In the research, the Adomian decomposition method will be applied to get the solution of differential equations of arbitrary orders by transforming them into systems. The existence of a unique solution will be proven. The series solution converges is discussed, and more than the error is estimated. Some applications will be solved, which are the Basset problem and the Bagley-Torvik equation.

ความปลอดภัย คือ หนึ่งในข้อพิจารณาสำคัญที่สุดของการออกแบบองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพของอาคารปฏิบัติการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ แต่การวิจัยทดลองทางวิทยาศาสตร์ในปัจจุบันนั้นมักไม่มีรูปแบบที่ตายตัวและมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วและต่อเนื่อง ส่งผลให้การออกแบบฯ เพื่อควบคุมความเสี่ยงที่เกิดขึ้นหลากหลายรูปแบบนั้นกลายเป็นเรื่องท้าทายอย่างยิ่งการศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อพิจารณาการออกแบบองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพของอาคารปฏิบัติการฯ ที่จะสามารถเพิ่มศักยภาพในการรองรับการปรับเปลี่ยนองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพและเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยของอาคารปฏิบัติการฯ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบกรณีศึกษา โดยวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบข้อมูลที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์แบบก่อสร้างเริ่มแรกของอาคาร ร่วมกับข้อมูลจากรายงานตรวจประเมินด้านความปลอดภัย และข้อมูลจากการสำรวจสภาพปัจจุบันของอาคารกรณีศึกษาจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 4 อาคาร ซึ่งเป็นอาคารปฏิบัติการฯ อาคารสูง ในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยผลการศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน โดยส่วนที่ 1 อธิบายสาเหตุและลักษณะปัญหาความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพของอาคารปฏิบัติการฯ ส่วนที่ 2 อธิบายลักษณะการปรับเปลี่ยนขององค์ประกอบทางกายภาพฯ ที่เกิดขึ้นรวมถึงผลกระทบต่อด้านความปลอดภัยระหว่างช่วงการใช้อาคาร โดยแสดงให้เห็นบทบาทสำคัญและความเกี่ยวข้องกันระหว่างองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพ 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ งานระบบอาคาร ที่ว่าง และเฟอร์นิเจอร์ และส่วนที่ 3 อธิบายคุณลักษณะสำคัญขององค์ประกอบทางกายภาพที่สนับสนุนให้อาคารปฏิบัติการฯ สามารถรองรับการปรับเปลี่ยนขององค์ประกอบทางกายภาพได้ข้อค้นพบของงานวิจัยนี้ นำเสนอกรอบแนวคิดในการอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการปรับเปลี่ยนองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพ และความปลอดภัยของอาคารปฏิบัติการฯ ต่อยอดจากทฤษฎีการจำแนกลำดับชั้นขององค์ประกอบทางกายภาพของอาคาร นอกจากนี้ ข้อค้นพบของงานวิจัยยังนำเสนอข้อพิจารณาในการออกแบบองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพของอาคารปฏิบัติการฯ ที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้ และบ่งชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างกลไกในการกำกับควบคุมให้เกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพ ให้เป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสม และเกิดความปลอดภัยตลอดช่วงการใช้อาคารปฏิบัติการฯ

แนวทางการแก้ปัญหาอุปสงค์ด้านที่อยู่อาศัยของกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานที่ทำงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมแหลมฉบัง อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี, พรรณภัทรสรณ์ วิริยกิจจา

ภายหลังจากรัฐบาลกำหนดให้พื้นที่แหลมฉบังบริเวณชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออกเป็นเขตเศรษฐกิจใหม่ ส่งผลให้อุตสาหกรรมเกิดการขยายตัว ซึ่งเกิดความต้องการของแรงงานและที่อยู่อาศัยที่เพิ่มขึ้น จากการศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้นพบว่าสภาพที่อยู่อาศัยของกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานอยู่ในสภาพเสื่อมโทรม มีความหนาแน่น และแออัด จากปัญหาดังกล่าวผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจศึกษาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาของกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานและเพื่อคาดการณ์ความต้องการที่อยู่อาศัยเพื่อรองรับกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานที่เพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคตผลการศึกษาพบว่าจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 423 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มอุปสงค์ที่มีความต้องการย้ายที่อยู่อาศัยจำนวน 198 คน คิดเป็นอัตราร้อยละ 46.8 และกลุ่มที่ไม่มีความต้องการย้ายที่อยู่อาศัยจำนวน 225 คน คิดเป็นอัตราร้อยละ 53.2 โดยมีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่เช่าที่อยู่อาศัยจำนวน 360 คนคิดเป็นอัตราร้อยละ 85.1 เมื่อศึกษาถึงปัญหาด้านที่อยู่อาศัยพบว่าปัญหาหลักเกิดจากความสามารถในการจ่ายและด้านคุณภาพชีวิต เมื่อนำค่าเฉลี่ยของระดับรายได้ครัวเรือนมาคำนวณความสามารถในการจ่าย พบว่ากลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานมีรายได้เฉลี่ย 13,200 บาทต่อเดือน โดยส่วนใหญ่มีระดับค่าเช่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 2,000-5,000 บาทต่อเดือน เมื่อคำนวณความสามารถในการจ่ายจากร้อยละ 35-40 ของรายได้ พบว่าไม่สอดคล้องกับระดับรายได้ของผู้ใช้แรงงาน นอกจากปัญหาด้านที่อยู่อาศัยแล้วผู้วิจัยยังได้ทำการศึกษาอุปสงค์ความต้องการในอนาคตของกลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงาน พบว่าปัจจัยที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญคือปัจจัยด้านระดับราคา และระยะเวลาเดินทางมาแหล่งงาน โดยจะพิจารณาวิธีการเดินทางเข้าถึงแหล่งงาน พบว่ากลุ่มผู้ใช้แรงงานส่วนใหญ่เลือกใช้จักรยานยนต์ และรถสวัสดิการ ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงเสนอแนะให้ผู้ประกอบการพิจารณาเพิ่มพื้นที่ให้บริการด้านรถสวัสดิการเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้แรงงานสามารถกระจายตัวไปยังที่อยู่อาศัยที่สอดคล้องต่อระดับรายได้อันจะเป็นการเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิต และลดอุปทานส่วนเกินในพื้นที่ได้เป็นอย่างดี

ธุรกิจโรงแรมมีรายได้หลักมาจากการให้เช่าห้องพัก ซึ่งแม้จะเป็นรายได้ที่ต่อเนื่องแต่มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนที่ยาวนานเมื่อเทียบกับเงินลงทุน การระดมทุนโดยทรัสต์เพื่อการลงทุนในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (REIT) เป็นอีกหนึ่งเครื่องมือทางการเงินที่สามารถช่วยให้ธุรกิจโรงแรมได้รับผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนเร็วขึ้นและเพิ่มเสถียรภาพแก่ธุรกิจ โดยการแบ่งปันกำไรจากการดำเนินงานแก่ผู้ถือหน่วยทรัสต์ งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษากลยุทธ์การดำเนินการของโรงแรมกรณีศึกษา 7 แห่งที่ระดมทุนใน 3 กองทรัสต์ที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากรายงานประจำปี การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสำรวจภาคสนาม โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการคัดแยกข้อความสำคัญเพื่อเปรียบเทียบและลำดับความสำคัญของเนื้อหา ในประเด็นมุมมองการนำโรงแรมระดมทุนโดย REIT ลักษณะทางกายภาพโรงแรม กลยุทธ์การดำเนินงาน และข้อจำกัดในการดำเนินงานรวมถึงสรุปบทเรียนสำคัญของการนำโรงแรมระดมทุนโดย REITผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผู้ประกอบการโรงแรมมอง REIT เป็นเครื่องมือทางการเงินที่สามารถปรับโครงสร้างทางการเงินและโครงสร้างสินทรัพย์ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดและสามารถจ่ายผลตอบแทนให้กับนักลงทุนได้ 2) โรงแรมที่ได้รับการระดมทุนจาก REITs เป็นโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวทั้งหมด ตั้งอยู่ในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวยอดนิยม มีทำเลที่ได้เปรียบและสามารถพัฒนาเป็นจุดขายสำคัญของโครงการ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโครงการสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักของโครงการ 3) กลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานโรงแรมที่ระดมทุนโดยกองทรัสต์ถูกวางกรอบโดยเป้าหมายผลการดำเนินงานที่มีอัตราเติบโตจากกองทรัสต์จึงส่งผลให้ผู้บริหารโรงแรมต้องให้ความสำคัญกับกลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมกิจกรรมจัดหารายได้ ควบคุมต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานเป็นสำคัญ โดยกลยุทธ์มี 4 ด้านได้แก่ กลยุทธ์ด้านการเงิน (Money) ด้านการบริหารจัดการการ (Management) ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (Material) และด้านบุคลากร (Man) แบ่งได้ 3 กลุ่ม 15 วิธีการ ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยการเลือกใช้กลยุทธ์ด้านการเงินกว่าร้อยละ 35 จากทั้งหมด 4) ข้อจำกัดในการดำเนินงานโรงแรม คือความคล่องตัวในการบริหารงานลดลง อันเนื่องมาจากการเพิ่มขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบจากกองทรัสต์รวมถึงระเบียบการทำงานที่ถูกเพิ่มให้ได้ตามมาตราฐานการทำงานที่โปร่งใส โดยการดำเนินงานต้องคำนึงถึงการสร้างมูลค่าแก่ทรัพย์สินเพื่อดึงดูดนักลงทุนให้ตัดสินใจลงทุนในกองทรัสต์ที่โรงแรมระดมทุนงานวิจัยฉบับนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงมุมมองของผู้ประกอบการในการนำโรงแรมเข้าระดมทุนโดยกองทรัสต์ ลักษณะทางกายภาพสำคัญของโรงแรม กลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานของโรงแรม และข้อจำกัดการดำเนินงานโรงแรมที่ระดมทุนโดยกองทรัสต์ ซึ่งผลการศึกษานี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้บริหารโรงแรมในการปรับปรุงกลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการ ขณะที่ผู้ประกอบการโรงแรมสามารถนำมุมมองและลักษณะดังกล่าวไปใช้ในการพัฒนาโครงการที่มุ่งระดมทุนโดยกองทรัสต์ และนักลงทุนทั่วไปจะมีความเข้าใจในรูปแบบการระดมทุนโดย REIT มากขึ้น

สุขภาพจิตเป็นพื้นฐานของความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีและเกี่ยวข้องกับสภาวะจิตใจของบุคคล โดยโรคซึมเศร้าเป็นโรคที่มีความผิดปกติทางด้านอารมณ์ ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในปัญหาสุขภาพจิตที่มีอัตราเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปีในระดับประเทศและระดับโลก เป็นภัยเงียบของสุขภาพที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสามารถในการทำงาน การดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันที่เกิดขึ้นได้ทุกเพศและทุกวัย โดยผู้ที่ป่วยระยะรุนแรงจะนำไปสู่การพยายามฆ่าตัวตาย โรคซึมเศร้าจำเป็นต้องมีการบำบัดรักษาจึงจะสามารถหายได้ ปัจจุบันการเข้ารับบริการของผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าถึงแม้ว่ายังมีการเข้ารับบริการยังไม่ทั่วถึง แต่จำนวนผู้ป่วยสะสมในช่วง พ.ศ. 2559-2565 มีอัตราการเข้ารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉลี่ยในปีหนึ่งๆ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 10.17 ของจำนวนผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าสะสมทั้งหมด จากการศึกษาพบว่าสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสถานพยาบาลสามารถเพิ่มหรือลดความเจ็บปวดทางด้านจิตใจได้ จึงนำไปสู่การศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเยียวยาผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าในโรงพยาบาลเฉพาะทางจิตเวช กรณีศึกษาโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา ที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและรูปแบบกิจกรรมของผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าที่มี ความรุนแรงระยะเล็กน้อยและปานกลางต่อสภาพแวดล้อมเชิงกายภาพ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อจำกัดของสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา และเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาและการจัดการพื้นที่เชิงกายภาพของโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา เพื่อนำไปสู่สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเยียวยาผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสำรวจและการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วมในบริเวณพื้นที่บำบัด และพื้นที่กิจกรรมของผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าส่วนผู้ป่วยนอก รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าภายในโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางเพื่อหาข้อสรุปเชิงเสนอแนะผลการศึกษาพบว่าสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเยียวยาภายในโรงพยาบาลจิตเวช พื้นที่บำบัดโรคซึมเศร้าส่วนผู้ป่วยนอก ประเด็นด้านความปลอดภัยมีความสำคัญมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นด้านแสงสว่าง พื้นที่ว่างและความปลอดโปร่ง โดยลักษณะทางกายภาพของพื้นที่บำบัดของโรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญามีข้อจำกัดต่อการบำบัดผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า ในประเด็นตำแหน่งการใช้งาน แสงสว่างภายในพื้นที่ เสียงรบกวนและความเป็นส่วนตัวที่มีการใช้พื้นที่ส่วนกลางร่วมกันกับจิตเวชเด็ก โดยสาเหตุมาจากการใช้พื้นที่อาคารเดิมที่ไม่ได้ออกแบบหรือจัดการให้เอื้อต่อการบำบัดผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้า จึงควรมีการแบ่งพื้นที่ให้เป็นสัดส่วนตามการใช้งาน และเพิ่มบรรยากาศให้ผ่อนคลายเพื่อสะดวกต่อการเข้ารับบริการของผู้ป่วย ญาติ และเจ้าหน้าที่ให้มากขึ้น

ชุมชนที่เลือกมาศึกษา คือ ชุมชนริมคลองตำมะลัง จังหวัดสตูล ซึ่งเป็นชุมชนที่ติดกับชายแดนส่วนใต้สุดของประเทศไทยฝั่งทะเลอันดามัน ด้านตะวันตกติดกับพื้นที่ทางตอนเหนือสุดของประเทศมาเลเซีย ได้แก่ ปะลิส เกดะห์ ปีนังและเปรัก นับได้ว่าเป็นต้นกำเนิดของเรือนมลายูในแถบชายฝั่งทะเลอันดามัน งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 3 ประการประกอบด้วย (1) เพื่อทำความเข้าใจเรือนพื้นถิ่นมลายูในชุมชนริมคลองตำมะลัง ในเรื่องสภาพแวดล้อมและที่ตั้ง สถาปัตยกรรม และประโยชน์ใช้สอย (2) เพื่อระบุคุณค่าและความแท้ของเรือนพื้นถิ่นมลายู (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเรือนพื้นถิ่นมลายู เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูเรือน วิธีวิจัยประกอบด้วย การเก็บข้อมูลภาคเอกสารเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการอ้างอิงถึงลักษณะของเรือนพื้นถิ่นมลายู และการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ สำรวจ รังวัด บันทึกภาพ งานวิจัยนี้เลือกเรือนพื้นถิ่นมลายูที่มีอายุ 100 ปี ถึงเรือนที่มีอายุ 40 ปี ที่ยังแสดงถึงอัตลักษณ์ของเรือนมาเป็นกรณีศึกษา ต่อมา ข้อมูลที่เก็บมาได้จะถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อจัดแบ่งประเภทของเรือน ผลสรุปที่ได้ คือ ความเข้าใจคุณค่าและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเรือนพื้นถิ่นมลายู รวมถึงปัจจัยที่นำไปสู่ความเปลี่ยนแปลงและการปรับตัวของพื้นที่ชุมชนริมคลองตำมะลัง จากการประเมินคุณค่าและสัมภาษณ์ผู้อาศัยในพื้นที่ การอนุรักษ์เรือนควรคำนึงถึงการใช้วัสดุที่เหมาะสม รักษาคุณค่าของเรือน ตลอดจนปรับการใช้สอยเรือนให้รองรับการใช้งานในปัจจุบัน

Roof systems utilizing Z-purlins as a secondary member supporting a standing seam panel system are used extensively by the metal building industry. The Z-purlins rely on the diaphragm action in the standing seam panel system to provide lateral support and transfer forces to anchorages. The behavior of the standing seam system is highly nonlinear making prediction of the interaction between the Z-purlin and the standing seam system difficult. The cultural and historical background of Black women represents unique complexities in the journey to management. The specific problem was that Black women often faced more gender and racial biases while advancing into management positions in corporate America than their White male and female counterparts. The purpose of this qualitative, descriptive phenomenological study was to explore the lived experiences of Black women advancing into management positions who face more gender and racial biases than their White male and female counterparts in corporate America. AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic revealed obstacles for immigrant small business owners (ISBOs) to sustain growth. ISBOs need strategies for growth sustainability following emergencies because United States immigrant-owned small businesses accounting for 28% of the main street businesses, declined by 36% in revenues between January to April 2020 due to the pandemic. The picture is of the tapering Chester Shot Tower, located in Chester, England. It was built in 1799 for the manufacture of lead shot for use in the Napoleonic Wars. Molten lead was poured through a sieve at the top of the tower, with the tiny droplets forming perfect spheres during the fall; these were then cooled in a vat of water at the base. This process was less labor-intensive than an earlier method using molds. It is the oldest of the three remaining shot towers in the UK. Using the parked van at the base, estimate (i) the height …

The article continues a series of studies illustrating the formation of the idea of the “Russian world” in the religious discourse of Orthodox Russia. The main attention is paid to ideological stamps used by Patriarch Kirill of Moscow during sermons and public speeches. The study summarizes the idea of the exclusivity of the Russian spiritual path in contrast to the West, which supports the annexation geopolitical policy of Vladimir Putin. Collecting feedback from people in indoor and outdoor environments is traditionally challenging and complex to achieve in a reliable, longitudinal, and non-intrusive way. This paper introduces Cozie Apple, an open-source mobile and smartwatch application for iOS devices. This platform allows people to complete a watch-based micro-survey and provide real-time feedback about environmental conditions via their Apple Watch. It leverages the inbuilt sensors of the smartwatch to collect physiological (e.g., heart rate, activity) and environmental (sound level) data. This case study describes an academic library’s student-developed communal space for the purposes of creating, collaborating, and project development. The story begins with an exciting process and partnership developed between University of Dayton (UD) Libraries and UD’s Institute of Applied Creativity for Transformation (IACT). An IACT experiential learning program led 12 students to research and reimagine the role of the campus library, which resulted in Concourse D, “where projects take flight,” a prototyped transdisciplinary project development studio.
