Platform facilities are vital to the biomanufacturing industry’s development, serving as both the foundation for technological innovation and the bridge between research outcomes and practical applications. This study analyzes three key types of platform facilities and their operational mechanisms: technology innovation platforms (exemplified by the U.S. Agile BioFoundry), pilot-scale platforms (represented by European Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant), and industry incubation platforms (illustrated by the UK SynbiCITE). In 2024, China’s economy has shown steady progress, maintaining a relatively high growth rate. This study reviews the economic performance of China in 2024 and analyzes the domestic and international conditions for the next period. Using a system-based comprehensive factor prediction method, the study forecasts the economic growth rate for 2025, which indicates that China’s economy is expected to maintain stable operation, with a growth rate of around 4.8%, and is expected to reach around 5% if the package of incremental policies will be effectively implemented and boost the market. Based on its narrow and broad definitions, this study divides scientific simulation into three stages: numerical computation, simulation intelligence, and science brain. In 2023, China’s economy maintained a recovery trend after the epidemic. However, the economic recovery showed the characteristics of wave-like development, and it is expected that China’s economy will grow steadily and rapidly in 2024. This study introduces a comprehensive approach to forecasting annual GDP growth, integrating input-output models, econometric models, prosperity analysis, expert insights, and scenario analysis.
