Integration of behavioral and primary healthcare (IBH) has been increasingly suggested as a model approach in serving historically marginalized populations, including rural, Healthcare Provider Shortage (HPSA), and Medically Underserved (MUA) communities (Coleman & Patrick, 1976; Wong et al., 2019). However, there is no evidence-based practices in interprofessional education and training for professional mental health counselors to serve as competent practitioners in integrated behavioral healthcare. Career exploration is the acquisition of career information that results in the formation of career maturity. This study aims to explain the role of internal factors that drive career exploration behavior. Emotion regulation is an important variable to support students’ optimal development. Students with high emotion regulation tend to minimize their aggressive behavior. However, some students have difficulty in regulating their emotions. Previous studies show that attachment and self-esteem influence emotion regulation. This study aims to examine the effect of the two variables on emotion regulation of students. 150 randomly selected students were involved in the study. Multiple linear regression was applied to analyze the research data. The results showed that there was a significant effect of attachments and self-esteem on emotion regulation. This study uses a medical center in Taiwan as an example to analyze medical staff’s emotional exhaustion by independent sample t test and analysis of variance. Eight out of ten demographic variables are considered as essential variables to influence emotional exhaustion excluding respondents reporting events in the past 12 months and job status. The results show that female employees and employees who are not supervisors/managers tend to have higher burnout. Employees whose ages are 21–30, 31–40, and 41–50 years old also have a higher degree of fatigue. In addition, nurses are more stressful than the others in this medical center. …

Background: Several college students experience psychological distress and access college counseling center services every year. A subgroup of this population, collegiate student-athletes, experience unique stressors and protective factors but are less likely to engage in those same services. Mental health research on this subpopulation is still sparse and yields mixed findings, particularly treatment outcome research. Objective: This study aimed to compare the treatment outcomes of student-athletes and general population students.
