Article 1 of the US Constitution assigns the US Congress numerous responsibilities. These include creating new laws, revising existing laws, funding government programs, and conducting oversight of these programs' performance. Oversight of US Government agency space policy programs is executed by various congressional space policy committees, including the House and Senate Science Committees, Armed Services, and Appropriations Committees. These committees conduct many public hearings on space policy which invite witnesses to testify on US space policy programs and feature debate on the strengths and weaknesses of these programs. The purpose of this study was to determine awareness, skills and preferred contents of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) students about information literacy (IL). A survey research design was solicited to collect the required data using a self-administered structured questionnaire. A simple convenient sampling technique was used to collect the required data from the population. The results showed that majority of the students have awareness about the information and its importance for their academic achievements. Gregg L. Semenza, William G Kaelin, Jr, and Sir Peter J. Ratcliffe were awarded the 2019 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine on October 7, 2019. Their work led to the understanding of how cells recognize and adapt to varying oxygen levels. Hypoxia-inducible nuclear factors play an essential role in this mechanism by turning on other genes that work towards increasing oxygen levels in hypoxic environments. Other vital pieces of the machinery include von Hippel-Lindau proteins and prolyl hydroxylation. This article analyzes 12 semi-structured interviews within the framework of transformational leadership, using a set of open-ended questions addressed to 12 directors (six men and six women) of academic libraries in high-ranking universities in four different countries (Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America). It also investigates the interviewees’ approach to managing and leading their library organizations within the context of the opportunities and challenges facing their organizations as well as their parent institutions. The study is an attempt to identify the bibliometric facets of Free Google Books like collection size, authorship patterns, time-series, and publishing bodies on ‘Peace’ and ‘War’. The Google Book archive was searched using two search terms ‘Peace’ and ‘War’ in advanced search mode. The search was executed on free Google books during the month of January 2019. Bibliographical details of all the hits (results) retrieved were collected, tabulated, analyzed and interpreted to reveal results. The study has investigated the application and utilization of ICT in the degree college libraries of Assam. Two sets of structured questionnaires have prepared to collect the data from the respondents. The questionnaires were distributed to 192 colleges, out of which 126 colleges have responded. Again, user questionnaires were distributed to 784 users of different colleges, out of which 540 questionnaires have received. The findings of the study have revealed that the use of ICT in college libraries has improved the management of library activities. Libraries need to challenge their perceptions to meet the needs of all users. From our national mixed-methods survey on the status of United States academic libraries’ reference services (260 respondents) we received 40 responses from libraries in New Jersey. This presentation seeks to compare the current reference models and perceptions of librarians in New Jersey with those around the country, based on our survey results. We will highlight strengths and weaknesses of New Jersey librarian attitudes towards reference as well as the steps we can take to do better. Attendees will be invited to join the conversation using interactive technology.

This paper deals with the analysis of the 1353 contributions of the journal entitled ‘Journal of Ornithology’ published during 2000-2015. It examines the year-wise distribution of publications, Relative Growth Rate and Doubling time, authorship pattern, degree of colloboration, document-wise publication, language-wise publication, most productive authors and country-wise contributions etc. The study shows that majority of the contributions were contributed by three authors and country-wise distribution shows that majority of the papers were contributed from Germany. From top 10 ranked lists of authors, Wink, M (Institute of Pharmacy and Molecular Biotechnology, Heidelberg University, Germany) has contributed highest number of papers.
