This study identified the meaning of the Istehsan in the Hanafic scholars, and the arguments of the jurists regarding whether to consider it as a legal evidence. The study has concluded that the hand of mortgage on mortgage is the hand of secrteriate that cannot be guaranteed expect in case of infringement or default.

This research, which consists of four demands, deals with the issue of the influence of Islam on the German monk, Martin Luther, and the issue of Martin Luther hatred of Islam.

The research discusses these two issues in accordance with two groups of scholars. The first group believes that Luthers position of Islam was negative and hostile. Muḥammad Nāṣir al-Dīn al-Albānī (1914–1999) was one of the most influential Salafi scholars in the 20th century. He sought to reform Islam by requiring Muslims to return a puritanical and literalist approach toward scripture. Albānī moved from Albania to Damascus with his family as a child, and his father became a leading Ḥanafī scholar in the Albanian Muslim community in Syria. From a young age, Albānī disagreed with his father and the Albanian Ḥanafī community. This study examines shifts in governmental religion policy and societal discrimination against religious minorities in Muslim-Majority states after the Arab Uprisings by using the Religion and State round 3 (RAS3) dataset for the years 2009-2014 and by focusing on 49 Muslim-majority countries and territories. We build on threads of literature on religious pluralism in transitional societies to explain the changes in governmental religion policy and societal discrimination against religious minorities after the Arab Uprisings.
