การวิจัยเรื่อง “ความรู้ความเข้าใจของบุคลากรสำนักงบประมาณเกี่ยวกับการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในการทำงานภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์และความท้าทายของบุคลากรสำนักงบประมาณในการทำงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (2) ศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจของบุคลากรสำนักงบประมาณเกี่ยวกับการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (3) หาความสัมพันธ์ของช่องทางการรับรู้ข้อมูลที่มีผลต่อความรู้ความเข้าใจของบุคลากรสำนักงบประมาณเกี่ยวกับการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 โดยเป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสม ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยวิธี การเก็บแบบสอบถาม และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก มีกลุ่มประชากรเป็นบุคลากร สำนักงบประมาณ จำนวน 31 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บุคลากรสำนักงบประมาณมีระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และมาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลไม่มีผลต่อความรู้ความเข้าใจของบุคลากรสำนักงบประมาณ สำหรับปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อม พบว่าสื่อสังคมออนไลน์และโทรทัศน์ มีอิทธิพลต่อความรู้ความเข้าใจของบุคลากร สำนักงบประมาณ ในส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ (1) หน่วยงานควรมีนโยบายในการเสริมสร้างความตระหนักรู้ของบุคลากรเกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและมาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (2) หน่วยงานควรมีแนวทางการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างชัดเจนและเป็นระบบ (3) หน่วยงานควรมีการปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการกำหนดเป็นชื่อผู้ใช้งานและรหัสผ่านในการเข้าถึงระบบงานต่าง ๆ

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสมัครใจเข้ารับราชการเป็นทหารกองประจำการ และเพื่อเสนอรูปแบบหรือมาตรการต่าง ๆ ในการส่งเสริมให้เกิดการสมัครใจเข้าเป็นทหารกองประจำการ ซึ่งเป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลการวิจัย โดยประชากรในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้คือทหารกองประจำการ กองพันทหารราบ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 11 ที่เข้ามาด้วยวิธีการสมัครใจหรือร้องขอ และการจับสลากใบแดงจำนวน 350 นาย ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสถิติสำเร็จรูป (SPSS) ประมวลผลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที (Independent – Sample t-test) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติก (Logistic Regression Analysis) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่า ทหารกองประจำการกองพันทหารราบ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 11 ส่วนใหญ่เข้ามาเป็นทหารกองประจำการด้วยวิธีการสมัครใจหรือร้องขอ มีช่วงอายุ 22 – 25 ปี จบการศึกษาในระดับมัธยมศึกษาหรือปวช. มีสถานภาพโสด มีการประกอบอาชีพรับจ้างเป็นอาชีพก่อนเข้ารับราชการเป็นทหารกองประจำการกองพันทหารราบ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 11 และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,100.57 บาท โดยปัจจัยจูงใจที่ส่งผลต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการ ทั้ง 4 ด้านคือ ปัจจัยด้านสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ปัจจัยด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ ปัจจัยด้านความเจริญก้าวหน้า และปัจจัยด้านสังคมและการยอมรับ มีค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุด สามารถจัดลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยปัจจัยจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความสำคัญต่อปัจจัยด้านสังคมและการยอมรับเป็นลำดับแรก รองลองมาคือปัจจัยด้านความเจริญก้าวหน้า ปัจจัยด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ และปัจจัยด้านสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องตามลำดับ การทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีวิธีการเข้ามาเป็นทหารกองประจำการที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับจูงใจจากปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการที่แตกต่างกัน และการทดสอบหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกพบว่าปัจจัยด้านสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการ ในขณะที่ปัจจัยด้านสังคมและการยอมรับไม่มีผลที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value > 0.05) จึงไม่สามารถสรุปได้ว่าปัจจัยด้านสังคมและการยอมรับมีผลต่อการสมัครใจเป็นทหารกองประจำการของกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างที่เข้ารับราชการเป็นทหารกองประจำการกองพันทหารราบ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 11 ซึ่งมาจากการที่ตัวแปรด้านสังคมและการยอมรับมีค่าคล้ายคลึงกันระหว่างกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งผู้ที่สมัครใจและไม่สมัครใจ ทำให้ตัวแปรเหล่านี้ขาดความแปรปรวนที่เพียงพอสำหรับการแสดงความสัมพันธ์เชิงสถิติที่ชัดเจนในโมเดลโลจิสติกรีเกรสชัน จึงส่งผลให้ผลการวิเคราะห์ไม่แสดงความสำคัญทางสถิติ จากผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ สามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้เสนอให้กับกองทัพและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำไปพัฒนา รูปแบบหรือมาตรการในการส่งเสริมให้เกิดการสมัครใจเข้าเป็นทหารกองประจำการ นำมาซึ่งกำลังทหารกองประจำการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ มีความพร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติงานอย่างเต็มความสามารถและด้วยความเต็มใจ อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการปฏิบัติภารกิจของกองทัพอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศการบริหารงานบุคคลระดับกรม (DPIS) ต่อกระบวนการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล โดยใช้กรณีศึกษาจากกรมการปกครอง การศึกษาครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นถึงประสิทธิภาพที่เกิดจากการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศการบริหารงานบุคคลระดับกรม (DPIS) ต่อกระบวนการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลของกรมการปกครอง ปัญหาและอุปสรรค รวมถึงแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบของการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศการบริหารงานบุคคลระดับกรม (DPIS) ของกองการเจ้าหน้าที่ กรมการปกครองให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น การวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ (Primary Data) จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานระบบ ทั้งด้านความคิดเห็น ประสบการณ์แนวทางการใช้ระบบ DPIS ในการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล การใช้งานระบบ DPIS รวมถึงปัญหา และอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานระบบดังกล่าว โดยใช้แนวทางการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) โดยนำเสียงที่ได้บันทึกจากการสัมภาษณ์มาถอดเทป และนำเนื้อหาที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ (Thematic Analysis) ที่ปรากฏในการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องมีความคิดเห็นตอการเปิดใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศการบริหารงานบุคคลระดับกรม (DPIS) ในทางที่ดี โดยมีความเห็นไปในทางเดียวกันว่า การเปิดใช้งานระบบดังกล่าวช่วยให้กระบวนการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยผู้บริหารมองว่าการนำระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศการบริหารงานบุคคลระดับกรม (DPIS) มาใช้ในกระบวนการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลเป็นการยกระดับการทำงานให้มีความทันสมัย ตอบสนองการทำงานรูปแบบใหม่ และยังช่วยให้การทำงานมีความสะดวก รวดเร็ว ส่งผลให้การวางแผนและการตัดสินใจเป็นไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น ส่วนผู้ปฏิบัติงานมองว่าการใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศการบริหารงานบุคคลระดับกรม (DPIS) สามารถช่วยให้ การทำงานความรวดเร็ว ลดขั้นตอนไม่จำเป็นได้ และสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่มีความถูกต้องแม่นยำได้ในทันที ซึ่งก็จะช่วยให้ลดทั้งระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงลดงบประมาณที่สิ้นเปลืองจากการทำงานรูปแบบเดิมได้อีกด้วย สำหรับผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง มองว่าระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศ การบริหารงานบุคคลระดับกรม (DPIS) ช่วยให้การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบุคคลมีความเป็นระบบมากขึ้น ระบบช่วยให้เข้าถึงข้อมูลที่มีความถูกต้องแม่นยำได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น ลดระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการ และช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการที่ไม่จำเป็นได้การจัดฝึกอบรมพัฒนาทักษะ การใช้งานระบบให้แก่บุคลากร และการจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานระบบ รวมถึงการสร้างการรับรู้ให้แก่คนในองค์กร

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาประสิทธิผล ปัญหา และอุปสรรค การใช้ระบบการให้บริการงานทะเบียนออนไลน์ (BORA Web Portal) ของกรมการปกครอง ในขอบเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบสำนักทะเบียนอำเภอเมืองสระบุรี จังหวัดสระบุรี และสำนักทะเบียนท้องถิ่นเทศบาลเมืองสระบุรี จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยการสัมภาษณ์บุคลากรของสำนักบริหารการทะเบียนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ BORA Web Portal เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ณ สำนักทะเบียนอำเภอและสำนักทะเบียนท้องถิ่น ประชาชนผู้ใช้บริการงานทะเบียนด้วยออนไลน์ และประชาชนที่ไม่ได้ใช้ระบบการให้บริการงานทะเบียนออนไลน์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การใช้ระบบการให้บริการงานทะเบียนออนไลน์ (BORA Web Portal) ของกรมการปกครอง ในขอบเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบสำนักทะเบียนอำเภอเมืองสระบุรี จังหวัดสระบุรี และสำนักทะเบียนท้องถิ่นเทศบาลเมืองสระบุรี จังหวัดสระบุรี ก่อให้เกิดประสิทธิผลในการใช้ระบบการให้บริการงานทะเบียนออนไลน์ 4 ประการ ได้แก่ ประเด็นที่หนึ่ง ความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงระบบการให้บริการงานทะเบียนออนไลน์ เจ้าหน้าที่มีความพร้อมและอุปกรณ์เพียงพอสำหรับบริการประชาชน ประเด็นที่สอง การอำนวยความสะดวกในการรับบริการของประชาชนและการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน เป็นการลดขั้นตอนและภาระการบริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ และประชาชนสามารถใช้บริการได้ด้วยตนเองไม่จำเป็นต้องไปติดต่อที่สำนักทะเบียน ประเด็นที่สาม การยกระดับคุณภาพของการบริการให้กับประชาชนได้อย่างเท่าเทียมและหลากหลาย เนื่องจากประชาชนมีทางเลือกในการรับบริการจากภาครัฐเพิ่มขึ้น และประเด็นสุดท้าย เป็นการลดต้นทุนและประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งภาครัฐและประชาชน

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และความสามารถในการออมกับพฤติกรรมและเป้าหมายการออมเงินของข้าราชการกลุ่มเจนเนอเรชั่น Y สังกัด สำนักงานสรรพากรภาค 3 และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประโยชน์เกื้อกูลกับพฤติกรรมและเป้าหมายการออมเงินของข้าราชการกลุ่มดังกล่าว ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยในรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการกลุ่มเจนเนอเรชั่น Y สังกัด สำนักงานสรรพากรภาค 3 จำนวน 260 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Chi-square ผลการศึกษา พบว่า มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับทางวิชาการ และความสามารถในการออม ด้านการควบคุมตนเอง และความยับยั้งชั่งใจ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการออมเงินเป็นประจำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในส่วนของจำนวนเงินออม มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านอายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา ระดับทางวิชาการ และความสามารถในการออม ด้านการควบคุมตนเอง และความยับยั้งชั่งใจ มีความสัมพันธ์กับจำนวนเงินออม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สำหรับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และความสามารถในการออม กับเป้าหมายการออมเงิน มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา ระดับทางวิชาการ และความสามารถในการออม ด้านความยับยั้งชั่งใจ มีความสัมพันธ์กับเป้าหมายการออมเงิน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และการได้รับประโยชน์เกื้อกูลจากการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมและเป้าหมายการออมเงิน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบจากการปรับเปลี่ยนหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการแต่งตั้งข้าราชการพลเรือนสามัญให้ดำรงตำแหน่งประเภทอำนวยการของสำนักงาน ก.พ. ที่มีต่อบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องในสังกัดสำนักงาน กปร. และเพื่อวิเคราะห์หาแนวทางในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงกระบวนการแต่งตั้งข้าราชการพลเรือนสามัญให้ดำรงตำแหน่งประเภทอำนวยการให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของส่วนราชการขนาดเล็ก งานวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยผู้วิจัยดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 11 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การปรับเปลี่ยนหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการแต่งตั้งข้าราชการพลเรือนสามัญให้ดำรงตำแหน่งประเภทอำนวยการ ทำให้เกิด 1) ผลกระทบด้านระยะเวลา กล่าวคือกระบวนการสรรหามีขั้นตอนเพิ่มขึ้น ทำให้ใช้ระยะเวลาในการสรรหาเพิ่มมากขึ้น และ 2) ผลกระทบต่อบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง กล่าวคือผู้รักษาการในตำแหน่งประเภทอำนวยการที่ว่างต้องรับภาระเพิ่มขึ้นจากการทำงานควบสองตำแหน่ง ในขณะเดียวกัน การทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาก็มีความติดขัดไม่คล่องตัวในการทำงานจากการที่ผู้บังคับบัญชาของตนที่เป็นตำแหน่งประเภทอำนวยการยังคงว่าง โดยแนวทางในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงกระบวนการแต่งตั้งข้าราชการพลเรือนสามัญให้ดำรงตำแหน่งประเภทอำนวยการให้เกิดความคล่องตัวลดระยะเวลา มีความยืดหยุ่น และยังคงไว้ซึ่งความโปร่งใสไว้ ทำได้โดยการทบทวนระยะเวลาในการประกาศรับสมัครข้าราชการพลเรือนสามัญเพื่อขึ้นบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ผ่านการกลั่นกรอง และทบทวนข้อดีและข้อเสียของการเลือกระยะเวลาในการขึ้นอายุบัญชีผู้ผ่านการกลั่นกรอง

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในงานของเจ้าพนักงานตำรวจสายงานสอบสวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรคูคต ในปัจจุบัน เพื่อรวบรวมปัญหา วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะ ด้านต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งแนวทางการสนับสนุนความสำเร็จในงานและการพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าพนักงานตำรวจสายงานสอบสวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรคูคต โดยงานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้เครื่องมือสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากเจ้าพนักงานตำรวจสายงานสอบสวน ซึ่งทำหน้าที่พนักงานสอบสวนเป็นผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ในกระบวนการยุติธรรมตั้งแต่ รองผู้กำกับการ (สอบสวน), สารวัตร (สอบสวน) และรองสารวัตร (สอบสวน) โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การวางแผน เป็นกระบวนการที่ช่วยกำหนดขั้นตอนที่ชัดเจน และลดความซ้ำซ้อน 2) การจัดการองค์กร โดยการกำหนดโครงสร้างหน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบ การบริหารทรัพยากรและการบริหารบุคลากรอย่างเหมาะสม สามารถป้องกันความล่าช้าในคดีและลดความซ้ำซ้อน 3) การสั่งการ โดยการบังคับบัญชาตามลำดับชั้นยศ คำสั่งจากผู้บังคับบัญชาต้องมีความถูกต้อง ชัดเจน มีระเบียบแบบแผน มีหลักการ มีเหตุผลรองรับ เป็นไปตามหลักยุติธรรมและชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ไม่เอารัดเอาเปรียบ หรือดูถูกผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา โดยผู้บังคับบัญชามีบทบาทสำคัญในการกำหนดทิศทางการปฏิบัติงาน ต้องกำกับดูแลให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายขององค์กร 4) การประสานงาน จำเป็นต้องประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นบ่อยครั้งในการรวบรวมแสวงหาข้อมูลและพยานหลักฐานที่สำคัญในการดำเนินคดีและส่วนใหญ่ได้ได้รับความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี เพื่อยืนยันความผิดของผู้ต้องหา หรือยืนยันความบริสุทธิ์ 5) การควบคุม โดยการควบคุม การสอบสวน ควบคุมระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการรวบรวมหลักฐาน สามารถปฏิบัติตามแนวทาง มีมาตรฐาน และมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ เพื่อพัฒนาการดำเนินงานเพื่อพัฒนาความสำเร็จในงานของเจ้าพนักงานตำรวจสายงานสอบสวน สถานีตำรวจภูธรคูคต ควรมีการเพิ่มเติมพัฒนาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านทักษะความรู้ เทคโนโลยี ทรัพยากร กำลังบุคลากร การประเมิน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับการให้รางวัลหรือให้ปรับปรุงและความหลากหลายทางช่วงอายุ ผู้บริหารจึงควรมีการปรับรูปแบบและพัฒนาการบริหารงาน ให้เจ้าพนักงานตำรวจสามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามภารกิจงานประจำตำแหน่งในหน้าที่ของพนักงานสอบ[WS1] สวนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งเสริมความเชื่อมั่นในองค์กร สร้างความปลอดภัย และความเป็นธรรมในสังคม [WS1]ย่อหน้านี้เหมือนมาจากบทที่ 2 มากกว่างานของนิสิตค่ะ ให้ใส่ข้อสรุปสิ่งที่นิสิตพบเลยค่ะ เช่นเรื่องความต่างของวัยผู้บังคับบัญชากับผู้ใต้ฯ เรื่องทรัพยากร รวมไปถึงแนวทางการพัฒนาแต่ละเรื่องค่ะ ตามบทที่ 4 และ 5 ค่ะ อย่าเขียนเพียงรายละเอียดทั่วไปค่ะ

Problem definition: A significant percentage of online consumers place consecutive orders within a short duration. To reduce the total order arrangement cost, an online retailer may consolidate consecutive orders from the same consumer. We investigate how long the retailer should hold the consumer’s orders before sending them to a third-party logistics provider (3PL) for processing. In this order-holding problem, we optimize the holding time to balance the total order arrangement cost and the potential delay in delivery. Our interdisciplinary team refined an app prototype, MyAmble, to gather data related to quantity of transportation disadvantage and latent demand, and to identify psycho-social-economic corollaries. MyAmble utilizes a traditional travel diary format but expands the type of trips measured to include 1) completed trips, 2) missed trips, and 3) latent travel demand. The app also measures the real-time perceived impact of transportation behaviors (realized and latent) on participants’ physical health, mental health, social engagement, and employment/academics. Finally, the app has a text-messaging feature, Travel Buddy, that is used to increase participant engagement and retention over longitudinal data collection. The project …

Latine immigrant households often face housing instability due to language barriers, immigration status, and limited access to government resources. Oregon farmworkers experience additional obstacles to safe and stable housing caused by low wages, a lack of affordable housing options, and social isolation. In light of the identified needs and lack of equitable access to resources that this group experiences, the Evicted in Oregon research team conducted focus groups with Latine immigrant and farmworker tenants in Multnomah, Washington, and Marion Counties. Shipping is the backbone of international trade. With a contribution of more than 80 per cent of cargo by volume and 70 per cent by value, it is the most efficient mode of transportation. The vital cargo it transports includes medical supplies and equipment, as well as food, energy, raw materials, and manufactured goods. This applied dissertation investigates the prevalence and impact of mental health stigma among law enforcement officers (LEOs) in the United States. Despite growing awareness of the importance of mental health in the law enforcement community, stigma surrounding mental illness remains a significant barrier to help-seeking behaviors among officers. The study employed a research design that examined attitudes, perceptions, and experiences related to mental health stigma among LEOs.

Through online self-assessment surveys administered via a secure portal, participants provided insights into their attitudes toward mental illness, perceptions of stigma, and willingness to seek help for mental health concerns.

Introduction: Cigarette smoking is disproportionately high among lesbian, gay, and bisexual (LGB) adults. Yet, collapsing these identities into a monolith can disguise important within group disparities (e.g., lesbian/gay versus bisexual female). This dissertation is a contextual autoethnography of my lived experience with stigmatization, stereotypes, and institutional obstructions as a divorced single mother who previously experienced intimate partner violence and was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. This mixed method sequential explanatory study provided analysis of North Carolina (NC) school leaders’ dispositions in eliminating opportunity gaps, outlined in NC’s strategic plan. The study’s quantitative phase used descriptive and correlation analysis of eight Likert subscales around four tenets of transformative leadership (Shields, 2011) and aspects of critical race theory (Bell, 1992; Ladson-Billings, 1998; Ladson-Billings & Tate, 2006) to understand systemic inequities and leadership attitudes.
