การใช้คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ เพื่อประเทศไทยของอาจารย์และนิสิตบัณฑิตศึกษา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, เปรมฤดี แทนมาลา
วารสารบรรณารักษศาสตร์ (Library Science Journal)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้คลังปัญญาจุฬา ฯ เพื่อประเทศไทยของอาจารย์และนิสิตบัณฑิตศึกษา จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในด้าน วัตถุประสงค์ ทรัพยากรสารนิเทศ เนื้อหา ความถี่ในการใช้ และวิธีการสืบค้น ตลอดจนปัญหาในการใช้คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯเพื่อประเทศไทย โดยใช้แบบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จำนวน 580 ชุด ผลการวิจัย พบว่า อาจารย์และนิสิตบัณฑิตศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ใช้คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ เพื่อประเทศไทยเพื่อการวิจัยและทำ วิทยานิพนธ์ โดยอาจารย์ใช้ทรัพยากรสารนิเทศประเภทงานวิจัยมากที่สุด ส่วนนิสิตใช้ทรัพยากรสารนิเทศวิทยานิพนธ์มากที่สุด เนื้อหาที่ใช้มากที่สุดคือเนื้อหาทางด้านเทคโนโลยี ใช้ทรัพยากรสารนิเทศภาษาอังกฤษ และใช้ทรัพยากรสารนิเทศที่มีอายุ 4 - 6 เดือน มีความถี่ในการใช้ไม่แน่นอน เรียนรู้การใช้ด้วยตนเองจากประสบการณ์การค้นระบบสืบค้นรายการแบบออนไลน์ ใช้ทางเลือก Basic Search และใช้การสืบค้นด้วยคำสำคัญเพียงคำเดียวเป็นกลยุทธ์ในการสืบค้น จำกัด/ขยายผลการสืบค้นโดยใช้ Search Type: ประเภทของการสืบค้น และใช้ Titles เป็นทางเลือกในการจำกัดในการจำกัด/ขยายผลการสืบค้น อาจารย์และนิสิต บัณฑิตศึกษาประสบปัญหาในการใช้คลังปัญญาจุฬาฯ เพื่อประเทศไทย ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน สำหรับด้านทรัพยากรสารนิเทศ ปัญหาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ไม่ทราบว่ามีทรัพยากรสารนิเทศประเภทใดบ้างที่ให้ข้อมูลได้อย่างเหมาะสมตามความต้องการ ด้านวิธีการสืบค้น ปัญหาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ไม่มีประสบการณ์การสืบค้นแบบซับซ้อน ด้านการแสดงผล ปัญหาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ผลการสืบค้นไม่ตรงกับความต้องการ ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ ปัญหาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ไม่สามารถพิมพ์เอกสารที่ต้องการได้ The purpose of this research was to study the use of Chulalongkorn University Intellectual Repository (CUIR) by Chulalongkorn University faculty members and graduate students, in terms of objectives, information Resources, subjects, frequency of use, search strategies, and problems encountered. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดหาวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยในด้านงบประมาณการ คัดเลือก วิธีการจัดหา และปัญหาในการจัดหา รวมถึงวิเคราะห์วารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยจัดหาในด้าน ภาษา ประเภท และสาขาวิชาโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากหัวหน้าห้องสมุดหรือบรรณารักษ์ ผู้รับผิดชอบการจัดหาวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย รวมทั้งสิ้น 95 แห่ง ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา จำนวน 87 ชุด (ร้อยละ 91,58) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยจำนวนมากที่สุดใช้เงินรายได้ของมหาวิทยาลัยในการจัดหาวารสารอิเล็กทรอ-นิกส์ คัดเลือกโดยใช้เกณฑ์การมีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนในมหาวิทยาลัย จัดซื้อผ่านตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศ วารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ห้องสมุดทั้งหมดจัดหาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ประเภทฐานข้อมูลบทความวารสาร และมีเนื้อหา สหสาขาวิชา สำหรับปัญหาการจัดหาวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พบว่า ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยประสบปัญหาทุกด้านในระดับ ปานกลาง โดยปัญหาที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ งบประมาณจัดซื้อวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีไม่เพียงพอ The objectives of this research were 1) to study electronic journal acquisitions in university libraries, in terms of budget, selection, acquisition methods and problems of electronic journal acquisitions; and 2) to analyze the acquired electronic journals in university libraries with respect to language, type and subject, by collecting data from questionnaires distributed to 95 university library directors or librarians responsiblefor electronic journal acquisitions. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานห้องสมุดดนตรีในด้านงานบริหาร งานเทคนิคและงานบริการ รวมทั้งปัญหาในการดำเนินงานห้องสมุดดนตรี การดำเนินการวิจัยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผลการวิจัย พบว่า บุคลากรส่วนใหญ่ของห้องสมุดดนตรีมีตำแหน่งเป็นบรรณารักษ์ ห้องสมุดดนตรีส่วนใหญ่ได้รับงบประมาณจาก เงินงบประมาณแผ่นดิน คู่มือ/แหล่งที่ใช้ในการคัดเลือกทรัพยากรสารนิเทศของห้องสมุดดนตรีทุกแห่ง คือ คำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญหรืออาจารย์สาขาดนตรี วิธีการจัดหาทรัพยากรสารนิเทศของห้องสมุดดนตรีทุกแห่ง คือ การจัดซื้อและการผลิตหรือจัดทำขึ้นเอง ห้องสมุดดนตรีทุกแห่งมีเครื่องมือช่วยค้นคือ รายการออนไลน์ และห้องสมุดดนตรีส่วนใหญ่ให้ บริการทำสำเนาจากวัสดุเสียงต้นฉบับ สำหรับปัญหาที่ห้องสมุดดนตรีประสบในระดับมาก คือ บรรณารักษ์ขาดความรู้ในการ อนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรสารนิเทศทางด้านดนตรี และการให้บริการทำซ้ำอาจเป็นการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ The purpose of this research was to study the operation of music libraries, in terms of administration, technical work and user service as well as problems of the music libraries operations. The structured-interview was used in the data collection process. The finding indicates that the majority of music libraries’ personnel is in the position of librarian. Non smoker exposure to second hand smoke is still of concern even though smoking free environments have been implemented in public places in Thailand. Thus, smokers have changed their behavior to smoke in their dwellings instead which could cause pollutant transfers from a smoking area to an adjacent non smoking area by air flows between zones. The present study aims to assess health impacts on pesticide use in 136 farmers from Baan Mai Ras Bam Rung Village, San Kong Subdistrict, Dok Kham Tai District, Phayao. Questionnaire and laboratory examination were used as tools. Pesticide use in questionnaire consisted of objectives, type and reasons of pesticide use, prevention practices from exposure, etc. Health impacts questionnaire included physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. The results showed that most farmers planted rice crop and the major pesticide use was insecticides (79.4 %), followed by herbicides, fungicides, and acaricides, respectively (78.7, 40.4 and 33.1 %). An assay for determination of the methane potential of household waste (HHW) was developed. The assay was performed in batch vials with thermophilic inoculum from a biogas plant co-digesting swine manure with industrial waste. Methane potential of 500 mL g-1VS was achieved within 10 d. Blending of the HHW household waste was suitable method for homogenization of the material. Although blending altered the physical image of the sample, it did not alter the original composition of the material. Gasoline station is a common source of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions around its perimeter. In order to conduct a monitoring of the VOC's emission, measurements of biological markers of blood benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX) in gasolinestation workers are recommended. The purposes of this study were to evaluate exposure risk ratio (110 gasoline station workers from 11 gasoline stations in Bangkok Metropolitan area compared to 10 office workers in the same station as control group) and to determine the relations between blood BTEX and biological parameters of the gasoline workers.
