Motivated by its more than a thousand articles published since 2008, this study aims to develop a bibliometric analysis based on the historical consolidation of publications and subject areas to identify research trends, authors, countries, and institutions with more publications. It has been used extensively in radars, wireless communication and dual polarization applications. This article explores the challenges encountered by academic library staff regarding the handling or processing of online requests from library clients. The researcher outlined the challenges identified by the respondents and provided suitable recommendations. This study employed a quantitative approach that enabled the researcher to generalise the findings. Data was intended to be collected from 39 library staff, but 27 responded. The questionnaire that comprised of closed and open-ended questions was used as an instrument of data collection. This paper analyses the 2555 publications with more than 100 citations indexed in Web of Science under research in Animal Clinical Trials. These publications have been received 556159 Citations, written by 13280 authors from 2833 institutes across the world. The most productive countries are: USA is the leading country with 1442 (56.4%), UK with 304 (11.9%), Germany 209 (8.2%), Canada 179(7%), Australia (130), Italy (132), Netherlands (116). It is noted that 13 Countries registered more than 10000 Citations, 23 with more than 5000 Citations, 38 Countries with more than 1000 Citations. This study aims at establishing the use of smart phones for information seeking by undergraduate students in a Nigerian Specialized University. A descriptive survey design was adopted. Five objectives and five research questions were formulated to guide the study. A stratified random sampling technique was used to select one thousand four hundred and three (1,403) respondents across the two colleges for the study whereas 84% were retrieved. Nigeria has adopted unprecedented measures to control the rapid spread of COVID-19 pandemic in the country. Citizens’ adherence to control measures is affected by their knowledge, beliefs, and Practices towards COVID-19. This study investigated the knowledge, beliefs and practices of the Covid-19 pandemic among Nigerians. The study adopted a cross-sectional web-based survey. The population of the study comprised Nigeria population of 200,000000 and a sample of 384 was drawn from the population. The paper aims to explore the fundamental concepts of structuralism and post-structuralism as philosophical approaches, literary differences between structuralism and post-structuralism, and the implication of these two approaches in Library and Information Science (LIS). Several published literature was consulted to achieve the study objectives. It was found that structuralism and post-structuralism have a significant impact on the functioning of modern libraries and, therefore, their importance should be given consideration. Structuralism and post-structuralism as philosophical approaches provide insights into research and development in LIS. In the present study researchers have made an analysis of the courses offered by the Schools of Library and Information Science in the United States. An effort is also made to compare the curriculum of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Syracuse University and University of Washington is compared with that of American Library Association’s (ALA) Core Competencies. Most of the core courses recommended by ALA were covered in the courses of the curriculum followed at the library and information schools.
