อให้ทราบตำแหน่งต่อจุด ความยาวในการตัดเหล็กจากขนาดเหล็กมาตราฐาน และเมื่อได้ขนาดและปริมาณของเหล็กที่เป็นการตัดเหล็กประหยัดที่สุดจากโปรแกรมในชั้นที่ 1 ของอาคารแล้ว 4. ระบบจะทำการทำซ้ำที่ละชั้นจนครบทั้งตึก หลังจากนั้นในขั้นตอนสุดท้ายจะเป็นการนำข้อมูลที่ได้ออกมาแสดงรายละเอียดรายการตัดเหล็กที่ทำให้เหลือเศษน้อยที่สุดของทั้งอาคาร และส่งข้อมูลด้วยบาร์โค้ดเข้าเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติเพื่อทำการสั่งตัดเหล็กตามรายการ โดยผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จากกรณีศึกษาอาคารสูงจำนวน 2 อาคารสามารถลดเศษเหล็กได้จากการใช้งานจริงจาก 13.88% ลดลงเหลือ 2.74% จากเหล็กทั้งโครงการ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงการประหยัดต้นทุนและยังเป็นประโยชน์ในการช่วยรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วย

การเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงโครงสร้างของประชากรโลกส่งผลให้จำนวนผู้สูงอายุเพิ่มขึ้นนำไปสู่โอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจที่เติบโตในทุกปี อย่างไรก็ตามการเข้าใจต่อความต้องการของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุยังคงมีอุปสรรค โดยเฉพาะในการเก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามมักพบกับปัญหาการตอบไม่ครบถ้วนและความเบื่อหน่าย ส่งผลให้มีความจำเป็นต้องพัฒนาเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายมากขึ้น งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่เหมาะสมต่อการแบ่งส่วนตลาด พัฒนาแบบจำลองเกมมิฟิเคชันเพื่อใช้ในการแบ่งส่วนตลาด และประเมินความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของนวัตกรรมดังกล่าว โดยแบ่งดำเนินการวิจัยออกเป็น 4 ระยะ (1) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการแบ่งกลุ่มตามรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตผ่านข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ (2) พัฒนาแบบสอบถามและแบบทดสอบการยอมรับนวัตกรรมเกม (3) ออกแบบและทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมเกมเพื่อเก็บข้อมูล และ (4) ประเมินความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์และการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ตัวแปรด้านรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตตามกรอบ AIOs (กิจกรรม ความสนใจ ความคิดเห็น) เหมาะสมที่สุดในการแบ่งกลุ่มตลาดผู้สูงอายุ โดยสามารถจำแนกได้เป็น 11 กลุ่ม (2) พฤติกรรมในเกม เช่น เวลาเล่นเกม จำนวนคำถามที่ตอบ การเลือกเล่นเกมถามตอบ การใช้ตัวช่วย และตราสัญลักษณ์ที่ได้รับ มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะ “เวลาเล่นเกม” ที่ให้ค่าความแม่นยำสูงสุด และจากข้อมูลพฤติกรรมในเกม สามารถจำแนกรูปแบบชีวิตได้เป็น 7 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ มุ่งมั่นในเป้าหมาย ยึดถือวัฒนธรรม ชื่นชมศิลปะ ใส่ใจสุขภาพ สนใจเทคโนโลยี สนใจด้านการเงิน และเชี่ยวชาญแฟชั่น (3) ด้านการยอมรับนวัตกรรม ผู้สูงอายุให้ความสำคัญกับประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ ส่วนกลุ่มนักการตลาดเน้นที่ความง่ายในการใช้งาน ทั้งสองกลุ่มมีระดับการยอมรับในระดับสูง แสดงให้เห็นว่านวัตกรรมสามารถตอบโจทย์การเก็บข้อมูลเชิงพฤติกรรมของผู้สูงอายุได้ และยังมีศักยภาพเชิงพาณิชย์

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนานวัตกรรมระบบการประเมินความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในการเข้าสู่ระบบการค้าปลีกที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีอัจฉริยะ ซึ่งเป็นทิศทางสำคัญของเศรษฐกิจยุคดิจิทัลในปัจจุบัน การศึกษานี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยครอบคลุมการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลภาคสนาม การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน รวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบต้นแบบตามวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศแบบลำดับขั้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในประเทศไทยที่คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพร้อมของผู้ประกอบการในการปรับเข้าสู่การค้าปลีกอัจฉริยะสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ความพร้อมด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางดิจิทัล (2) ความสามารถและทักษะของบุคลากร (3) ความพร้อมด้านการเงินและการลงทุน (4) วัฒนธรรมองค์กรและบริบทภายในองค์กร และ (5) ความสามารถด้านการบริหารจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์ ทั้งนี้องค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ ดังกล่าวมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความสามารถในการปรับตัวของกิจการต่อเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ เครื่องมือประเมินที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความแม่นยำและความเชื่อถือได้สูง สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อการวางแผนพัฒนากิจการ การกำหนดแนวทางการลงทุน และการกำหนดนโยบายภาครัฐเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาระบบประเมินความพร้อม Internal Compliance Program (ICP Readiness Assessment Platform) เพื่อสนับสนุนการกำกับดูแลการค้าสินค้าสองทาง (Dual-Use Items: DUI) ของประเทศไทยให้มีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดทำระบบ ICP ในภาคเอกชน การศึกษาเชิงปริมาณดำเนินการกับกลุ่มผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 200 ราย โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) และการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling: SEM) เพื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรหลัก พบว่ามีปัจจัยสำคัญ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) การกำกับดูแลกิจการและความเป็นผู้นำ (Corporate Governance and Leadership Oversight: CGLO), (2) กรอบกฎระเบียบภายนอก (External Regulatory Frameworks: ERF), (3) อิทธิพลจากห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain Influence: SCI), และ (4) แนวโน้มธุรกิจที่ส่งเสริมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและจริยธรรม (Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethical Practices: CSR) นอกจากนี้ การมีระบบ ICP ภายในองค์กรยังมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของระบบ ICP (Higher Firms’ Performance of ICP)ในส่วนของการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้บริหารหน่วยงานรัฐทำให้ได้ข้อค้นพบเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรใหม่อีก 1 ตัว คือ “ผลประโยชน์และสิทธิพิเศษที่ได้รับจากการเข้าร่วม ICP (Benefits and Privileges of Participating in ICP)” ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจจัดทำระบบ ICP ของบริษัทเอกชน ทั้งนี้ ได้มีการพัฒนา แพลตฟอร์มประเมินความพร้อมระบบ ICP (ICP Readiness Assessment …

การศึกษาและพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมกระบวนการประเมินความคุ้มค่าจากการจัดการพลังงานด้านอุปสงค์ กรณีศึกษาธุรกิจศูนย์ข้อมูลในประเทศไทย งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมกระบวนการประเมินความคุ้มค่าจากการจัดการพลังงานด้านอุปสงค์ (Demand Side Management: DSM) สำหรับธุรกิจศูนย์ข้อมูลในประเทศไทย โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่และ Machine Learning ในการพยากรณ์ความต้องการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้า ภายใต้บริบทของการมีส่วนร่วมในโครงการ Demand Response (DR) และการใช้พลังงานทดแทน การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาแนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 9 ท่าน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าของธุรกิจศูนย์ข้อมูล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เทคนิค Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) ให้ค่าความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์สูงที่สุด เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเทคนิค LSTM และ ARIMA โดยมีค่า Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) ต่ำสุด ต้นแบบนวัตกรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นถูกทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างธุรกิจศูนย์ข้อมูล ผลการทดสอบพบว่าสามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายพลังงานไฟฟ้าได้เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 15 ต่อเดือน ผ่านการใช้ค่าพยากรณ์เป็น Baseline สำหรับการเข้าร่วมมาตรการ DR และการวางแผนติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ในด้านการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์ ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ "Optiwatt" และวางแผนจัดตั้งธุรกิจ Energy Management Solutions Provider (EMSP) โดยมุ่งเน้นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 4 กลุ่มในพื้นที่ EEC ผลการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินแสดงความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุน โดยมีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 3 ปี มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 1.24 ล้านบาท และอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในร้อยละ 17.41 ผลการวิจัยนี้มีประโยชน์ทั้งในเชิงวิชาการและเชิงปฏิบัติ โดยเป็นการสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ในการพัฒนาโมเดลพยากรณ์ที่รวมปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและพลังงานทดแทน อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการพลังงานได้จริง ซึ่งจะช่วยสนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบพลังงานไฟฟ้าของประเทศไทยอย่างยั่งยืน

The study investigates how the personality traits of marketing students influence their engagement with gamification elements and the resulting learning outcomes. Additionally, it explores how gamification, guided by Self-Determination Theory, enhances these outcomes, and motivates university marketing students. One hundred eleven respondents participated, testing eight hypotheses: seven examined the Big Five traits' influence on attitudes and engagement. At the same time, the final used the self-determination framework to analyze motivation in gamification. Purpose

There is growing recognition that effective project control systems (PCS) are critical to the success of projects. The relationship between the individual elements of PCS and successfully achieving project objectives has yet to be explored. This research investigates the enablers and barriers that influence the elements of PCS success and drive project objectives.

Applying the flow theory, this study examined how copresence improved the subjective well-being of users through flow and escapism. An online self-administered survey of 249 US adults who are currently using metaverse platforms is conducted. The collected data are analyzed by SPSS, AMOS and PROCESS. Findings suggest that the feeling of being together with other users in a metaverse can influence consumers’ satisfaction with their lives. Copresence in the metaverse specifically enhanced flow, which is being immersed in the experience; and escapism, which is avoiding unpleasant realities. Copresence and flow were found to improve the subjective well-being of metaverse users. …

This study explores how perceived scarcity of AI-designed clothing influences purchase intention, mediated by perceived monetary value. Fashion involvement's moderating role is also examined. Participants (N = 311), sourced from Amazon Mechanical Turk, watched an AI clothing design video, and evaluated a jacket that is designed by AI. Responses on perceived scarcity, monetary value, purchase intentions, and fashion involvement were collected using Likert scales. Analyzing data with SPSS 28.0 and the PROCESS Macro Model 8 with 5,000 bootstrap samples suggested that although the scarcity of an AI-designed clothing alone may not significantly increase purchase intentions, fashion brands can leverage the …
