The Timber Lane Utility District plans to construct a hike and bike trail adjacent to and across Cypress Creek in the unincorporated town of Spring, Harris County, Texas. The project would begin north of Cypress Creek with connection to the existing Timber Lane Park paved trail system and would terminate south of Cypress Creek near Werrington subdivision.

The area of potential effect (APE) includes the construction limits and all areas subject to temporary disturbance during construction. The width of the proposed paved trail varies from 10 feet to 20 feet, with a 14 to 24-foot wide cleared trail corridor, and …

TRC conducted an intensive, linear pedestrian survey of two proposed option routes for residential wastewater collectors for the Montana Vista Proposed Wastewater Facility System in East El Paso. The project area is located within El Paso County, Texas. The project proposes approximately 188,285 feet of 8-inch sewer lines throughout the residential streets, which will reach depths of approximately 25 feet. A proposed collection line will run along Greg Rd/Edgemere Blvd for approximately 13,150 feet. On March 11, 2015, and on behalf of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), SWCA Environmental Consultants conducted an intensive cultural resources survey with systematic mechanical excavations at the Farm-to-Market (FM) 8 and Hog Creek crossing in Eastland County. These investigations for the Austin District were conducted for the proposed replacement of an existing bridge. The work was conducted in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (54 USC 306108) and the Antiquities Code of Texas (9 NRC 191). (Goshawk) conducted two cultural resources surveys within the Eagle Ford Play, Central Eagle Ford Zone at the request of EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG). The two project areas subjected to cultural resources investigations included the proposed Ginobili-Leonard Gathering Pipeline and HB Unit #1H, #2H, and #3H Access Road. n January and April 2014, an intensive archeological survey was completed in order to inventory and evaluate archeological resources within six proposed work areas, primarily potential shaft locations, along a proposed 3.7-kilometer (km) or 2.8-mile wastewater interceptor pipeline adjacent to Parmer Lane, also known as Farm-to-Market (FM) Road 734 in northwest Austin, Travis and Williamson Counties, Texas. On January 15, 2015, archeologists from Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Environmental Affairs Division-Archeological Studies Branch conducted a reconnaissancelevel survey of 3 acres of a five acre tract adjacent to State Highway 317 in Bell County, north of the City of Belton. The property will be excavated for a stormwater retention pond. The survey found shallow rocky soils and exposures of limestone bedrock throughout the project area. Historic maps indicated a house structure with the project area.
