Purpose – The study examines the aspects of information needs and information seeking behaviour of faculties and research scholar of the mathematics departments including methods applied for finding data. The academic status and research field of users with their information seeking behaviour was investigated.
Methodology – Data has been collected usingonline questionnaire survey from faculties and regular research scholars of the Department of Mathematics under the University of Burdwan faculties (80 per cent response rate) and research scholars (response rate 61.29%) participated in the online Google form survey.

The study intended to assess the level of awareness and the status of applications of total quality management (TQM) in medical libraries. A survey method was used to collect data from the library professionals serving in the libraries of medical colleges/institutes/universities of Punjab, Pakistan. The findings revealed that the majority of the respondents claimed a good level of awareness and understanding about TQM applications for medical libraries. TQM applications including “committed leadership and management support; continuous improvement; teamwork; involvement of everyone; and employee empowerment” were practiced in medical libraries to achieve “customer satisfaction”. The present study aims to assess the relationship between demographic factors and the digital information literacy skills of women in Pakistan. Quantitative research approach was employed and data was collected through a questionnaire containing 12 items, adopted from Digital Information Fluency Model developed by Sarah A. Collins, Leanne M. This study utilized a qualitative research approach using specifically phenomenological case study research design in a sample of 28 university lecturers in Gauteng, Free State, and Eastern Cape Provinces of South Africa. Qualitative data were collected using a validated interview schedule. Data collected were analysed using thematic analysis. The findings of the study showed that faculty of education academics perceived working from home orchestrated by COVID-19 as a negative development for the fact that it drained them mentally and thus affected negatively their teaching and learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the information needs and seeking behavior of government high school teachers in District Karak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The study was based on the descriptive survey method. The population of this study was 125 teachers in 12 government high schools. Data was collected through questionnaires for data collection. The findings of the study revealed that teachers mostly need information for lecture preparation, teaching methods, motivating the students, keeping themselves up-to-date, for religious purposes, and administrative works. The present study attempts to identify the present scenario of institutional repositories in the college libraries of Assam. For the purpose of collecting the primary data, a structured questionnaire was prepared for the respondents. The questionnaires were distributed to the targeted populations by personally or by e-mail and the same were received by personally or e-mail. The results of the study have showed that fifty-four colleges out of one hundred twenty-six surveyed college libraries have developed functional institutional repositories while twenty-three college libraries have started the process and forty-nine colleges don’t have an institutional repositories. Background: Most libraries are still rendering services without incorporation of ICT facilities.
Aim: This study sought to examine usage of Information Communication Technology in Limpopo public libraries.
Method: The study adopted quantitative research approach, and data was collected through questionnaires comprising of open and closed ended questions.
Results: Majority of public libraries in Limpopo are not ICT equipped, however, those that are ICT equipped do render digitalised service. This study aims to discuss digital government and regulation, analyzed through the bibliometric approach with the Scopus database for the last 20 years and visualized through the VOSviewer software version 1.6.16. The results indicate that the topic of e-government has become essentially prominent and has been the most discussed in the past two decades. Approximately 41.1% of digital government and regulation articles are classified under the subject area of 'Computer Science', continued by Social Sciences (18.3%), and Business, Management and Accounting (10.2%), with the majority of being 'All Open Access' (46%). Objectives: The paper explores five years of global research publications output on ‘Bats’. The research study includes retrievement of various types of publication, authorship pattern; most cited authors with their respective countries and Hirsch index, highly cited publications with total citations and author’s contribution, productivity and blow of leading institutions, identification of major participating countries contribution on bats and separated by continents Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Australia.
