A survey research was conducted in Makurdi metropolis to find out the availability and utilization of school library resources in selected secondary schools, [stratified random sampling technique was used for the selection of the sample from all the secondary schools in Makurdi Metropolis. Abstract
The study investigated library services provision on academic performance of nursing undergraduates in selected universities in South West Nigeria. A proportionate random sampling technique used to select three hundred and four (304) nursing undergraduates in the three selected universities and the response rate was 82.24%. The instrument for data collection was the questionnaire which was administered to the respondents. The data were analysed using simple percentage and frequency tables of SPSS. The purpose of this study is to attempt a bibliometric analysis of M.Phil. Dissertations awarded from Department of Library & Information Science, University of Calcutta. Total 136 M.Phil. dissertations were awarded covering the period from 2004 to 2016. These selected dissertations considered for the present study have been analyzed based on session wise distribution of dissertations and citations, guidance pattern and subject. The study shows the positive growth of dissertations in a number of areas and the most preferred research areas done on the topics are Community Information Services, Information Communication Technology and Bibliometrics.

This study aims to conduct an altmetrics analysis of researchers on Indian Naval Architecture. The study covered sixty-fourfacultymembersonNaval Architecture discipline from six higher education institutions in India. The profile page of ResearchGate (RG) was visited to collect altmetrics indicators. The study also tried to perform scientometric analysis of publication outputs, citations and H-index of the researchers using the Scopus database. The study further investigated the correlation of altmetrics and scientometric indicators with Pearson correlation test. Records provide evidence of policies and support decision-making in an organisation. This study examined the use of records for decision-making in the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion).
Survey design of the ex-post facto type was used and premised on the records life cycle model.
