The subject research is youth internet users age between 17 – 25 years old. Youth are digital natives who use the internet range 3 hours until 7 hours a day. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to describe how an academic library at one of the most diverse universities in the country responded to the 2016 election through the newly formed Inclusion and Equity Committee and through student outreach. The aim of the study was to know the usage of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the degree college libraries of Assam. For solving the research objectives, questionnaire, interview and observation method have been used to collect the primary data from the respondents. The findings of the study have shown that among the 126 college libraries surveyed, 55 libraries are fully automated and 67 are partially automated while 51 libraries have developed institutional repositories. The purpose of this paper is to describe how the student mentoring program at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) increased peer-to-peer services by collaborating with campus constituents to develop first-year experience program partnerships. This paper showcases CSUSB’s student mentoring program partnerships with Coyote First STEP, a summer transition program, and the Library Ambassador program initiative, and how these partnerships have evolved to engage virtually with students during the COVID-19 pandemic. During a pilot year, student participants completed survey data showing that program partnerships for student leaders enhances the professional and leadership identity development of the mentors.
