Institutional merit-based financial aid awards are widely utilized by enrollment management practitioners to attract and retain students desired by the institution and to increase net tuition revenue. While much research has been conducted on federal need-based aid and statewide merit aid, relatively few studies have been conducted on merit aid awarded at the institutional level. The unique set of impairments and limitations presented by students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) make the accessing of campus-based nonacademic resources more difficult and complicated than their typically developed peers. Each year, the rate of students entering college with disabilities continues to grow, but their mental well-being is relatively poor. The purpose of this qualitative case study was to apply the conceptual framework of the Andersen behavioral model of health services use (ABMHSU) to the experiences of college students with ASD to understand and predict their utilization of campus-provided mental health resources. Affiliated college academic staff members in India represent an abundance of frontline knowledges which hold great promise for impacting bottom-up policy. However, their knowledges are typically missing from the literature or not shared cross-institutionally. While it is common for them to express a lack of discretion, many find avenues for invoking high impact practices common to street-level bureaucrats. This study focuses on how they navigate university curriculum and exam policies through six emerging and high impact practices. Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit dapat ditingkatkan melalui lingkungan kerja, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja yang merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja sangat berpengaruh dalam diri karyawan dan yang berada di sekitarnya dalam menjalani tugas-tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja karyawan non medis di RS Hermina Bogor. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif pada karyawan non medis RS Hermina Bogor dengan sampel berjumlah 64 orang dengan instrumen kuesioner employee engagement.
