This article investigates the relationship between digitalisation and business model changes in RoPax ports. The study is based on six RoPax ports in Northern Europe, examining their digitalisation efforts and the resulting changes in their business models, leading to further digital transformation. The paper offers insights by reviewing relevant literature on digitalisation’s role in business model innovation and its application in ports. This study aims to examine the influence of digital competencies and awareness of digital capabilities on digital entrepreneurial drive in the pre-startup stages of hi-tech businesses. Based on primary data from a sample of 357 respondents, we tested the hypothesized relationships for direct and interactive effects on digital entrepreneurial drive. Our results show that digital competencies and awareness of digital capabilities influence entrepreneurial aspiration and commitment in the pre-startup phase. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาเครื่องมือเพื่อเป็นสวัสดิการทางด้านการเงินของพนักงานในบริษัทวิจัยนี้ได้กล่าวถึงการสํารวจและวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรม และปัญหาการกู้ยืม รวมถึงความต้องการในการใช้เครื่องมือของกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้ง 3 ผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย ได้แก่ บริษัท ,พนักงานกู้, พนักงานให้กู้ ทั้งหมด 15 คน โดย พบว่า ความน่าเชื่อถือ ,การลดความเสี่ยง และระบบช่วยอัตโนมัติ เป็นคุณค่าที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความสนใจ จึงได้พัฒนาต้นแบบเครื่องมือ ที่ช่วยให้บริษัท มีสวัสดิการช่วยเหลือ เมื่อพนักงานมีปัญหา ต้องการเงินกู้ฉุกเฉิน ช่วยลดปัญหา ดอกเบี้ยจากเจ้าหนี้นอกระบบที่ 240%/ปี เหลือเพียง ไม่เกิน 20%/ปี ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ พนักงานยังมีเงินในการแก้ไขปัญหาส่วนบุคคลได้ และพนักงานที่ให้กู้ได้รับเงินยืมคืนและได้ดอกเบี้ยที่ดีกว่าการฝากเงินธนาคาร ซึ่งจะช่วยให้พนักงานลดความกังวลลดการเข้าสู่วงจรหนี้ได้ โดยจากการประเมินโอกาสและค่าใช้จ่ายในการพัฒนาเครื่องมือนี้ จะต้องมีค่าใช้จ่ายอยู่ที่ 700,000 บาท ธุรกิจสามารถคืนทุนได้ภายใน 4.13 ปี และมี IRR อยู่ที่ 18.57% โดยเครื่องมือมีความพร้อมในการพัฒนาต่อยอดต่อไป

โครงการพิเศษนี้มุ่งศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์นวัตกรรมพัฒนาจาก DurioExtract ซึ่งเป็นสารสกัดจากผลทุเรียนระยะตัดแต่งที่เป็นของเหลือทางการเกษตร ประเทศไทยเป็นผู้ผลิตและส่งออกทุเรียนอันดับ 1 ของโลก มีทุเรียนอ่อนจากการตัดแต่งกลายเป็นขยะถึง 85,000 ตันต่อปี​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ การนำผลทุเรียนอ่อนมาสกัดจะช่วยสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม ลดปริมาณขยะ ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์บำรุงผิวจากธรรมชาติที่กำลังเติบโต ทั้งยังเป็นการใช้ทรัพยากรชีวภาพให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด สร้างรายได้แก่เกษตรกรไทย และสอดคล้องกับแนวทางเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพ BCG ของประเทศไทย​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ จากผลการศึกษาวิจัยก่อนหน้าพบว่าสารสกัดจากทุเรียนอ่อนมีคุณสมบัติต้านอนุมูลอิสระสูงกว่าวิตามินซีถึง 2 เท่า ลดริ้วรอย เสริมการทำงานของจุลินทรีย์บนผิว ช่วยฟื้นบำรุงผิว และยับยั้งกระบวนการไกลเคชั่นโดยลดการสร้าง AGEs ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุของการเกิดริ้วรอยก่อนวัย โดยในโครงการพิเศษนี้ได้พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ลดริ้วรอยต้นแบบที่มี DurioExtract เป็นส่วนผสม และศึกษาความต้องการและการยอมรับของตลาดด้วยการสำรวจกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 100 คน และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากอาสาสมัคร 2 คน ผลปรากฏว่าสูตรที่มีประสิทธิผลสูงสุดมีลักษณะเป็นเจลใสที่เพิ่มความชุ่มชื้นได้ถึง 175.76% ควบคุมความมันของผิวได้ 51.72% และเพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นของผิวได้ 40% การวิเคราะห์ตลาดชี้ให้เห็นว่ากลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักคือ เพศหญิง สัญชาติไทยอายุ 45-59 ปี ที่เป็นพนักงานบริษัทหรือผู้ประกอบธุรกิจส่วนตัว มีรายได้ 25,001-50,000 บาทต่อเดือน อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร แม้ผู้บริโภคส่วนใหญ่ยังไม่รู้สึกถึงความแตกต่าง กับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีสารสกัดจากทุเรียนเป็นส่วนประกอบสำคัญ จากการประเมินทางการเงินแล้ว พบว่าโครงการนี้มีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) อยู่ที่ 66,165,779.06 บาท และมีอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) ที่ 507.44% ในระยะเวลา 5 ปี ที่เงินลงทุนเริ่มต้น 1,500,000 บาท ซึ่งแสดงให้เป็นถึงโอกาศความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้และคุณูปการของการนำเทคโนโลยี ChatGPT มาใช้บนไลน์ออฟฟิศเซียลแอคเคาท์ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการสรรหาทรัพยากรบุคคลโดยใช้บริษัท KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG) เป็นกรณีศึกษา การศึกษามุ่งค้นหากลยุทธ์ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและการปรับใช้ ChatGPT เพื่อให้บรรลุผลประโยชน์ทางธุรกิจในระยะยาวในการสรรหาบุคลากร รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์จุดแข็งและปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น การวิจัยนี้รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับคู่ค้าและพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจที่ทำงานร่วมกับ KBTG จำนวน 10 คน และการสำรวจความคิดเห็นจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 70 คน โดยรวมทั้งสิ้น 80 คน เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์และประเมินผล การพัฒนาระบบ ChatGPT ในครั้งนี้ใช้ต้นทุนเริ่มต้น 1,000,000 บาท และคาดหวังผลตอบแทนรวมต่อปีที่สามารถคืนทุนภายใน 1 ปี โดยระบบ ChatGPT สามารถลดภาระงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ถึง 20% และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากร การวิเคราะห์ ROI แสดงให้เห็นว่าการลงทุนในเทคโนโลยี ChatGPT มีความคุ้มค่า โดยการจัดการความเสี่ยงอย่างเหมาะสม เช่น การรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล การตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงระบบอย่างต่อเนื่อง การฝึกอบรมและกำกับดูแลการใช้งาน รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า การนำ ChatGPT มาใช้ในงานสรรหาบุคลากรของ KBTG จะเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและลดต้นทุนในระยะยาว ทั้งยังเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์องค์กรให้เป็นที่ยอมรับในฐานะผู้ใช้นวัตกรรมที่ทันสมัย หากมีการจัดการความเสี่ยงและปรับปรุงระบบต่อเนื่อง ChatGPT จะเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีคุณค่าในการพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานและสร้างประโยชน์สูงสุดให้กับองค์กร

ในปัจจุบันนวัตกรรมเป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กร แต่การขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีเพียงอย่างเดียวนั้นไม่เพียงพอ ยังต้องอาศัยพนักงานที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ องค์กรจึงควรส่งเสริมและพัฒนาทักษะนี้ให้กับบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยงานวิจัยพบว่าบุคคลที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มักจะมีความอยากรู้อยากเห็น กระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้ เปิดกว้างรับสิ่งใหม่ ๆ และมีความรู้หลากหลาย ดังนั้นองค์กรควรส่งเสริมให้พนักงานเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ เพื่อขยายมุมมอง นำไปสู่การคิดนอกกรอบและคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมแพลตฟอร์มเรียนรู้ออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ช่วยให้พนักงานเข้าถึงความรู้และข้อมูลใหม่ ๆ ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา แต่ยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านแรงจูงใจในการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองและความหลากหลายของรูปแบบเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้ การศึกษาครั้งนี้นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ที่มีคุณสมบัติดังนี้ 1) เป็นศูนย์กลางรวมความรู้ ข้อมูล ข่าวสาร และองค์ความรู้ใหม่ ๆ 2) นำกลไกเกมบางส่วนจากแนวคิดเกมมิฟิเคชัน (Gamification) มาใช้เพื่อกระตุ้นความสนใจและความมุ่งมั่นในการเรียนรู้ 3) รองรับรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย เช่น การดู การอ่าน และการฟัง โดยการออกแบบระบบทั้งหมดผู้ศึกษาได้อ้างอิงและประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดและทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ของผู้ใหญ่ เกมมิฟิเคชัน (Gamification) และความต้องการและแรงจูงใจของมนุษย์ ร่วมด้วยผลการศึกษาพบว่าพนักงานทั่วไปจำนวน 100 คน มีความเห็นว่าองค์ประกอบของเกมมิฟิเคชันมีอิทธิพลต่อแรงจูงใจในการเรียนรู้ความรู้ออนไลน์ของพนักงานในระดับมากทุกกลุ่มปัจจัย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยปัจจัยด้าน เพศ ช่วงอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และระดับการปฏิบัติงาน จากนั้นผู้ศึกษาได้นำผลการสำรวจไปออกแบบแพลต์ฟอร์มฯ โดยผู้ศึกษาได้พัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมและนำไปสาธิตและกลุ่มเป้าหมายซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่พัฒนาบุคลากร จาก 5 ธุรกิจที่แตกต่างกัน โดยผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสนใจในการทดลองนำไปใช้งาน

การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาการพัฒนาเครื่องดื่มน้ำข้าวกล้องงอกพันธุ์หอมแม่จันและดอกพุดซ้อนเพื่อลดความเครียดเป็นหลักและเพิ่มความจำในกลุ่มคนอายุน้อย โดยพัฒนาเครื่องดื่มน้ำข้าวกล้องงอกที่เพิ่มสารสกัดกลิ่นจากดอกพุดซ้อนที่ปลูกแบบอินทรีย์ ซึ่งนิยมปลูกในเชียงรายในวัฒนธรรมล้านนา นำมาผ่านกระบวนการ High Pressure Processing (HPP) ผลการวิเคราะห์สารพบว่าสามารถคงสารกาบาไว้ได้ดีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งสารกาบาช่วยในการทำงานของระบบประสาทและสมอง ช่วยลดความเครียด และสารในดอกพุดซ้อนมีสารหอมระเหยที่ช่วยให้ผ่อนคลายอารมณ์ ลดความวิตกกังวล สารที่มีประโยชน์และกลิ่นจึงเป็นสองกลไกที่เสริมกันในเครื่องดื่มต้นแบบนี้ ผลการสำรวจการตลาดด้านความต้องการผู้บริโภคและการยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยแบบสอบถามกลุ่มเป้าหมายทั้งหมด 312 ราย พบว่าร้อยละ 69.23 มีแนวโน้มซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ และยินดีจ่ายในราคาสูงกว่าเครื่องดื่มธัญพืชทั่วไปไม่ต่ำกว่า 20% ส่วนการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์มีการประมาณเงินลงทุน 1 ล้านบาท อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน 239% มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 3,637,220 บาท และระยะเวลาคืนทุนภายใน 1 ปี 6 เดือน

ปัจจุบันอุตสาหกรรมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ มีบทบาทสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจทั่วโลก หนึ่งในนั้นคือผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมไทยประเภทสิ่งทอ จึงมีการศึกษาเพื่อค้นหาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในการประเมินระดับศักยภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมไทยประเภทสิ่งทอ และนำมาพัฒนานวัตกรรมต้นแบบระบบประเมินระดับศักยภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมไทยประเภทสิ่งทอเพื่อช่วยเหลือหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนในการวางแผนพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอวัฒนธรรมไทยให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางความยั่งยืนและเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในตลาดโลก การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์และระยะของการศึกษา 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับศักยภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมไทยประเภทสิ่งทอและพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดที่ส่งผลต่อระดับศักยภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมประเภทสิ่งทอโดยการทบกวนวรรณกรรมและการสัมภาษณ์ หลังจากนั้นได้ทำการทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงของตัวชี้วัดและเก็บข้อมูลจากชุมชนและผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 130 ราย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มีองค์ประกอบหลักด้านทุนวัฒนธรรม ดังนี้ 1. ความเป็นอัตลักษณ์ 2. การสร้างสรรค์ 3. การสร้างคุณค่า 4. การจัดการความรู้ 5.การสืบทอด องค์ประกอบหลักด้านความสามารถของชุมชน มีดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถด้านการพัฒนา 2. ความสามารถด้านการตลาด 3. ความสามารถด้านการดำเนินงาน 4. ความสามารถด้านทรัพยกรมนุษย์ 5. ความสามารถความเป็นผู้นำ 6.ความสามารถด้านเครือข่าย ซึ่งปัจจัยเหล่านี้ส่งผลต่อระดับศักยภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมไทยประเภทสิ่งทอ ในระยะที่ 2 สร้างแบบจำลองเครื่องมือการประเมินศักยภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมไทยประเภทสิ่งทอ และทดสอบการยอมรับนวัตกรรมจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ อาจารย์และตัวแทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐจำนวน 20 รายพบว่ามีการยอมรับและเห็นประโยชน์ มีความสนใจในการนำไปใช้งาน ในระยะที่ 3 จากการศึกษาการนำนวัตกรรมนี้ไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ โดยวิเคราะห์ศึกษาในมิติของการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจ ความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุนและลูกค้าเป้าหมาย พบว่า หน่วยงานภาครัฐ การศึกษา และภาคเอกชนที่ดูแลสนับสนุนกิจการเพื่อสังคม สามารถนำเครื่องมือนี้ไปใช้ประกอบเป็นเครื่องมือในการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมประเภทสิ่งทออย่างยั่งยืนและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีผลตอบแทนการลงทุนภายใน (IRR) ร้อยละ 56 และมีค่ามูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) เป็นบวก และมีความเป็นไปได้ทั้งทางการตลาด การปฏิบัติงานและการลงทุน นวัตกรรมนี้สามารถนำไปใช้งานเพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์วัฒนธรรมไทยประเภทสิ่งทอ อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อคนในประเทศและเศรษฐกิจต่อไป

We examine the relationship between innovation and performance in the agricultural industry by studying how a firm's patent portfolio position in the knowledge landscape moderates the relationship between three firm search dimensions (scope, specialisation, and commitment) and the firm's financial performance. To represent dynamism in the knowledge landscape, we apply topic modelling to 67,120 patent texts of 571 firms and introduce two complementary perspectives on how knowledge can be dynamically categorised.
